The med techs have worked with us to be sure they understand exactly what is needed and when including keeping special eye drops refrigerated. Your response suggests a lack of understanding of what a respite stay is and the purpose it serves. Families who rely on respite care often need to plan well in advance. The nursing staff at this facility are clearly overwhelmed, overworked, and experiencing burnout…read more Chronic understaffing and unreasonable patient-to-nurse ratios are putting an enormous amount of pressure on the nurses and compromising their ability to provide the quality care patients deserve. Management needs to take responsibility and take meaningful action to address the staffing issues instead of allowing nurses to continue carrying an unsafe and unrealistic workload. The high staff turnover is a clear indication that something needs to change. Nurses should not have to constantly work short-staffed, skip breaks, and struggle to meet every patient's needs because there are simply not enough staff. The nurses and patients deserve better. This facility urgently needs to improve staffing, workload distribution, and management support before the situation gets worse.

Yes it is a bit older of a place but SO CLEAN and the decor throughout is just wonderful and fun. Lots of areas (also kept very well) to walk around and even a glider-swing on one of the patios that accomodates wheelchairs! So fun! Every person I encountered was patient and very nice. My mom's care team was very responsive to her needs. My mom will be there for a bit longer to recover so I'll have to update but from what I saw just over 2 days I am so thankful she is there and I would highly recommend it to anyone. I will note that the rooms are a bit small for 2 beds but the staff does everything they can to accommodate for visitors if there is more than 1 .... repeating that the rooms are clean! I even looked in corners.
