Because of that, I wanted to speak with a manager to let them know how great their team was. Unfortunately, that experience was completely different. The manager, Viviana, took a long time to come out, and when she did, she immediately said she was "way too busy to talk and deal with me." When she finally approached me, her attitude was annoyed and unprofessional. As someone who is a manager myself, I found this really disappointing. Great employees deserve recognition, and it shouldn't be treated as an inconvenience when a customer wants to give positive feedback. I hope CVS takes a closer look at how management interacts with customers, because the staff on the floor truly deserve better support and appreciation.

You can clearly see the original price on my return receipt for the Snoopy Hershey kisses and Reese's PB hearts as $6.99!! $4.68 is not 50% off!! I told her they should take those 50% off signs down since it's obviously false advertising. I left without mine and my first passport verification failed. I wasn't charged for the retake photo which was nice. However the process wasted precious time and required that I mail off the application twice. I was sure to get the passport photo verification certificate the next time and the photo was accepted. I had a very good experience with the staff here. The attendants I have worked with have always been efficient and professional.

It is uncalled for and very disrespectful of our time. Yes, I understand many things can be done via a bot, but many things can't. The programmer should consider that and allow for "human" option within the first few seconds. BTW, even when you say "human", the bot asks all the very same questions it just went through in the first 3 min.
