We couldn't have been treated better by the manager and another gal working there. It reminded me of that saying "hell hath no fury like a woman scorned." I brought in a 14k gold plated silver ring for resizing. My ring was a 7.5 and they sized it down to a 5 without any warping or altering of the shape. The blend between the gold and silver is beautiful, polished incredibly smooth with the weld barely being visible. This shop is pristine on the inside, the two men I interacted with were very straight forward and efficient, and the work is stunning. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured into any options, I was not asked if I wanted to buy a more expensive ring, I told them what I was there for, and they left it at that. The resize took a week, exact time frame they gave me, and was very reasonably priced. Could not recommend more.
