She sounds amazing though and I plan to meet her next time I'm in. This shop is the perfect epitome of Napa style. Relaxed but classy, not taking itself too seriously, bright and fun. Not fussy or snobby in the slightest. My brother and his husband did some shopping on the men's side, while my sister and I shopped on the gals' side. I found a few Johnny Was pieces I loved, but in the end I just can't spend money on clothes right now when I'm in the process of buying and renovating a new house! But, I'll be back in Napa soon, and when I do, I plan to meet Scott's mom and have her put me in some clothes! I met Whitney in the shop area, she greeted me with a smile. I explained the reason for my visit. She advised me that the Technician was on break, then she then told me to bring my bike into the shop and someone would assist me. It was just a few minutes later, I met Hadrian. He and Whitney weren't sure how to make it fold either initially. Then, I remembered I had a manual ony phone. I showed it them. Hadrian and Whitney figured it out immediately. The next thing I knew, my bike was folded!!! He did it so fast, I barely saw what he did. It was as if he had been doing this for years. I tried and still couldn't fold it. I asked him to please show me again, he immediately obliged me. They absolutely positively unequivocally made my day! They were so welcoming, polite, courteous, personable. They provided me with outstanding customer service. REI is fortunate to have them as employees. Thank you Whitney and Hadrian for a job well done, I truly appreciate you. Although there is a limited section of cute women's clothes too. Joe K. chose this place as his most favorite shop for the purchase of a specific type and brand of shirts that fit him comfortably and endures well as casual or work attire. They have a good selection of colors and sizes for most body types. Their wall of printed T-shirts are colorful and eye catching which can make a statement or proudly display your favorite sport's team. A large supply of ball caps located on the opposite wall, come in various colors with or without sports logos. I also noticed some nice work out gear, including attractive tops and bottoms for women. They seem to have a little bit of everything for those who like to be subtly fashionable with casual comfort in mind. Unfortunately, there are no dressing rooms, so I was hesitant to try anything on.
