Our first interaction was with Miguel, the department manager, who was extremely pleasant and helpful. He took the time to assist us and made the shopping experience easy. We then worked with Vernon at the Customer Service desk, who was also excellent. He was professional, helpful, and got everything set up for us. We initially misunderstood the delivery schedule, so I called and spoke with Araceli , one of the managers. She quickly understood the situation, took care of the problem, and told us they would have our furniture delivered the very next day. To her credit, they did exactly that. The delivery team was also fantastic. I unfortunately didn't catch their names, but they were fast, professional, clean, and efficient. They handled everything carefully and got the job done quickly. This was my first experience shopping at Lowe's for something like this. I've used other companies in the past, but hands down, Lowe's provided a great experience from start to finish. If you're purchasing something that you can't easily fit in your vehicle, I highly recommend talking with Miguel, Vernon, or Araceli.. I couldn't think of any good reason why I wanted a room fragrance. There was no way I was going to put those scents on my skin or hair. It turned out, I was also allergic to some of the fragrances and I ended up leaving rather quickly. Back then, I thought the store could be eradicated, and it would be entirely beneficial for the human race. This time it seemed like it was a whole new store. They've updated their collection and have excluded Phthalates, sulfates, and parabens. This change seems to have done the trick for me. I no longer found the fragrances repulsive, and it didn't kick off any allergy attacks. With that massive collection of products, the fragrances were still overwhelming, even though they were pleasant. It was rather hard to actually determine which product smelled like what because it was scent chaos in there. They could've used a lot more ventilation. Although I have no plans to ever scent my rooms or add even more scented products, these fragrances were pleasant enough that I could see giving them as gifts. I would say I'm still not completely sold on the store but at least these days I don't think they should be burned down to the ground. Aside from my dismal opinion of the products, the store is quite nice. It's neatly organized, beautifully stocked, plenty spacious enough for a crowd of shoppers. The staff people were attentive and pleasant, greeting everyone who entered the store. If I had cared more about the products, I would definitely have enjoyed shopping here.
