I told her they should take those 50% off signs down since it's obviously false advertising. My son and I came to Walgreens to take passport pictures for his passport renewal. The store was…read morenot busy overall. We walked straight to the back of the store where the photos counter was. There was no one working the counter. There was a contractor waiting to sign off some work there. After a few minutes I asked him if there was anyone working the counter and was told that the lady was suppose went in the back room and was going to come back out. After close to 10 minutes, the contractor finally went to ask an employee molted to go get the lady so she can sign off his work. Afterwards, she did help us with the passport photos. She was nice, took my son's photo, uploaded it to the system and told use it would be a few minutes while she crops, touched up the photos and print them. It ended being up closer to 10 minutes as she had to help another customer with something. Walgreens is a place to get passport pictures ($16.99 plus tax) and have other pictures printed (self serve kiosk), but if you need help, be prepared to do a little waiting around.

I also stopped by the customer service to cash in a few winning lottery tickets (unfortunately only $61 worth). There was a line of people at the customer service desk and only 1 employee working. It took about 10-15 minutes of waiting around before I was served. No other employee in the store came by to help out. The Walmart Neighborhood Market on Elmira Rd usually has 2 people staffed at the Customer Service desk to keep traffic flowing. This store like all the other Walmarts and Sam's Club have undergone the signage and lighter blue/white color scheme to make seem brighter in the store and better navigation of the aisles. I rated them 4 stars (rounded from 3.5 stars) since I didn't really experience anything majorly negative here. Every aisle and the produce section seems to be well stocked and clean.

Then while looking at the supplements Derek the operations manager approached me with another associate. I was kneeling over looking at the clearance protein powder. I will say he was professional with his approach, he asked me to not bring product into the bathroom with me. Which I replied I didn't. He then double downed and said I did and he watched me on camera. To which I replied, "You better get your eyes checked because no I fucking didn't. I put it in the cart that me and my friend were sharing so I could use the restroom." Then he asked where's the product? I replied, "in the fucking cart, like I told you." Then I just got pissed off and said, "let's go to the cart then." He followed me all smug like. I found my friend with the cart and pointed out said product I was accused of taking into the bathroom with me. I could tell he still was stuck in his confirmation bias way of thinking he was right. He then said have a good day and walked away. No apology for the misunderstanding, nothing. Then he walked by again with a smug look on his face, to go to the back while I was on the phone with customer service, he had time to apologize again and did not. That is unacceptable. He needs to be coached on how to handle these situations and make sure he is 100% correct before accusing someone of doing something they have not done. I am an assistant manager in a high theft retail location and that is not how you handle things. A simple apology would have deterred me from calling customer service and leaving this review. On top of that, I shop here at least twice a month spending well over $100-$150 each trip.

It is uncalled for and very disrespectful of our time. Yes, I understand many things can be done via a bot, but many things can't. The programmer should consider that and allow for "human" option within the first few seconds. BTW, even when you say "human", the bot asks all the very same questions it just went through in the first 3 min. I hope this review gets to their corporate office so they fix this unnecessary burden. The pharmacy itself is great. My husband and I have always received great service from them. I'd be happy to change my review to a 5 star if they fix this bot.

Back then, they weren't as organized or were just overwhelmed by the sheer amount of people there for their immunizations. I had an appointment, but still had to wait in line (as if I didn't have one). Other than immunizations, I was in need of getting my daughter's antibiotics as soon as possible. Our regular pharmacy still didn't have her medication ready, even a day or two later. I was told that the medication was allegedly going to come in the following day, but I didn't want to wait any longer. I called this CVS Pharmacy location and thankfully they had her medication in stock. The person I spoke with over the phone, however, was a bit rude towards the end of our call. Thankfully, however, my husband was able to pick up her medication that same day. I'm thankful that they had the medication in stock, so she could start her treatment, but I wasn't really happy with the customer service I received each time I've come here or spoke with someone over the phone. For that reason, I give them 3 out of 5 stars.
