    The pharmacy hours are random and the drive up window is closed more often than it is open.

    They have a bunch of expired meds on the shelf!!! Make sure you check the date on everything you buy.

I ordered several posters for pick up for a birthday party I was on my way to from Emeryville. I ordered them about an hour and a half in advance, and sent them to the Fairfield Walmart to be picked up since the party I was attending was in Fairfield. I received a text message saying my order was ready for pick up at 12:18 PM, however, when I showed up to pick up my order around 1 PM, I was informed that my order was not ready at all. My posters hadn't been printed or cut. I was frustrated, because I was already running late for my event, and I was informed via text that the posters were ready almost an hour ago. Something a staff member told me is an automated issue. I then stood around for another 30 minutes, waiting for someone to assist me and was continuously told that the person who was supposed to be helping me was on their lunch break. Eventually, I got so frustrated, I asked to speak to a manager and informed them that while I still wanted my posters, I felt I deserved a refund. I paid $50 for posters that were not ready when they were supposed to be and had to wait an additional 30 minutes in store for help. Not certain if the person I spoke to was a manager or not, if it is, she lacks empathy and customer service skills. She said " I'll print the posters for you, and I'll give you a discount, but I'm not giving you anything for free." It was never about getting anything for free. I had already paid for the posters. And would've paid full price no problem had I been able to pick up my posters as soon as I got there. It was about the lack of respect for my time and the miscommunication. The fact that they had me standing around the store waiting for help for so long when I had already received a text over an hour ago, saying that my order was ready. In turn, making me late to my event. Whoever " helped" me ended up giving me a $25 gift card, which I was not satisfied with. So much of my time was wasted in that store yesterday, I definitely feel like I deserved 100% of my money back and not in store credit either. Unfortunately, I was in such a rush, I didn't have time to go back-and-forth, I really needed to get on to my event, but had I had more time, I definitely would've put up more of a fight about it, because it's not OK for corporations to get away with such poor customer service and treating people so poorly. As someone who works in customer service, and have for the last 15 years, I would never speak to anyone the way I was spoken to yesterday. I will always empathize with people, and accept fault when I know we could have done better, and I would do anything to rectify the situation to keep a customer happy, even if that means providing a complete refund. Evidently Walmart does not share that same sentiment.

    I've always had great service at the Fairfield Target, but tonight I really want to acknowledge…read moretheir exceptional employees. I lost my keys and wallet somewhere in the store and ended up sitting in the Starbucks area, stressed and unsure what to do next, especially with my phone at only 5%. An employee named Wyatt noticed I was upset and came over to ask if he could help. He was incredibly kind, he took my phone to their break room to charge it and searched through the carts while my daughter and I checked the aisles. He stopped by several times just to check on us. The woman working at Starbucks also came over after overhearing what happened and offered us a pastry to make the moment a little easier. I was genuinely touched by how willing complete strangers were to help us and brighten our experience in any way they could. Thankfully, a customer who overheard us found my keys and brought them over. To the customer who returned my keys, the Starbucks employee, and Wyatt, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. I'm so relieved my keys and wallet were found, but even more moved by your kindness, warmth, and willingness to help during a stressful moment. You truly made a difference

    Is Target is stealing from their customers? Has anyone else had this issue? I purchased 2 items…read morefrom the Target website, but only 1 item of the 2 was in the box. I reached out to Target and filed a claim. They "investigated" the claim and denied it. Their take was they sent the package and they have a photo to prove it. I agreed that I received the package, but stated 1 of the 2 items was missing. It's only $30 but it's the principle of the matter. They just gave me the runaround for a bit, and then leaned into the package was delivered. They said I needed to file a police report and another claims with UPS so they can provide the actual weight of the package. It would be ridiculous to file a police report because I actually received an intact package. It was only 1 item that was missing, so I thought checking with UPS would be a good idea because if they actually check the weight of the packages, it would be underweight, proving an item was missing. But guess what, when I tried filing a claim with UPS, I received a message from UPS stating, "Unfortunately we cannot process your claim. The sender has restricted claims for this package. Please reach out to them directly for assistance." Talk about covering all your bases. This is clearly seems like THEFT BY TARGET. No wonder their stock has been going up lately. They're making 100% profit on the things you order. Has anyone else had a similar issue? How did you resolve it?
