Because of that, I wanted to speak with a manager to let them know how great their team was. Unfortunately, that experience was completely different. The manager, Viviana, took a long time to come out, and when she did, she immediately said she was "way too busy to talk and deal with me." When she finally approached me, her attitude was annoyed and unprofessional. As someone who is a manager myself, I found this really disappointing. Great employees deserve recognition, and it shouldn't be treated as an inconvenience when a customer wants to give positive feedback. I hope CVS takes a closer look at how management interacts with customers, because the staff on the floor truly deserve better support and appreciation.

This review is for the passport photo services…read more If you're coming in for passport services MAKE SURE to get a printout of the VERIFICATION CERTIFICATE. I left without mine and my first passport verification failed. I wasn't charged for the retake photo which was nice. However the process wasted precious time and required that I mail off the application twice. I was sure to get the passport photo verification certificate the next time and the photo was accepted. I had a very good experience with the staff here. The attendants I have worked with have always been efficient and professional.

Well my insurance will pay for the extended release but not the version that works best for me. In SF the CVS would just use a coupon and I would pay out of pocket the $30 the meds are worth. Well, according to the "personal judgement" of the Pharmacy Manager at this location ... he created a policy that only applies to controlled substances. No one on a controlled substance can use an out of pocket coupon for their meds at "his" pharmacy. This is purely a policy that he decided upon on his own, not based on science or anything medically based ... purely to hurt poor people who need meds that are controlled and they have to pay out of pocket. I find this discriminatory, disgusting, and despicable. His job is to dispense meds as prescribed not to be a judge and jury to keep me from such meds because I can't afford to pay $1700 out of pocket. Shame on CVS for employing a discriminator such as this. Smh. I hope someday he is standing at the gates of heaven and God says to him, "Sorry, you can't get in. It's my personal judgement. Standard WalMart merchandise at their usually lower than grocery store prices. Store is Pretty clean, workers and clientele are friendly and getting in and out of the parking lot is easy.

It is uncalled for and very disrespectful of our time. Yes, I understand many things can be done via a bot, but many things can't. The programmer should consider that and allow for "human" option within the first few seconds. BTW, even when you say "human", the bot asks all the very same questions it just went through in the first 3 min. I hope this review gets to their corporate office so they fix this unnecessary burden. The pharmacy itself is great. My husband and I have always received great service from them. I'd be happy to change my review to a 5 star if they fix this bot.
