I'm getting my pills ready for my nightstand. Tylenol? Ibuprofen? Oxycodone? Nowhere to be found. I haven't opened the bag since I picked up my meds. It was still stapled shut when I opened it tonight. The bottle is empty and there's no residue. Either someone is inept or pocketed my pills. Meanwhile, I pray that my surgeon refills it. Edit to add: They messed up but I'm forced to wait on the phone for over 40 minutes. Nice. Update: I'm first in queue and someone goes to pick up the phone but puts me on hold. Still waiting at the hour mark. Update: Waiting for over a hour, told to call back in the morning (well, my surgery is at 4:30 in the morning. I called the number again and asked for the manager so said she would personally walk back to the pharmacy to ensure the pharmacy manager answers. He answers and basically tells me oh well. Back then, they weren't as organized or were just overwhelmed by the sheer amount of people there for their immunizations. I had an appointment, but still had to wait in line (as if I didn't have one). Other than immunizations, I was in need of getting my daughter's antibiotics as soon as possible. Our regular pharmacy still didn't have her medication ready, even a day or two later. I was told that the medication was allegedly going to come in the following day, but I didn't want to wait any longer. I called this CVS Pharmacy location and thankfully they had her medication in stock. The person I spoke with over the phone, however, was a bit rude towards the end of our call. Thankfully, however, my husband was able to pick up her medication that same day. I'm thankful that they had the medication in stock, so she could start her treatment, but I wasn't really happy with the customer service I received each time I've come here or spoke with someone over the phone. For that reason, I give them 3 out of 5 stars.

By the time you wait for curbside, you could have gone in and been back to your car. There were three employees assigned to curbside, yet orders were only being brought out one car at a time. Even for a single bag, two employees pushed out a cart. One employee spent time fixing his hair and pulling up his pants while a long line of cars continued to wait. Once I went inside, the experience wasn't any better. There were plenty of employees, but no one seemed interested in helping customers. The staff I encountered were unfriendly and not helpful. A 40-minute wait for curbside pickup is completely unacceptable. The service was slow, disorganized, and incredibly frustrating. I won't be using curbside pickup at this location again.
