Went here for the first time a few days ago. Definitely a very safe place for women. I got to meet the owner and she was kind, helpful, and accommodating. The store is very nice and inviting, and it actually really big inside and decorated very cool. I got to meet the owners pets which I think is always awesome when owners bring their pets to work. Looking for yourself? A friend? A party? This is a great place to find some fun stuff! I was shopping (this time) for my sister. Planning for her bachelorette party in Vegas, this was a must stop! They have a good selection of lingerie, wigs, shoes, body jewelry and lubricant. Of course, there's the "back room." There you'll find adult toys and other fun items for bachelor and bachelorette parties. While shopping, I couldn't help but hear the music thumping through a door from inside the shop. The very helpful sales lady informed me that "Kitty Kats' Korner Pole and Dance Studio was in session. Interesting...perhaps another time! The customer service is a hit and miss at this store. Sometimes it's really good and other times I just get a smile from the girl at the counter and nothing else. The puppy is always welcoming though! I feel that, for my pocketbook at least, that this store is a little on the pricey side (referring to their clothing--lingerie, costumes, etc-- and shoes). I honestly don't know much about what adult toys should be priced at, so I can't comment there. What I can say is that their prices are competitive with the other adult stores my friends drag me to. The boutique is EXTREMELY classy for what it has. In the front is lingerie and simple sexy things. From the front, it looks like a sexier Victoria's Secret / Frederick's of Hollywood. Not only do they sell lingerie, but clothes, shoes and AMAZING handmade jewelry as well. For the more adventurous/open types like myself, there is 'the back' with more of the sexual play things. Mostly geared towards us ladies. Wonderful selection of things, they have anything for any fetish you've got going. I especially love the glass toys - great brands at great prices. The prices for toys and whatnot are VERY reasonable compared to what I've paid in the past. They do sell DVDs as well, I haven't ventured out to that section to really look, I did see a little stand for more of the male sexual toys and gadgets though. Their prices in general are actually awesome. They have clearance / sale racks for their lingerie and other items of clothing. You can get a great deal. I recently bought 2 sexy bras there, each 5 bucks only! I also bought some 5 1/2 inch heels for a wedding I am attending as well. Too cute/sexy. I love contributing to local small businesses. I love the new location for this store! I have been a customer since before I could go in the back room haha. The new shop is so nice, more room for product and very classy. The dressing rooms are roomy, and there's places for the hubby to sit while I'm browsing. AMAZING stock of shoes! The prices are a little higher than I would prefer, but since it's a privately owned business, I don't mind. The owner is very friendly and also quite knowledgeable about her wares. I am always comfortable asking her opinion on 'toys' or lingerie. She makes an honest effort to stock a little bit for everyone. I love that if I ask her to order a certain type of item, she will! When I bought a little adult toy, she made sure to check the batteries, and when it didn't work, she went through every item to find one that did. The pups are also friendly. This store has AMAZING customer service. Firstly, I placed an order for a pair of boots, to my surprise they came in incredibly fast. But what really sets this boutique apart from the rest is what Stephanie did for me. The boots come up to my thigh, with corset type stitching up the back, which was not laced when sent. She sat with me and laced up both boots. Making sure they were the perfect fit. Where most stores would hand you your item, thank you for your purchase, and send you on your way, Stephanie took the time to make sure that not only was what I ordered correct, but that I was happy with my purchase. Tonight was my first visit. My BFF and I came in because I was looking for something my boyfriend and I could use together, and she was looking for something for herself. After we had given our IDs to get into the toy area, we were greeted by a friendly woman. She answered all awkward questions I had and if she wasn't sure, she went to ask the other woman who did. These women were very knowledgable & and very willing to assist us. I especially liked that while we were checking out she demonstrated the vibration strength of our purchases before the sales were final. The only thing I would say that was a negative for me was the lingerie section in size Queen. I've been ordering from the same online store for years now and while I'm never disappointed with their products, I thought it would be nice to have a store nearby that I could just go in and pick something up more last minute, rather than me having to pay high prices for expedited shipping. I will say it was mentioned that they had just received a shipment, and maybe I just came in at the wrong time, but if I had been wanting to go in tonight and leave with something I liked - wasn't happening. Overall, customer service was amazing and I would recommend ANYONE to go in and at least take a look around. We will back for more! read more

It's the closest thing to Disneyland in here. The set up inside is very cute I must say. 18+ section in the back. They do have "stripper heels" on the left hand side by the window. Pleaser heels run small, buy a size up. Fair price for their toys and such. If you have a few extra minutes, try their flavored lubricants. I'll avoid the hyperbolic and adverbs such as "extremely" for now. This place is nice, though- features a great selections of corsets, stockings, and other little delightful dainties that will pretty much make anyone feel special just looking at it. Most of the lingerie is of good quality, ranging from the scanty/flossy to the more svelte/ribbed look. At this point I've almost adopted an attitude of cynicism when it comes to anything with eyehooks. You've seen one silk Chinese-print bustier and you've seen 'em all. This place manages to throw some variety into their mix and featured a couple fabrics and styles that I hadn't yet encountered. It's also worth pointing out that they do have some charming, vintage-appeal clothes and shoes up near the front for more *ahem* conservative shoppers as well. The staff is fairly friendly, although it took awhile to actually get the attention of the girl working there to open up the dressing room. If you don't mind the slightly overboard postergirl-themed shtick, this place offers up a much classier (and dare I say sexier) alternative to most stores that specialize in erotic apparel. Every time I've needed some "adult items", Naughty Or Nice has never let me down! Yesterday I decided to visit their new location off of Parker St., and was happily welcomed by the store owner, Stephanie. I called her earlier in the day to see if she had an item that I required for my gay pride outfit (which is THIS week!), and she told me that she had an item that would greatly fit the description. When I arrived, I was greeted by her adorable guard pups :)! They were SO sweet! The store has really expanded their merchandise. Beautiful lingerie, costumes, a HUGE selection of shoes and wigs, and a great adult section :).The prices are actually VERY accurate. The quality of the items they sell fits the price you'll pay. What really attracted me to write this review was the great customer service that Stephanie provided me with. Her and I talked about everything! I've been to a few other Naughty and nice boutiques before and usually love them. This one however was not the case. It was so dark from the outside we couldn't tell it was open. Inside it was humid, lighting was so dim it was hard to see, and for some reason it was very warm and humid. The larger woman at the counter was very rude and didn't even try to offer to help us find anything. She said nothing to us until we tried to go into the back section, and even then it was only for IDs. Otherwise she continued to eat food and burp. Small businesses should know in this day and age that customer service is what keeps you in business. This place always has great displays in their windows . Heard they had a nice selection of heals so thought we would check them out hoping they might have a pair that would work with my daughters prom dress. 2 ladies were working and they both were aware that we came in but did we get an offer of assistance or even a "hi how you doing". Nope. We got not one word from them. Guess they couldn't be bothered. That's too bad. First impressions matter. It's all good. First time at this establishment, went for a Ladies Night-Pole Dancing show.lesson. Tickets were $10 in advance, more if purchased at the door. There were only two shows and tickets were way over sold! There wasn't near enough room for all the patrons which lead to a great deal of frustration, and even hostility; very poorly planned. The staff was very rude and openly commented about customers needing to be watched for shop lifting while trying things on, or shopping. I have been to other pole parties in the area and have never seen such disorganized, rude, and unprofessional staff. I would not feel comfortable attending a lesson/party there again, and frankly would not even shop there based on the way they were treating the customers that night. Very disappointed. read more
