I told her they should take those 50% off signs down since it's obviously false advertising. It is uncalled for and very disrespectful of our time. Yes, I understand many things can be done via a bot, but many things can't. The programmer should consider that and allow for "human" option within the first few seconds. BTW, even when you say "human", the bot asks all the very same questions it just went through in the first 3 min. I hope this review gets to their corporate office so they fix this unnecessary burden. The pharmacy itself is great. My husband and I have always received great service from them. I'd be happy to change my review to a 5 star if they fix this bot.

Even though it was a good amount of questions (expected) it was easy to do. Once I got to the window to check in it was a breeze. There was about 5 people already in the waiting room. We went before them since we had appointments and we arrived early for our appointments. They were at 5:00 and 5:15. Both my wife and I got our shots and were out by 5:02pm including our 10 min wait after our shots. Everyone else that did walk-ins went next and it was quick for them as well with no issues. He really puts effort into making each customer feel noticed, and he really does care. He isn't judgmental like other pharmacists, and his attitude has never been short of great. He is encouraging and goes above and beyond. If anyone deserves any recognition, it's Nick. Thank you for all you do for all patients passing through. Weather it be suggesting OTC meds, filling your RX quickly when you're rushing, being very upfront about all possible side effects, always checking for counteractions, and always smiling and as helpful as can be. A lot of people pick up routine meds, but a lot of people are ill or recovering. I have been the ill/recovering person many times, and honestly going to pick up my RX while Nick is working has sometimes truly been the highlight of my day. I've been using this pharmacy for a couple years now, and never once have I seen him act rude towards anyone, or be in an unhappy mood. He is professional and the epitome of what every pharmacist should strive to be like. His kindness radiates and I truly hope Walmart knows how lucky they are to have him as an employee. I also stopped by the customer service to cash in a few winning lottery tickets (unfortunately only $61 worth). There was a line of people at the customer service desk and only 1 employee working. It took about 10-15 minutes of waiting around before I was served. No other employee in the store came by to help out. The Walmart Neighborhood Market on Elmira Rd usually has 2 people staffed at the Customer Service desk to keep traffic flowing. This store like all the other Walmarts and Sam's Club have undergone the signage and lighter blue/white color scheme to make seem brighter in the store and better navigation of the aisles. I rated them 4 stars (rounded from 3.5 stars) since I didn't really experience anything majorly negative here. Every aisle and the produce section seems to be well stocked and clean.

I will say he was professional with his approach, he asked me to not bring product into the bathroom with me. Which I replied I didn't. He then double downed and said I did and he watched me on camera. To which I replied, "You better get your eyes checked because no I fucking didn't. I put it in the cart that me and my friend were sharing so I could use the restroom." Then he asked where's the product? I replied, "in the fucking cart, like I told you." Then I just got pissed off and said, "let's go to the cart then." He followed me all smug like. I found my friend with the cart and pointed out said product I was accused of taking into the bathroom with me. I could tell he still was stuck in his confirmation bias way of thinking he was right. He then said have a good day and walked away. No apology for the misunderstanding, nothing. Then he walked by again with a smug look on his face, to go to the back while I was on the phone with customer service, he had time to apologize again and did not. That is unacceptable. He needs to be coached on how to handle these situations and make sure he is 100% correct before accusing someone of doing something they have not done. I am an assistant manager in a high theft retail location and that is not how you handle things. A simple apology would have deterred me from calling customer service and leaving this review. On top of that, I shop here at least twice a month spending well over $100-$150 each trip.
