    Follow the signs to donate

I came here to drop off clothing donations. Follow the signage to find the drop off location. To donate, walk around the left side of the building into the back parking lot. Continue walking past all the garages. Once you get past all the garages, you'll see a volunteer under an EZ up tent organizing donations. Leave your donations with them. They accept used or new clothing items as long as there are not significant rips or stains. No used undergarments. No used socks (only new sock donations). I assume they take non-clothing donations as well and may be back to donate some furniture when I finish moving out.

    looks tempting...

Great place for real bargains for the most part- fractions of Goodwill. MOST staff are friendly. Portly guy needs another job. Surly, like the guy in the ad about returns on TV years ago. Tough to please for donations. Go to Goodwill on E8th, they grab it right now. The younger ladies are pretty sweet and friendly. It equals a pleasant experience- more patronage. The stock is sort of garage-saley stuff, pretty plain, with a couple gems. The organization is abysmal. Like at one time set out in some order, gone amok. The clothes outside- block off an hour to search. They COULD just group like things together. No. Bad in hot weather. They had a tent. No better. Still too hot for long digging. Really messy. Could be easily fixed, even weekly. Scary was this pouch. Reaching into it, got stuck on a pin through the tag, so was done there. Why? Already had a plastic thing to hold it. Go for a long, slow, safe look. Prices are good. Help the animals! Just don't get rabies from a pin or something.

Great location in Davis for a thrift store. We have been to Davis so many times and we kept passing by this place. So now it was the time to stop by and browse. To our liking they had Shopping flow traffic in place along with social distances practices. Clothes were outside to allow greater space for people to roam about.

tea party hat ($3) and new moccasins ($6) I found :D

Kinda crazy place, lots of stuff, but hard to look through stuff, pretty cluttered. Prices were a bit high, but funds go to a good cause.

Not always organized but great prices and I've had some fabulous finds. Also a great place to donate the stuff you are done with.

I have been to many thrift stores (I love getting a good deal), and it never fails that I always a few items and never have to spend more than $10 total.

My family and I frequent this place and find that the time does pass by here quite quickly...quite enjoyably. There are seating areas around where you can take a book for a spin before purchasing. There's just so much to enjoy... The place is brightly lit and well decorated. Apart from books, there's a lot more other things you can buy...vinyl records, toys, even model kits you can assemble in your spare time. And there is always the staff, friendly and knowledgeable about the store and its merchandise. The items are a little on the expensive side, but the quality is worth it. Summertime in Arden can get quite hot, but a relaxing visit to Barnes and Noble here in the Arden Fair Mall area is cool!

As someone who has loved reading since childhood, bookstores have always been a special place for me--and this location has never lost its charm. Whenever I'm near the mall, stopping in here is a must. It's honestly a little dangerous how easy it is to walk out with several books, so I have to pace myself--but that just speaks to how great their selection is. They consistently carry a wide variety of genres I enjoy, and I always find something that catches my eye. The staff have always been helpful and approachable. Whether I've needed help tracking down a specific title, requesting something not in stock, checking a price, or even signing up for a rewards card, they've made the process smooth and easy every time. Over the years, I've also loved seeing how they've expanded beyond books. There's a great selection of board games, anime merchandise, and other fun finds, which makes browsing even more enjoyable. The store is well-organized, and I have always loved that you can freely flip through books before deciding to buy. I've purchased everything from genre fiction to cookbooks, toys, and picture books for my son when he was younger--there really is something here for everyone with a love for stories and a bit of whimsy. Prices are fair, the quality is great, and I've even discovered new authors and series I wouldn't have found otherwise. This Barnes & Noble will always hold a special place in my heart. It's more than just a bookstore--it's a place full of memories.

They talk, read, study, meet up, and exist together for a while. There's a different energy here that makes you want to slow down and be part of it. I love this place!!!!! There's more than just coffee and books here; there's a little community. There's a bulletin board filled with flyers for local happenings, book clubs, celebrations, etc. I came here one weekend to study and it, thankfully, wasn't too busy. The cashier was friendly and welcoming, there's WiFi, and a fair amount of seating. I can see this place getting packed during peak hours. One thing I noticed right away was a small book club meeting happening near where I was working. It helped me relax while I was focusing on my work! I think that's why so many of us like working in coffee shops... you can be alone while still feeling connected to other people around you. I'll definitely be back, not just for the coffee, but for the genuinely welcoming atmosphere. Thanks !

As it's my first time here, I did order a drink -- a custom drink -- a chocolate chai $8.49. A little pricey but the drink was very good! I checked out the books and they have a nice selection and some freebies available as well. Would definitely recommend, lovely location and very kind staff. Looking forward to returning here, again, in the future.

The bookstore itself feels cozy and magical, like you know you'll find a good read here. I love that they sell both new and used books. The used books are priced well, and the new books are the cover price. They have a membership program that's free where you can accumulate points to get a discount eventually. They have books for all ages, including a big back area full of children's books and middle aged children's books. I found two awesome children's books. As others have mentioned, the selection has some gaps, but I imagine you could easily order a book you want that isn't in stock. I enjoyed browsing the shelves and seeing employee recommendations. When I made it to the poetry selection, I was happy to see that it wasn't all mainstream or classic poets, and I ended up picking up a few new collections. There's an extensive children's and young adult section in the back, and the store also sells things like book-related jewelry, some cards, and a ton of cute stickers (I may have gone overboard on buying some of those). They also sell local zines, which I think is awesome. If you make a zine, you can contact them to see about selling them in the store. The front table has free bookmarks, handouts, community announcements, etc., and the person at the register let me put some of my zines on the table for people to take for free. All in all, a cute spot, and one I'd visit regularly if I lived in town.
