I've been to this location a few times now and I always have a pleasant experience. The staff has always been welcoming and friendly, often making suggestions on bags and accessories. Today I went in for a black tote bag, specifically for work but I ended up falling in love with the gunmetal/dark stone Rowan. As I was looking at wallets, one of the associates let me know they had a matching wallet that would go perfect. Disappointed with the Service - Felt Unwelcome We visited the Coach store at Napa Outlet on July 22, 2025. As we entered, two employees were engaged in conversation and didn't acknowledge us at all--no greeting or eye contact. It felt like we were invisible. Shortly after, another set of customers walked in, and they were warmly welcomed right away. The contrast in treatment was obvious and honestly, quite embarrassing. We chose to leave without making any purchases because of how we were treated. It's disheartening to feel judged based on appearance. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and kindness, regardless of how they look. We hope the store can improve on customer service and treat all guests equally!!! read more

I was just in this store to buy my daughter a gift. A certain associate named Monse (from the receipt) assisted me and my husband. We requested a new bag from stock once I decided on the purchase. When she came back to ring us up, I noticed the bag tag was not attached outside the bag and no paper / plastic filling inside the bag which is usually normal for bags that is stored at the back so keep bag puffy. So I asked her if she got me a new one and she said yes we usually take it out. I said okay but please double check the zipper I was not able to zip it close when I tried. She said - "Yes, after I ring you up." -looking annoyed. Since it is a gift I asked if a box can be provided. She told me that it is sold for $2. So I said okay. After ringing me up she placed the bag and the box in front of me. Literally pushed it forward for me to pick it up. I asked her-- "Can I have a paperbag to put the box and the bag in?" and she was like .."Yes we charge 10 cents." At that point I was thinking at the back of my head that you should have asked us before you had me pay because we do not have coins with us. A good co worker standing beside her at the counter said that is fine we can give it to you. No problem. With that Monte got the paperbag and pushed it in front of me. My husband and I were like looking at each other thinking am I supposed to put my purchase in the bag by myself?Is this not part of her job? Am I at safeway? And so I did it by myself and mumbled a thank you confused on the customer service that we just experienced. This girl did not even say anything after I said thank you. I am reporting this so that you are aware that your sales associate Monse has given us a bad experience at your store. She needs to be trained for proper customer service so other people will not experience it again. You can review your cameras inside the store to see what I am talking sbout. I recently purchased a Terri hobo bag at this location and decided today I wanted to go into the store to see if they had anything new. When I walked in I wasn't greeted. A nice lady did come up too me after being there for 20 mins, asked if I was looking for anything in particular. I asked her about a couple bags. As I'm there the whole time I hear the employees saying goodbye and hello to all the customers. As I'm walking out the door they all did not say a word. Seems like a judgmental store. I buy the most clothes from this brand every year, and every holiday I buy some clothes for family and friends as holiday gifts. I like it here. If I want to talk about one disadvantage, it is that there are not as many styles of clothes as on the official website, and it is difficult to buy new ones (I don't speak English and I use a mobile phone to translate. I would give this place a zero. Two of the cashiers were amazing and great. A white older lady was very rude to me and disrespected me in front of other customers today. The item I had was accidentally placed in the markdown section and although the two cashiers were going to honor the prices, the old white lady came over saying it could not be honored. I understand things get misplaced and I would have been fine with whatever price it had. However, she then continued to say any customer could put the item on clearance and claim it was on clearance. I know one thing for sure and that is I would never do that and I did not like how she was accusing me of this very loudly in front of other customers. When I decided to return the item as I refuse to give a place any of my money if we are going to get treated like this, she took her sweet time in coming over and ignored the cashiers requesting her approval for the return. Super friendly staff that does not hound you while you browse around and gives you additional 20% off coupons? Almost unheard of! But this was the service I got from Angel and just gotta say that I am a Fan! I browsed around for quite some time and tried on a million different pairs of sunglasses and went back and forth trying to decide if I wanted the cute blue wallet or not. Not once was I hounded to buy. I didn't end up getting anything but Angel was still as friendly to us when we left as she was when we arrived. I've never seen such cheap, cheap prices for Coach! I've been wanting to get a messenger bag, to keep my hands free when I take the bus and walk around town. But didn't have the savings for it. Well, I just got paid Friday so... I had such a dilemma choosing between a square white bag/black strap vs. a more rounded cream/cream with tan buckle strap. Both were going for $139 regular price and it was on sale for $89. AND additional 30% off on top of that!!! I only had 10 minutes to decide because the store closes 6pm on Sundays. I ended up with the black/white one. The deciding factor must have been the cute blue bow attached to the side of the bag! read more

