Freedom Mobility Tech Rep Dennis Daniels, completely & articulately addressed ALL my concerns comprehensively. Additionally he was appropriately compassionate & personable. I was extremely pleased with all aspects of Dennis's instructions, which I video recorded due to my TBIm induced cognitive short term memory. He is a great representation of your firm, which my experience with Dennis & all others I talked to from Freedom Mobility, were best customer service practices in action on every call. Satisfied customer here & look forward to working with your firm in future. Overall a very pleasant experience, a rarity these days. read more

I contacted FM about a nonfunctioning electric wheelchair in Marin County months ago. Within a week, they diagnosed a broken charger and quickly got Medicaid approval to fix, yet 3 months later the part has not been installed. Speaking with service dept on June 24, I was assured of top priority service, yet 2 weeks have passed with no repair. The patient is stuck in bed as a result. Service rep Allan said today that the scheduler is trying to make delivery more cost-efficient, but that should not result in patients suffering for weeks so FM can save a few bucks on gas. read more

I am a Healthcare Advocate and I have worked with many DME companies to provide my clients with motorized scooters. Working with Mark Gaona at Freedom Mobility has been wonderful! The process is long and can become very frustrating for my clients. Mark has been patient and kind and ALWAYS returns my calls(as well as my clients)and does his best to answer any questions. In fact, if we have questions he isn't sure of, he finds out the answers and lets us know right away. I appreciate his warm demeanor, his pride in his work and his care for his clients. I had the worst experience with a wheelchair company. The communication was via text. It took them over two months to let me know that the insurance wasn't accepted and that was immediately after I expressed my disappointment with the texting service. Unacceptable customer service. What's the point with attempting to communicate via text and you keep I'm getting, " We are sorry for the delay over and over again?" Don't offer a service that you can't provide. read more

I have had great experiences with the tensor technicians Zack was great.BEWARE of the company policies though. I recently switched my Healthcare plan from Sutter or West County in Santa Rosa Ca specifically to recieve better care from Kaiser Permanente. I recieved no warning of their protocol they called me after my last servicing with Zack while he was servicing my electric wheelchair he had ordered a new seat and back cushion for me the order was never processed because I recieved a call to let me know that they were discontinuing their services with me. I found it more important to get better healthcare than to stay because of Freedom Mobilities policies think twice before you use this company or purchase anything frim this company. read more
