I've been to this CVS Pharmacy location a couple of times in the past. I used to get my flu shots and COVID-19 booster shots here. Back then, they weren't as organized or were just overwhelmed by the sheer amount of people there for their immunizations. I had an appointment, but still had to wait in line (as if I didn't have one). Other than immunizations, I was in need of getting my daughter's antibiotics as soon as possible. Our regular pharmacy still didn't have her medication ready, even a day or two later. I was told that the medication was allegedly going to come in the following day, but I didn't want to wait any longer. I called this CVS Pharmacy location and thankfully they had her medication in stock. The person I spoke with over the phone, however, was a bit rude towards the end of our call. Thankfully, however, my husband was able to pick up her medication that same day. I'm thankful that they had the medication in stock, so she could start her treatment, but I wasn't really happy with the customer service I received each time I've come here or spoke with someone over the phone. For that reason, I give them 3 out of 5 stars. read more

The young lady who was in charge of the cashier said she was not able to help me because I needed change for a twenty dollar bill because she had not enough small bills, but when I tried to buy a small pack of gum she still refused to let me buy it. So I played the scratcher lottery with a twenty and I won $40.00, then she cashed in with a twenty and 4 $5.00 bills. Stupidity never ends with these people who are not trained to deal with the public. read more

We get all our meds and vaccine needs here at this CVS Pharmacy! You have some very good clerks and technicians and pharmacists at this branch. I find Marcella, Aggie, Dr. Wang, very approachable and helpful! Actually all the pharm technicians are super patient and yes it gets busy, and yes there are lines, but also we found them to be helpful. You wanna know what sucks? Being sick on a Friday night. You wanna know what I can rely on cvs for having? All the cold/flu medications that I could possibly need for either my kids or myself. They also have sales quite frequently on their personal care items and to top that off this location is a UPS express hub! Whenever I order items that may be delivered during the day time and I know i won't be able to accept the package, I just have it shipped here. You just need a form of id to pick up and easy peasy. read more

Scheduled an appointment for a certain time for vaccines. Checked-in and told me to sit down at the chairs. Seen a group of two people, who checked in afterwards get their vaccines before me. Maybe they had an earlier appointment time. 45 minutes later and they've just totally ignored me. I recommend to go to any other CVS besides this. read more

Pharmacy staff was very helpful and friendly and even though they were busy they were working quickly to help everyone and get prescriptions filled. They could have used another cashier at the front as I went to buy more items and the line was long but the gentleman working upfront was very busy trying to help people scanning their own items and run a cashier also. read more

I am currently on hold as I type. I called my refill in 24 hrs before I needed it. Then, received a message to pick up the following day. It was not there; it was never there. When I asked what happened, she instructed me to find my meds myself by calling of CVS in the area. ...Still in hold by the way... I have been looking for my meds for over 2 hours. I finally began to drive around Solano county myself. While in Vacaville, the Target staff was kind enough to help me double team all stores from Fairfield, Vacaville, and Napa. Shame on you North Texas CVS pharmacy. Your position is needed but you shrug at your responsibilities. You lack customer service and compassion. read more

I can understand the low ratings from previous yelpers. I had one item to ring up and the cashier decided to carry a conversation with her friend instead of facilitating the purchase in a timely manner. I don't mind cashiers carrying on conversation while carrying on their job. I didn't think it was too much trouble to multi task and scan. I just didn't want to wait for the whole conversation about camping to finish before getting out of there. Times like this it's no surprise why cashiers are being replaced by self check out machines. I almost wanted to scan the gel myself. That or just leave. Rest assured this was my first and last visit. What a complete waste of time. read more

Horrible service in the pharmacy department. You can call in advance to make sure they have your prescription ready and when you show up to pick it up, they want to blame you that they had no knowledge of your prescription being placed. I don't know what they do throughout their shift but clearly they are slow at doing their work. If they're not happy, they should probably go find something else to do. read more

