I left without mine and my first passport verification failed. I wasn't charged for the retake photo which was nice. However the process wasted precious time and required that I mail off the application twice. I was sure to get the passport photo verification certificate the next time and the photo was accepted. I had a very good experience with the staff here. The attendants I have worked with have always been efficient and professional.

I wondered if my prescription had been mixed up with another person's ---- Ultimately, I learned that it was a 'substitute' for what my doctor prescribed-- The decision to give me a substitute was made by CVS, not by my doctor.....BUT I'm anaphylactic to additives found in prescriptions, food, drink...Prepared food/drink and prescriptions must be vetted. I returned to CVS, spoke with pharmacist & told her that I never want RX switched as she had done. She said she'd put it on my CVS file. INSTEAD she tried to get my doctor to ok substitutes. My doctor told pharmacist to talk with me plus doctor informed me what the pharmacist was trying to do. -- It's a long story--not yet ended--but as noted: there's a safety concern with this CVS pharmacy managing prescriptions and/or with the specific pharmacist now employed at 1550 E. He comes to check out when staff needs and argues with you if you tell him about coupon redemption or mispricing on items. The space is for prescription medicine only and the pharmacists treat you as a patient. I was quite taken with their hospitality and even given an organic juice after my vaccines were administered. I received an email reminder a couple of days before the appointment and then the day of the appointment I received a text with a link to click upon arriving at the Target store. Once inside and link clicked, I was directed to the pharmacy counter where there was a special check-in counter for shots. They found my record in their system. I was directed to wait on line next to the pharmacist consult window and when my turn came up, I was seated, my temperature taken, my date of birth asked for, and then the shot was given before you could say BOO. Band-aide adhered and to top it all off, I was given a coupon good for $5 off a $20 purchase at Target. Convenient and the coupon was an unexpected benefit of using this CVS.

Management is poor and discrimination is a thing. I stayed with my mom 24/7 and some of the staff were cruel with me while others were angels. My mom's mobility required 2 persons which I was one of them doing it with complete love. However, I was mistreated by management through passive aggression including verbal insults. The center refused to allow my mom additional days of therapy because the nurse director "did not like me and my sick mom".
