Because of that, I wanted to speak with a manager to let them know how great their team was. Unfortunately, that experience was completely different. The manager, Viviana, took a long time to come out, and when she did, she immediately said she was "way too busy to talk and deal with me." When she finally approached me, her attitude was annoyed and unprofessional. As someone who is a manager myself, I found this really disappointing. Great employees deserve recognition, and it shouldn't be treated as an inconvenience when a customer wants to give positive feedback. I hope CVS takes a closer look at how management interacts with customers, because the staff on the floor truly deserve better support and appreciation.

They told her she didn't need the original packaging and when she started the return process it said ON THE APP that it didn't need to be repackaged. When I packed all the pieces in the car I realized I might need some boxes to help me bring them inside. When I brought them inside yes they weren't fully packaged because they weren't for them. But when the shift lead saw me she just told me "No we can't take that". And I was trying to explain the process and she just kept saying no. It got to a point where she just ignored me. I ended up calling customer support myself and they told me to just leave it there with her permission. But the same team lead said "no you're not returning that." SHOUT OUT SHIFT LEAD MARIE. You're genuinely s*** at your job. Because how is someone higher up than you tellin me the complete opposite of what you're telling me. You lazy f***. Customer support told me that because this store wasn't cooperating they would set up a pick up date for me. Thank you Hubert for helping me more on the phone than Marie could in person.

I stumbled upon a shout out for the Davis Pharmacy on Reddit today, my day to get a Covid and Flu vaccination. It was such a pleasant departure from a normal trip to a big chain store. The space is for prescription medicine only and the pharmacists treat you as a patient. I was quite taken with their hospitality and even given an organic juice after my vaccines were administered. Next time I'm asked by my PCP or other MD "prescriptions still sent to CVS on Covell?". Hell naw! Davis Pharmacy on Anderson for me.

My son and I came to Walgreens to take passport pictures for his passport renewal. The store was…read morenot busy overall. We walked straight to the back of the store where the photos counter was. There was no one working the counter. There was a contractor waiting to sign off some work there. After a few minutes I asked him if there was anyone working the counter and was told that the lady was suppose went in the back room and was going to come back out. After close to 10 minutes, the contractor finally went to ask an employee molted to go get the lady so she can sign off his work. Afterwards, she did help us with the passport photos. She was nice, took my son's photo, uploaded it to the system and told use it would be a few minutes while she crops, touched up the photos and print them. It ended being up closer to 10 minutes as she had to help another customer with something. Walgreens is a place to get passport pictures ($16.99 plus tax) and have other pictures printed (self serve kiosk), but if you need help, be prepared to do a little waiting around.

Being in Davis, it's so easy to get to this high-quality compounding pharmacy---as it is to anything in this small town. Yeah! SHINGLES-- My husband has been suffering with an awful case: all over the right side of his torso, plus on that shoulder AND down the right side of his back. The eruptions have nearly disappeared but he keeps getting episodes of stabbing pain... the nerves are still angry. The pain is mostly at night, disturbing his sleep. I am so thankful that Dr. Henchell (UC Medical Clinic) told us about "Davis Compounding Solutions". The cream is really working. Yes, it's expensive $79 cash, but my husband is in poor health anyway--he really needs his sleep, he really needs his life back.

Absolutely will be changing pharmacies and I recommend anyone who needs a reliable pharmacist to go elsewhere. Very disappointed.

The cashier insisted that the system was indeed giving me 50% off but I argued that 50% of $6.99 is $3.50!! You can clearly see the original price on my return receipt for the Snoopy Hershey kisses and Reese's PB hearts as $6.99!! $4.68 is not 50% off!! I told her they should take those 50% off signs down since it's obviously false advertising. Afterwards I saw a woman browsing the Valentine's 50% off merch but warned her that it's actually only 33% off when you get to the register!!
