National Seating & Mobility provided my siblings power wheelchair + the accessories quickly, carefully, and compassionately. We've needed to reach out for repairs twice now and both times they were fast, flexible, clear, and very helpful. My sibling cannot speak or understand speech, and in all our interactions the technicians have been considerate and flexible in communicating using a our text-to-speech + speech-to-text AAC app. When the need for assistance has been urgent they did not hesitate to adjust their plans and come ASAP. Tong from National Seating and Mobility Fairfield was fantastic in delivering my new wheelchair to me. He was very nice and professional. He was also really fast on taking off the joy stick for my power chair. My new chair is awesome. Its nice again to wheel not having cracked front wheels like on my other 2 old chairs. It's really nice and smooth. I love it. Tong also really helped me a lot by wheeling both of my old chairs on my front porch so they can be picked up and taken away. Well just update you on my experience with national seating and mobility. On Wednesday, August 21, 2013 national seating and mobility game to my dialysis unit and fix my wheelchair. So the next day I had to go to dialysis again for Fornea half hours so I got on the bus and went downtown Vacaville and went into the dialysis center for around 5 1/2 hours. I left and was going across the parking lot when I heard a familiar sound and I look behind me and there was a rearwheel I've never had a rear will come off before so I barely made it over to the city Qodesh busstop and went home. Where I immediately called national seating and mobility and told them my problem they said they would try to get somebody out that Thursday afternoon but nobody showed up. So my partner works for Kaiser Permanente and he called them and they showed up on Friday around noon at the dialysis unit they fix my will and checked all the other ones I have only had this chair for one year but is it is in very sad shape!!! My biggest problem three months ago right front wheel came off for the first time and it took over three to half weeks to get one NUT TO fix it and the second time it took three weeks to have them finally come out and fix it but it was only one simple nut!! BUT THE THIRD TIME IT ONLY TOOK ONE DAY SO THEY ARE IMPROVING THANKS TO MY PARTNER WHO CALLED FROM KAISER PERMANENTE SO HOPEFULLY THE NEXT TIME SOMETHING GOES WRONG WITH MY CHAIR IT WILL TAKE THREE WEEKS TO GET ONE NUT TO FIX IT!!! National seating and mobility has always been my go to since my accident. Diana has been more than helpful for over 6 years now. Anytime I have had an issue with my wheelchair she has been very quick and efficient to send someone out, order parts and to just make sure everything is okay. She is truly a blessing. I hve been trying to call this place for weeks and no one has called back. Alle has equipment we're trying to order. Kaiser uses this vendor. This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen. They never answer the phone, nor do try call back in a timely manner. The receptionist Diane is so rude it's unbelievable that they would have someone like that being the first point of contact for their business. I've bought 2 wheelchairs through them in the past 2 years and have referred many people from our disabled community. Both my chairs have had safety issues that haven't been addressed to the point that I've escalated my concerns to their corporate which I was promised that the culture of how they do business with me in the future would change. That hasn't happened. My wheelchair is my life and this place just doesn't take making sure our community is taken care of seriously at all. They know that they have the market monopolized through their contract with Kaiser so they are less concerned with our feedback and more concerned about making money. Beyond frustrated! read more
