I purchased this New Smart TCL TV and paid Wal-Mart to have it installed via Angi. The day Angi came to install it, I donated the smart TV we had to make room for this supposed upgrade. The new TV was missing parts, (power cord, the remote control and one of the legs. The remote was from a different make TV). The TV is damaged in multiple areas, no protective peel off plastic over the screen and two large scratch marks on the screen itself. This was purchased new as a Christmas gift and now it's December 21st, Again, prior TV given away and this new TV is TRASH and can't even turn on. It looks to be an in-store display that was too messed up to sell in the store, put in a box and sold as new. I Bought a new mount and paid Wal-Mart for Angi to install, installed TV is now mounted crooked and the Angi Tec said it's the best he could do. He is a nice guy and did document everything in this complaint as well as reported it to Angie). I spent almost 2 hours on Wal-Mart customer support, transferred to five different representatives, three supervisors and am waiting for a resolution. Very bad experience that is still not resolved! Oh my Lord it is so easy to get lost in this store for hours and still have places to look.. I will go down I'll come back down that aisle again and keep finding new things this store is humongous! I have went here for the past month at least and I have still not made it around to the whole entire place.. workers are always usually very friendly and there's a self check out that makes my life 10 million times easier when I only have a few things and don't have to wait in a huge line! There's so much clearance if that's what you're looking for more than I've ever seen it many stores it's so hard to get lost in everything that's here if you don't have extra money to spend I choose to stay away because it's so easy to spend so much lol. Would definitely recommend 1000 times but like I said it's dangerous if you go here not the area just spending wise. That's also another thing I really love is there so much parking and the area is a nice area that it's located in.

No returnsBe aware of the return policy. No where is it posted in apparel or clothing that you cannot return those items. I returned a toy and found out when a lady in front of me was trying to return some items. The only place that it was displayed was at customer service and also in the fitting rooms which are closed. Everyone knows the fitting rooms are closed so no one goes there obviously. You would think they would have it some other places but that is how Walmart operates get you to buy stuff and then you cannot return it

Be careful going to this Walmart location They charged me $161.30 for something called site merch They charged me $18.44 for CRV I found out these extra charge "Rip off" after I went home I had to stop by second day before work and Customer service made me wait for 20 mins then told me I have to get the manger. The manger came 15 mins later and told me I have to check with our loss prevention team to check the camera for CRV charge and they are on lunch right now. So now I have to wait another hour and when I told (Sandy) the manager that I can't wait that long and I need a solution now because it's my fault! Sandy the manager said stop talking to me or I call 911 for you. What an experience! I don't recommend going to this location and if you have to make sure to always check your receipt before leaving because they will rip you off for sure!!

It was still stapled shut when I opened it tonight. The bottle is empty and there's no residue. Either someone is inept or pocketed my pills. Meanwhile, I pray that my surgeon refills it. Edit to add: They messed up but I'm forced to wait on the phone for over 40 minutes. Nice. Update: I'm first in queue and someone goes to pick up the phone but puts me on hold. Still waiting at the hour mark. Update: Waiting for over a hour, told to call back in the morning (well, my surgery is at 4:30 in the morning. I called the number again and asked for the manager so said she would personally walk back to the pharmacy to ensure the pharmacy manager answers. He answers and basically tells me oh well. Thanks, so effing helpful when I can't get to a pharmacy before 4:30 am. I can't get a hold of my doctor before my surgery. The pharmacy fucked up and is trying to blame it on me.

I've been to this CVS Pharmacy location a couple of times in the past. I used to get my flu shots…read moreand COVID-19 booster shots here. Back then, they weren't as organized or were just overwhelmed by the sheer amount of people there for their immunizations. I had an appointment, but still had to wait in line (as if I didn't have one). Other than immunizations, I was in need of getting my daughter's antibiotics as soon as possible. Our regular pharmacy still didn't have her medication ready, even a day or two later. I was told that the medication was allegedly going to come in the following day, but I didn't want to wait any longer. I called this CVS Pharmacy location and thankfully they had her medication in stock. The person I spoke with over the phone, however, was a bit rude towards the end of our call. Thankfully, however, my husband was able to pick up her medication that same day. I'm thankful that they had the medication in stock, so she could start her treatment, but I wasn't really happy with the customer service I received each time I've come here or spoke with someone over the phone. For that reason, I give them 3 out of 5 stars.

So I played the scratcher lottery with a twenty and I won $40.00, then she cashed in with a twenty and 4 $5.00 bills. Stupidity never ends with these people who are not trained to deal with the public.

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS WALMART! Please take the drive and head over to Suisun City or better yet…read moreVacaville or Dixon where customer service is still being practiced. I never have an issue with any other store except this one, Specifically with "manager" LORRAINE. I've had 3 different encounters through out the years and for some reasons she's always the one behind them. On the 2nd one it actually made me not shop at this particular store for 4 YEARS! That's how horrible she made me feel, but suisun store had a fire and it was urgent. 1st incident, they had a fridge full of Starbucks coffee marked down to $1.98, originally $5.98. I wasn't greedy but thought it was a good deal, she wouldn't honor it. I told her she had a fridge full, she made me show her. Told me she would only allow me to buy 1. No big deal, I'm not greedy. 2nd incident I had just had a baby. We did a diaper raffle. I needed to change 2 diaper boxes for another brand, size or for wipes. I called corporate before hand to make sure I was able to do what I was asking because they were gifts and I didn't have a receipt . At Target you only need a baby registry but Walmart doesn't have that option. Corporate said "you're welcome to exchange whatever you like as long as it's under $100 and you have a California ID that will be scanned into our system". Guess what Lorraine turned me away and said I can't do that. I explained to her I had called corporate and she said it didn't matter diapers are out of the question. She made my husband and I feel like thieves. 3rd incident last week I went in to purchase a rice cooker because mine stopped working, walked in and out. Got the same brand I already had because I know how to use it, and it lasted me 6 years! The store was chaos, understandable since suisun is temporarily closed. While waiting in self check out like I went on Walmart.com to see if they offered a bigger size, noticed it was on sales for $16 instead of $48, SCORE! Asked the self check out person if they do price match, she said "it has to be Walmart website". I showed her, she said yes but can't do it at self check out I have to go to a register. Stood in line AGAIN, cashier now said she needs a manager. Grabs Lorraine, she never greets me and only speaks to cashier. I explained to her what I'm doing. She said my scanner is only showing this price of $48.99. I ask her what the difference is between the app and the website. She can't explain. I asked if they do price matches. She said yes but not mine. Why? She can't explain. I explained I've stood in line twice now, what does she do she grabs the ride cooker and walks away. I still wanted to purchase it. The cashier had to run behind her. She didn't ask, she just assumed I didn't want it. Called corporate. They told me managers don't make up their own policies, it's been about a week and store manager hasn't called me. Sad to live a block away and will drive miles out of my way in order to not deal with such nonsense. This is how stores start to lose clientele and slowly revenue and in a few year it will be an empty lot. It's not just about a few dollars, it's about the feeling you leave the customer with after every interaction.
