I have 2 jackets and a blazer and they are all amazingly crafted garments: luxurious, well made and very comfortable. The price point is highly but the clothing is worth every penny. After all, it's handmade and meant to last a lifetime. The service in the store is terrific; the staff who helped me were all very kind and offered good suggestions (they are non-commission). Plus, buying from the store supports local business which is important. I think the lady who waited on me the first time is Shelly, and she was patient in answering all my questions. Their online service is amazing, as well. For example, I emailed a question on a Sunday afternoon and received a response in less than 10 minutes. I was shocked (and grateful). This is why I keep buying from them. I love the Overland brand and highly recommend visiting their beautiful store in Napa. I came here because I was intrigued by the building and the placards talking about the history (I'm that kind of nerd). But my hubby walked in so I followed. They had something with a bunch of skins on them, and that was a bit creepy. I saw some knitted scarves or throws up against the wall and that was what I was looking for. They had clothing, some of the softest jackets (suedey) and some toys and such for babies. They also had woolen insoles, which was interesting for me. I may have to go back and get some. I found my next perfectly fitting leather jacket finally! It's really hard for a petite lady like me to find clothing that fits well...especially jackets & costs. This all leather shop actually has XS sizes! The attendant let me know sometimes they have XXS sizes! My husband and I came here on a wim for my birthday we were in Napa we're having a great day just spending shopping, walking the lake, having lunch and came along to this store. Surprisingly everything was so beautiful and aesthetically pleasing we had to come in. What caught my husbands eye were the hats. Most of the items are made of leather or sheep or alpaca which made my experience way better. I recommend coming here because the price on clearance items are great I'm not one to spend too much money somewhere but the calf skin rugs were only $300. Great price. It was a could not miss sale. This place was a joke. My fiancé and myself Walked in and seen that there were several people inside and waited at the door as a courtesy the girls behind the counter didn't even acknowledge us. We proceeded to walk in after the large group walked out, we went to look for a $1500 jacket that I was interested in purchasing when we noticed that There was several people at the door which was over the limit according to the sign at the door and the sales clerk, we didn't catch her name but she was wearing an olive sweater and a tight bun on her head said oh no it's OK you can come on in and was extremely nice to them. I needed a new wool coat and a new pair of boots for my winter vacation in Wisconsin. Found both online, and tried on in Napa store. Was thrilled that the store had my sizes in stock. Items fit perfectly. I was concerned about shipping to Wisconsin over Christmas, since I needed them by New Year's Eve, and I was purchasing on 12/23. Afton, the store manager, assured me there would be no problem getting my items by the 31st. Items arrived on 12/28, packaged perfectly, and included a sturdy wooden hanger and garment bag.
