    Them changing the manikin

My hunny and I have been to target the past couple weeks, a number of times. Each time, no new inventory. Today we were hoping to see some new clothing in the men's champion section. Again no sizes we were looking for available.i asked one of the girls working if we could remove the manikin's pants because they were the only size we needed. Both girls took the manikin apart. I told them they earned a good review. Sometimes you just have to ask and they will produce good results! The girls were very polite and beyond kind. I think the names of the two girls were jasmine and Lauren!!

Nice wide aisle and store is relatively clean. Starbucks at front helps. Bathroom now power to both hand dryers and no paper towels in men's room. 2 stalls & 2 urinals.

On the way back home from the Bay Area I had to stop here to purchase some essentials before going to Placerville. I would normally stop at the Target located in El Dorado Hills but I had to go to the bathroom very badly. So we tried this Target in Davis and I could not get out fast enough. First, the mens room was disgusting with the floors wiped out and the toilets were the aftermath of nuclear winter. There was literally no toilet paper and nothing was cleaned. The water facet shot out like a cannon getting me wet. The store seemed in a bit of disarray but we shopped to get our items which was easy enough but getting through the check stand was bad. A gentleman could not get his card to work at our check stand and the checker took 15 minutes to try to help the guy until the guy sort of admitted that he did not have the money. The second checker that we went to was nice and polite and did the best he could to get us out of the store. Go into the parking lot at your own risk ... I literally observed an elderly lady almost get run over by a car full of young people. After we packed our car I wanted to place our cart back in the rack because it is hard work for the people to retrieve the carts, and a lady was honking her horn because she was so important and had so much more important things to do wanting me to get out of my space so she could park. Not one go my best experiences at a Target.

Long lines. They have 4 times the amount of self service they used to but they're always closed. I work nearby and used to go here frequently on breaks. Now it's too slow to conveniently get in and out on time In the early morning after opening you often have to find an employee to check you out and in mid morning and even in the lines are long for regular checkouts When self service is open the employees are sometimes really rude often coming over and checking you reallly do only have 10 items One scolded me for checking out when self service was open but shouldn't have been ... I should have guessed that? Nothing was blocking them and they were open

Cat Boots~ They are genuine leather, fluffy, furry & very warm in the inside & not to mention comfortable for my feet!

5 stars all the way! I called their customer service before arriving with my boyfriend and they said they had plenty of boots in stock, including long and they sure did! I found the cutest pair of genuine leather boots that are called Cat Boots, yes heard that right, boots with the fur ha ha! They are fluffy, furry and very warm in the inside and not to mention comfortable for my feet! I would highly recommend this location, the staff are very friendly and everything is well stocked! Thank you to the sweet staff member that allowed me to wear my boots out, so I cold toss my old uncomfortable pair! Support local, we'll definitely be back!

    Too big

I went to target last week and I got the instant Mani press on nails. I pulled them out of the package this morning. They were too big too small and the glue is very hard to open. I would not recommend.

This Target is super clean and the staff is helpful/friendly. They will price match competitors and don't give you a hard time about it. Highly recommend downloading the Target App and using the barcode scanner within the app to check Targets online pricing. I've had things at the store marked $79.99 and online was $49.99. More often, you'll find things are a couple of dollars cheaper and they will obviously adjust. The Starbucks has the Impossible Breakfast sandwich so you can avoid the long drive thru line at the Starbucks just over the overpass.

I am going tell you that a shop like that exists locally near Sacramento. Nakamura Brothers furniture right in downtown Woodland , CA, on Main Street. Woodland is the town bordering between Davis and Sacramento off Interstate 5. Less than 20 minute drive from either town. They do not master craft their own furniture. (They probably have the skills to do that though). But they do sell wood furniture. 3 generation ran business. They have been in business since before WW II. Even after the family internment, they came back to Woodland to keep selling furniture. They are very knowledgeable and so easy going. They sell dressers, desks, hutches, buffets, kitchen carts, dining sets (individual or sets), bar stools, rocking chairs ( kids and adult sizes), vanities, consoles, benches, coffee tables, night stands... you get the picture. If not, check out the posted pics. The inventory is mostly unstained. You can purchase it stained or unstained. They have lots of various stain options. Plus for all wood furniture, the prices are pretty cheap. The inventory on hand has been slimmer than in previous years. But they do have actual in stock inventory ready to sell. How many furniture shops can say that now a days? Not many. I think you can also order items. I knew for sure before the pandemic, we were able to order items.

The thing that strikes me most is the personal service. The owner, Allen, is delightful. he was super helpful in my situation. We are moving and the move is still a couple of months out. I found the piece I really wanted but didn't want to bring it home, only to turn around and move it again when our home was ready. He agreed to hold it for me and even will deliver it at no charge. This is the kind of service I I grew up with that has suddenly become very rare. Highest recommendation!

It's so hard to find that kind of kindness and professionalism these days, and Sonoma Furniture is one of the few businesses I've found that really excels in every area. They're a local family business, and I always feel good supporting them instead of spending money at big chains. Businesses like this are exactly why shopping local matters. One thing that really stood out to me: I bought a chair online from a different manufacturer that Sonoma Furniture doesn't even carry, and the manufacturer sent me a taller replacement cylinder for it. I didn't want to hire a handyman because I wanted someone who actually knows furniture to do it properly, so I asked if they could help. I even offered to pay, but Kirk, the owner, replaced it for me as a favor. That kind of generosity and customer care is incredibly rare.