She was friendly, very helpful, and knowledgeable about the details of the purses that we discussed. One of the nicer Coach outlet stores I've been in. I didn't mind getting asked if I needed help a couple times. I had a couple questions to ask and I never had to go far for them. We were looking for birthday presents and whenever I wanted the price of something, they knew it off the top of their head. I ended walking out of there with an umbrella for myself (I got greedy) for $14. That's the price for a cheaper umbrella at Target. I've used it a couple times during this rainy San Francisco season and I'm very happy with it. It had the usual Asians buying a few hundred dollars worth of stuff, my grandmother included. What to buy! ;0) One girl was nice, one was RUDE! Is it bad I asked politely if there "Were any current coupons?"? I mean every time I come in here, there is a coupon. How was I supposed to know they are no longer issuing coupons? So when I paid, she literally threw my CC back at me! WTF?! Was I Julie Roberts in Pretty Woman?! Long story short, the "coupons" are now factored into the price. Do I believe it? Not really, as someone posted a comment recently about a coupon, and I was able to google coupons while IN the store! I made it a point to tell them I wasn't a tourist, have been in there often. (and will be back on a weekend to make sure this is true!) :0) Do I sound snotty? Not really, the Coach Outlet store is known for smothering you with coupons!! They do not offer dust bags, which is the norm, just ask for a gift box, and store your new or other bags inside them for storage. It would be 5 stars had it not been for the rude girl. read more

This review is regarding the customer service, not really about the product itself. I bought a little bag with a defective clip for the strap last week. It detached from my bag four times. I took it in to the Napa Coach Store to be replaced. The manager, Haydee Cunanan greeted me. I told her what happened. She quickly became defensive and said "That's not possible, all of these bags are the same." She was tugging at the strap and told me it was fine. I said it was defective. She said "no" with a disgusted sigh as she went off to replace the strap and the bag. As I am transferring my items into the new bag I told her I would be contacting corporate because of her behavior. She treated me as if I were a problem. I don't understand how it is unfathomable to her that a piece could be damaged although looked fine. What is sad is that the rest of the staff seems to be pleasant but she, the manager failed immeasurably. I am hoping I will not need to go back to return this one. read more

Oh Coach, how I love thee! On our way up to Napa my parents and my husband stopped here to check out possible maid of honor gifts. Of course you never rule out a little something for you :) We arrived and as all Coach outlets on a Sunday the place was crawling with tourists and crazed women oggling Coach merchandise. My word of advice: If you see something at a Coach outlet you remotely like...GRAB IT and hold onto it because someone is eyeing that same item and will grab it like the place is on fire. No joke. I ended up getting a purse and the same one for my sister/Maid of Honor at a steal and my mom got a purse as well for a great price. My husband got a new wallet as part of his groom's gift from me and loves it. All in all a good shopping trip! Great prices, large store, lots of merchandise, helpful staff and the smell of leather! read more

Maybe I'm spoiled by all the outlets I have in the South Bay, but the selection here to me isn't that great. The store is a decent size, it's not tiny like other ones I've seen, but the selection just isn't what I'm used to. It's still a nice store to browse through, but I think the deals in the outlet stores in the South Bay are better. read more

I received Coach purse as a gift from my son. He gave me a gift certificate just in case it wasn't quite my style. Well it wasn't so I decided return it and get another. I ended up going twice once to return the first purse he purchased as a gift, and I also returned the second cause it just wasn't right. The first time I went the sales person was very attentive. I walked in the door And was greeted from the back of the store. The sales person joined me and asked what I was looking for, she really did her best to try and help me find a purse that suited me. I chose a purse and in the middle of the return change my mind. I walked around the store for another 10 minutes with her trying to assist. She was so patient and kind just a wonderful sales person. For this I give the store five stars. The second time I arrived, it was a bit different, I was greeted from the back of the store and no one came to help me. The store was fairly empty however I wasn't really looking for help. I was given the time to browse around the store while the sales people held my return at the cash register. I took plenty of time to look at each purse and finally found one that I fit my style. The exchange was easy and I got great service for the second time. Ugh... I have grown to dislike this store very much. The selection is ok but the immediate bombardment from the store workers is just unbearable. You walk in and immediately there is a greeter that has to say something to you. You then walk to the middle of the store, there another one hanging out and right away asking if there is something specific you are looking for, then you finally make it to the back where the real deals are and another comes out of no where and wants to know how she can help! I really felt like telling them to back off, they turned me off from shopping and that is a real shocker for me! Even with their additional 30% off I walked out! Annoying!!! read more

I visited this store this past Monday and purchased the Zoe black leather purse and matching wallet. I LOVE IT! .... and the clerks were so very helpful! Im surprised by some of the reviews that are saying otherwise. My purse was originally $498, I got it for $160! The wallet was originally like $238 & I got it for $102... both very good quality and will last forever Im sure. They had GREAT sales going on & also advised me that they will have more stock coming in later this week from their San Francisco stores. I'm already planning another trip to the store this weekend if possible to start buying for Xmas. read more

They carry older styles and yes some bags are specifically made for outlets so no u won't see them in retail but that is a smaller selection.
