I slunk around the shop hunched over from a "bad bra" and was asked by Shawnie if there was anything I needed. I asked her if she carried my size and she asked, "Have you been measured lately?". I actually had not been. I stepped into a dressing room that had pink billowing curtains almost floor to ceiling, and Shawnie measured me. It was a very successful trip in. Not only did she find my size but she made me feel empowered and very confident. Shoulders back, stand tall, face forward and my girls in a brand new GORGEOUS bra. Ladies, do not have sticker shock if you have been buying bras at Kohls or Macy's. These are beautiful bras. They are fitted by a professional. The only hiccup is, not the shop's fault. They close at 5:30. Parts of Yountville fold up a tiny bit early.

I spent about $300 here, and I expected at least some guidance on product selection, but no one really tried to help match items to what we were looking for. The devices we purchased were extremely loud -- much louder than expected -- to the point where they could easily be heard from another room. That made them unusable for us. I should have trusted my initial instincts before buying. We went back the next day to ask about returns. I understand and accept the no-return policy -- that part is fine -- but when I tried to speak with the person who originally helped me, the assistant I spoke with was dismissive and rude, which made the experience worse. Overall, between the lack of helpful service and the product disappointment, I wouldn't shop here again.

They have a fantastic selection, and many of their garments truly are a work of art. As soon as we came in, Thomas greeted us and shared some fantastic selections. I normally have a VERY difficult time finding clothes that fit me properly (my proportions are funny), but after seeing me try on a couple things, he came up with so many wonderful combinations that fit me perfectly - He is extremely knowledgeable and I have to admit was probably (ok... definitely) better at dressing me than I am at dressing myself. Not only was this the best shopping experience I have ever had, he wound up staying at least an hour or two later than he was planning (and probably even longer if compared to whatever the official "closing time" is) to make it happen.
