While the cashier did assist with placing the order, they were not very approachable or welcoming, which made the experience feel less than ideal from the start. The bigger issue came two weeks later when I returned to follow up on my order--only to find out it had been canceled without any notification. I never received an email confirmation, cancellation notice, or any communication whatsoever. This left me without the items I needed and wasted valuable time. This experience felt very unprofessional and lacked basic customer service standards. If orders are being placed on behalf of customers, there should be clear confirmation and communication at every step. I strongly suggest management review who was working on March 8th and provide additional training to ensure this doesn't happen to other customers.

As we entered, two employees were engaged in conversation and didn't acknowledge us at all--no greeting or eye contact. It felt like we were invisible. Shortly after, another set of customers walked in, and they were warmly welcomed right away. The contrast in treatment was obvious and honestly, quite embarrassing. We chose to leave without making any purchases because of how we were treated. It's disheartening to feel judged based on appearance. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and kindness, regardless of how they look. We hope the store can improve on customer service and treat all guests equally!!!

I did not realize Marshalls and HomeGoods were part of the same chain. First, I went to the…read moreHomeGoods, which is connected to the Marshalls. Not realizing that technically these were two stores. I just wandered all over. I did note the well lit, clean, spacious dressing room area. Once I figured out the separation, HomeGoods zoomed up in my opinion and Marshalls just plummeted. Why? Compare to other Marshalls , which has a complete selection of departments which include everything from furniture to kitchenware to clothing. This Marshalls and HomeGoods had separated. From my point of view, HomeGoods had sucked up all the interesting departments, leaving the rather boring clothing and shoes and oddly luggage for the Marshalls. I appreciate this convenient demarcation of the departments. But I am totally overloaded with clothing and shoes and even the luggage. This instantly rendered the stripped down Marshalls into the most boring segregation of products possible. I'm a little hesitant to give my true opinion of this marshals (two stars). It's pretty unfair that they accidentally chopped the store in half leaving all my goodies in the HomeGoods. To be fair, if I actually needed clothing/shoes/luggage, the brands are quite respectable, they are reasonably stylish, they don't have the lowest prices, but still there are discounted. The selection was definitely superior to the other Marshall's that are close by. If you're hunting for something specific, you're definitely gonna have better luck here. So being as dispassionate as possible, I would say the store rates 4 stars. It's definitely more shoppable than other Marshalls and Ross that are not so far away.

Once I entered the store great customer service already, the guy that helped me was super nice and helpful and showed me a variety of everything and sort of explained how much certain things where going to cost as to starting a skateboard from scratch and buying one already built. The way he explained everything was well done and very convincing for me to buy a built skateboard and he even made me an account at the checkout. I don't shop in places with lots and lots of jeans for skinny people. That's what my age has done…read moreto me. But my husband wanted jeans and we came here. Last time I saw one of these was in Union Square and my niece went crazy over finding that location, for me I thought nothing here for me. So when we went in, I thought the same about my husband, however, they did have jeans and he bought a pair. The people there were totally nice, greeted us (all three people working there), and when he had a hard time finding one pair of jeans, the woman went in the back to get his size. The problem is that a lot of the jeans had holes in them and were a bit distressed. But my husband is an artist and wants to distress his own jeans. But we found some that were minimally distressed and he bought them. I know that we will be back upon our next visit and look forward to it.