Sooo, I'm convalescing at my parents house after a major surgery. My dad had to go to CVS to fill my prescriptions because that's where my doctor said to go as he is in their system. Per my dad, the woman at the pharmacy said she couldn't verify me in the system even when using my ID, which my father had with him, because there was more than one person with my name. That's a lie, I've filled prescriptions at CVS before. I highly doubt there is someone with my same name, date of birth, and phone number in their system. Also, my dad is on my account to show he is authorized to pick up my prescriptions. I set that up myself with CVS before my surgery. It gets better... Then she claimed they didn't have the prescription at that location and he would have to go to another CVS to fill it. When my dad attempted to ask if they could check the closest CVS to see if they had what I needed he. was told she couldn't help him. Since when can't a pharmacy call another location to see if they have a certain medication? Do they not have a system that allows them see what's available at each location? I understand that people are out there with fraudulent prescriptions, but all they had to do what call the doctor's office to confirm the prescription and my info. Being unprofessional and lacking Customer Service skills is unacceptable. This CVS is lacking on product and items are usually out of date, but I overlooked some of it because the employees at the main checkout were usually pleasant. This review is about the great deals CVS has. If you do couponing extreming like I do you can save a lot of money on everyday things like toothbrushes, toothpaste, makeup, deodorant, snacks ect. You do have to put in the time to print/cut coupons, see what's on sale but it's well worth it. I already got emails for saving $5.00 on a purchase of $15 or more and save 30% apply those to your CVS card to save even more. read more

Today, a Saturday, I arrived at the pharmacy drive up window at 9:55 am. I waited for the window to open up at 10:00. Patiently waiting until 10:20. Still no one came to the window. I called the pharmacy several times with no answer. I then called the main line and spoke to someone to ask if the pharmacy was open. He said they were open. I had go inside to pick up my prescriptions. I am disabled and rely on drive up service. I was forced to limp inside. Once I get to the pharmacy, I observed a few people standing in line. The clerk was moving slow as molasses. I mean good grief, no sense of urgency. Wasting time chitchatting nonsense. I informed him I was waiting at the drive up window for twenty minutes and no one came. This is the worst experience I have ever had at this location. read more

