This review is for the passport photo services…read more If you're coming in for passport services MAKE SURE to get a printout of the VERIFICATION CERTIFICATE. I left without mine and my first passport verification failed. I wasn't charged for the retake photo which was nice. However the process wasted precious time and required that I mail off the application twice. I was sure to get the passport photo verification certificate the next time and the photo was accepted. I had a very good experience with the staff here. The attendants I have worked with have always been efficient and professional.

Well my insurance will pay for the extended release but not the version that works best for me. In SF the CVS would just use a coupon and I would pay out of pocket the $30 the meds are worth. Well, according to the "personal judgement" of the Pharmacy Manager at this location ... he created a policy that only applies to controlled substances. No one on a controlled substance can use an out of pocket coupon for their meds at "his" pharmacy. This is purely a policy that he decided upon on his own, not based on science or anything medically based ... purely to hurt poor people who need meds that are controlled and they have to pay out of pocket. I find this discriminatory, disgusting, and despicable. His job is to dispense meds as prescribed not to be a judge and jury to keep me from such meds because I can't afford to pay $1700 out of pocket. Shame on CVS for employing a discriminator such as this. Smh. I hope someday he is standing at the gates of heaven and God says to him, "Sorry, you can't get in. It's my personal judgement. My discretion. My, I mean our, policy is to not let hateful discriminatory behavior into our club." Good luck bro, I hope you feel like a big boy now. Gold star discrimination. Signs are clear for required social distance/face masks and they've always had hand sanitizers at the front entrance. Almost always, the shelves are fully stocked with items according to ad prices. Only one time they ran out of something before the sale ended...early birds get the worms :) We absolutely love the coupons and ExtraBucks rewards for being a loyal customer. Yesterday they had an amazing $5 reward for spending $20 on any pet items. Since we always get treats and toys for Jojo, that was an easy promotion to get us to shop! #ThankYou to Manager Nicole for always being so kind and helpful. A problematic pharmacy and/or loose-goosey pharmacist------ My doctor wrote RX for a specific…read moremedicine..typically, I get it from Express Scripts but in meantime I was to pick up a 2 week supply (which is only 3 tablets). ---It took CVS days to get the medication then they notified me they had it, but ------------ what was given me wasn't what my doctor prescribed ! Back home, ignorant to the switch, I was about to take a dose, BUT soon as I looked inside that bottle---- I knew something was wrong (the shape, even the color were off). I wondered if my prescription had been mixed up with another person's ---- Ultimately, I learned that it was a 'substitute' for what my doctor prescribed-- The decision to give me a substitute was made by CVS, not by my doctor.....BUT I'm anaphylactic to additives found in prescriptions, food, drink...Prepared food/drink and prescriptions must be vetted. I returned to CVS, spoke with pharmacist & told her that I never want RX switched as she had done. She said she'd put it on my CVS file. INSTEAD she tried to get my doctor to ok substitutes. My doctor told pharmacist to talk with me plus doctor informed me what the pharmacist was trying to do. -- It's a long story--not yet ended--but as noted: there's a safety concern with this CVS pharmacy managing prescriptions and/or with the specific pharmacist now employed at 1550 E. Covell, Davis--- I won't be getting any more prescriptions from them--- Be careful. At the counter, Open up your RX bottle & see what you just paid for.

Being in Davis, it's so easy to get to this high-quality compounding pharmacy---as it is to anything in this small town. Yeah! SHINGLES-- My husband has been suffering with an awful case: all over the right side of his torso, plus on that shoulder AND down the right side of his back. The eruptions have nearly disappeared but he keeps getting episodes of stabbing pain... the nerves are still angry. The pain is mostly at night, disturbing his sleep. I am so thankful that Dr. Henchell (UC Medical Clinic) told us about "Davis Compounding Solutions". The cream is really working. Yes, it's expensive $79 cash, but my husband is in poor health anyway--he really needs his sleep, he really needs his life back.

I received an email reminder a couple of days before the appointment and then the day of the appointment I received a text with a link to click upon arriving at the Target store. Once inside and link clicked, I was directed to the pharmacy counter where there was a special check-in counter for shots. They found my record in their system. I was directed to wait on line next to the pharmacist consult window and when my turn came up, I was seated, my temperature taken, my date of birth asked for, and then the shot was given before you could say BOO. Band-aide adhered and to top it all off, I was given a coupon good for $5 off a $20 purchase at Target. Convenient and the coupon was an unexpected benefit of using this CVS.

Our health care provider gave us a list so I hopped on Yelp and took a look at some reviews. This one had such a high rating I had to read through the other reviews to be sure, but this was our first choice and we got it! This is not what I am used to in larger healthcare settings, but I am so glad that they aren't some super excessively large entity because the personal service we received was out of this world! Literally could not have asked for anything better in caring for our family. It started with our provider reaching out to their offices, shortly after that calls started coming in to deliver the bed and supplies (they use Hospice Source for equipment delivery - will pen another review for them specifically). Once we figured out what they do and don't provide we hopped on Amazon for anything else we didn't already have so we could be thoroughly prepared for our loved ones care. Intake Nurse was at our home shortly after our family member came home from the hospital. They hand you and informational booklet (handy way to keep everything organized and sorted) with homework assignments already inside for the funeral arrangements, general definitions, even a spot to write your entire care teams name and number so everyone in the home has access, etc. We even received a blue card to place on the fridge for contact information for our care team! Our private team was 2 nurses, an aide, social worker, chaplain and even a couple on-call/after hours nurses as needed too. Every one of these staff members we were assigned were absolutely phenomenal! Supreme service all around, if I had my own company I would extend each and every person that came in a job offer. They were THAT good. Hospice work is very tough to continuously be with people at often their lowest point or right before they pass away. With all the heightened emotions of the patient, family and their own personal lives.. you can imagine this is often a thankless job. We expressed our gratitude thoroughly to every one of our staff and I am writing this review to tell anyone reading to have some patience, compassion, and grace. THANK YOU Advanced Home Health & Hospice. No offense, but I hope I never need you again. If I do, you will be the first team I call or recommend to anyone in your service area.
