Whenever I am in a pinch she has a caregiver ready for me right away. The caregivers provided by Caregivers of Land Park are experienced and you can tell they love their job and what they do. Not only that but they rave about Michelle and what a great boss she is, I am glad to be able to work with them and have such a great company in the Sacramento senior industry.

Good customer service is SOOOO hard to find these days. I was a caregiver myself in my college…read moredays, and so with caregivers, I look for a strong sense of responsibility, reliability and relationship. Caregivers of Land Park's wonderful caregivers have demonstrated all three! We contracted with Michelle and CGOLP several months ago when I could no longer give mom all the care she needed as her medical issues progressed. Michelle hand-picked Martha and Claudia for mom and they were so wonderful! Super different in personalities, but both a great fit for mom and quickly developed a sense of rapport and trust with her, as she got used to needing care from people other than me. Our need for care increased, and Michelle and Martha in particular worked hard to accommodate our every request. We had a few bumps here and there as you would expect with any company where you are changing schedules on a regular basis, but it's always worked out and Michelle goes above and beyond, in my opinion, to accommodate and help families. We started needing some 24-hour care so we could get away on some respite vacation time and extra caregivers were brought in. Again, a few little bumps, and one in particular not quite as mature as the others, but I believe that they all helped mom to the best of their abilities and clearly wanted us all to be happy with their care. It put our minds at ease and we were able to relax and get renewed. Now that mom has transitioned to assisted living, we so value the relationship that she has built with Martha in particular, that we are continuing to request her twice or three times a week to help her with the transition and be our "eyes" and "ears." When we go out of town on vacation, this relationship will particularly be helpful for us, as Martha is a wonderful communicator and responds promptly to any questions or issues we have. If you're looking for a locally-based, independent resource to help you and your loved ones with great care, I can't say enough about Caregivers of Land Park!

We were on a search for a Residential Care facility for dad. Yes, I did my search via the net…read morelooking up information regarding Citation A and Citation B, what others had to say, ratings, and neighorhood. Check the neighbors around the facility, keeping a lookout. There is a park nearby, Laural Creek Park and about a mile or so is Walmart, Walgreens,Smart n Final, I80, Raley's, Roundtable, and Churches. So, it was recommended that after the care is finished at the Fairfield Post Acute Rehab graduating to a board and care (Residential Care) where care is still needed for healing, so we took a deep breath and headed on a journey to find a place. Is it permanent or temporary for us? We do not know at this time, but knowing Arnel is close by sure helps. We met Arnel. Arnel was recommended to us by my neighbor, so we spoke with Arnel and met him at one of his Care Facilities. What a humble, smart, professional, and compassionate man, he is. We toured this home and we were pleased. The house on the outside is very well kept, inside the home is beautiful, clean, and organized. The family takes pride in their homes. The residents were smiling as they were doing their own activities, one lady sitting in a chair in her room reading a book, glances up to greets us as we pass by her room. Arnel and his mother are a delight. Arnel took us to his other facility to peek at as he waits for the paperwork to be stamped. Oh my goodness, it is beautiful! This is a well cared for home. All ready for new residents to occupy the rooms. The backyard is large and cemented with plenty of sunshine. Beautifully decorated inside. If you are looking for a safe and comfortable place for your family member temporary or permanent, seriously consider looking here. We are glad we met Arnel, it's unfortunate the second house is just waiting for Fairfield to finish the paperwork, so we had to find a place as soon as possible for dad by Saturday, May 19th. :( Thanks, Arnel!