This review is for the male who answered the pharmacy line on 9/13/23 at 5:40p. Your customer service skills need severe improvement. As a customer, I had been on hold for over 10 minutes and was inquiring if this CVS location carried a Rx for my 82 year grandmother since the CVS we usually go to, didn't have any in stock until next week. I provided you with the name of the medicine and you replied "we don't have any" and you immediately hung up the phone. You didn't bother to help further, wait to hear if I had additional questions, or offer solutions. This type of service reflects poorly on CVS. Working in a pharmacy should require staff like yourself to have compassion as you are serving people that need medicine and are likely already dealing with health matters. Poor Service and Pharmacy Care. I had arrived immediately after having a Surgery done and my Prescriptions were not ready when I arrived soon after leaving the Hospital. They then told me they were going to take a lunch, so I was forced to wait another half hour meanwhile I'm in pain and discomfort the entire time I'm waiting to get my prescription. Once I finally came back about an hour later , I again found myself waiting over 25 minutes. I called yesterday to see if an order for insulin was in. Pharmacist Mike said it was in the incoming shipment and I could pick it up after 5pm. Today my wife stopped by to pickup the order only to be told that it just came in on today's shipment and that she would have to wait for the order to be processed. What gives? For the second day in a row, an electrical outage has knocked their computers offline. Why don't they have battery backup??? I was very disappointed in the help I got AUGUST 30,2019 Friday at the drive thru pharmacy. I am on a blood thinner injection, with refills. I went to pick it up and the lady over the counter said they were OUT OF STOCK, I would have to miss 1 day and come back after the LABOR DAY HOLIDAY. The IRONY Then the other lady came to the drive up window to DOUBLE VERIFY I HAD NO MEDS THERE. I call to refill my mother's prescription and she always treats me with disdain and if I complain about her attitude, she would hang up the phone. My prescriptions from Raleys were transferred to this pharmacy. When I went in to pick up my first prescription the medication I had paid $13.20 for at Raleys cost $54.99 at CVS. GoodRX.com says this same medication will cost about $17.00 at Costco. One week ago I asked for a refill on another medication. When I went to pick it up on Tueday they said it would be ready at 7PM. When I went again to pick it up today (Thursday) they don't know what I am talking about. I had all my prescriptions transferred to Costco. I have been using the Raley's pharmacy for over 20 years. This week, to my regret, Raley's closed their pharmacy and transferred my files to this CVS. I tried to call the pharmacy today twice. The first time at 2:49 p.m. I was put on hold for 20 minutes while I was driving across town. The second time, at 5:00 p.m., I was on hold for 41 minutes. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager. I told him what happened. He seemed unconcerned, didn't apologize, didn't say he'd look into it, didn't offer to take my number and have the pharmacy call me - just transferred me BACK TO THE PHARMACY! CVS has officially lost my business. In the last 2 months, they've messed up my prescription. I refilled my prescription this month using their online system and sent it to my regular pharmacy (The CVS on North Texas). I went to pick it up, and they told me it was filled at the CVS on Travis Blvd and was ready for pick-up. I head to that pharmacy a couple days later and was told the prescription was in Hawaii...oh and btw, there were no re-fills left. WTF?!?! When I filled the prescription online, it CLEARLY said that I had 2 re-fills left. Oh and my bottle from last month also said 2 refills left. WTF!?! Since this also happened LAST MONTH, it's safe to say that I was fed up. Done. Business is over. Since my medication is actually time sensitive, I now have to call my doctor for an emergency re-fill. Guess who WON'T be getting my business. That's right - CVS Pharmacy, whether in California or in Hawaii. I won't set foot in their stores for their gross incompetency. I went into CVS to look for pain patches or an ointment with lidocaine. Kaiser recommend that CVS or Target would have it. I didn't see what I was looking for on the shelves so I went to the pharmacy and the tech and the pharmacist said there is no such thing because lidocaine is only prescribed and can not be bought over the counter. I understood that lidocaine over 5% has to be prescribed but I saw on the Internet and an employee from kaiser said it was possible to purchase lidocaine otc. the two staff members I spoke to responded with arrogance and suggested I didn't know I was talking about. Which is an Oxy Moron when I feel even wiser now; especially on Where I Get my Scripts! I needed a consult for Clindamycin (Strong Antibiotic!! - Possibly deadly too) Here's the conversation: Jimi: So I'm having surgery tomorrow, how many can I take right now to get these into my system to prevent infection. Pharm: You take 4. Me: Really?... I can take 4 right now and be okay?? Pharm: Yes, you take 4.... (reading the bottle to herself...she has a degree?) Me: I just want to be clear, thank you! (.....Heading to the drinking fountain with 4 pills in hand) (stop....turn around back to the Pharm counter) Me: Hello? It's me again..... I know it's safe to take 1 pill 4 times /day.....But are you sure I could take more for the first dose? Pharm: (She looks mad because I'm questioning her "pill-bottling skills") ...... Convenient, so I still go here often. But their service is awful (long lines and only one register... Happens way too often). And their pharmacy SUCKS! They got so many prescriptions wrong (some very important ones for our toddler) that we had to switch pharmacies. You can NOT make mistakes on things this important. Manager seems nice and cashiers are cool, but hire more and give the people at the pharmacy a brain transplant ASAP. Oh, and when you do miraculously open up a new lane because there are a dozen people in one line, ask the people closest to the front to come over. This place looks so much better since they changed it from Longs. Very convenient location next to the freeway and they usually have a lot of good deals going on there. If you can't find what you're looking for here, there's a Raley's across the st. Definitely an upgrade. read more

Trying to get the pharmacy to answer the phone is almost impossible. The average wait is 20 to 30 minutes or more. several times I've had to hang-up and drive to the store only to see 4 employees behind the counter. It seems the phone in option is a low priority. read more
