I love shopping here because you have so many options to choose from. Never boring. Loved shopping here just after getting my paycheck because you never know what kind of bargains you might find. Quality/Quantity - Livermore Premium Outlets is still our favorite. If you are following, do I sound like a broken record? Our guests were not able to make it to the Livermore outlets on this trip, so since we were in Napa, we decided to make a quick pit stop here for them. They visited a few businesses and bought some souvenirs from Tommy Hilfiger. 44 businesses - Only 3 of which were food & drink businesses; see their website. Decent size parking lot, but I think the entrance had a bottle neck. Not sure if the design is optimal...? Or maybe because it was raining and so dark that we did not get a clear view. Ambiance - See above. Right off the freeway 29, so very convenient. We have probably not been here for over 30 years...? Open 7 days a week, see website for specific hours. Service - Overall okay. Price - Depends on what you buy. I would say most businesses here are in the medium price range. Number of stars gonna depend what you want out of an outlet mall. For me, I like this one a lot. Number one, it's never too busy. So it's a nice, laid back shopping experience. Number two, the ships are the affordable type. You know for everyday stuff. Not the super fancy high need expensive stuff. We're talking Gap, Nike, Banana, Adidas, Guess, etc. Number 3, well does with number one, easy to find parking. And it's close to downtown Napa. read more

This was my first time at Napa Premium Outlets. Got excellent deals at some of the top brands that we like to patronise. If I were to draw a comparison with some other outlets that we go to regularly towards the South Bay, this one surely won hands down in making us shop a LOT more, that too effortlessly :) The place has several brands' stores, a food court (which has limited variety) and lots of parking space. We were visiting on a Saturday (during Back to School Sales) & faced no issues at all, especially since we have no back to school goers, with us :-b Will recommend the place !! read more

Individual stores seem fine. But management of the outlet mall itself is poor. I went to use the restroom and the toilet would not flush. I thought maybe the motion sensor on one was just broken. I try to wash my hands, every single sink will not turn on, this is unsanitary. Then I find out the water is shut off, to the bathroom by the "courtyard cafe". There is no sign saying no water & how is the only food place open with no water to wash hands? Absurd & disgusting. read more

I realized after my last visit that timing would be critical. If you end up there in between seasons, there will be hardly anything left. So I tried to show up closer to the holidays. The stores are really stocked now. But that's when the sales are way less impressive. Both Ralph Lauren and Brooks Brothers were nicely stocked this time. Plenty of colors and patterns to pick from, lots of choice in terms of sizes. Some sales but not the impressive ones. Kate Spade continue to impress. A large selection, lots of styles, including lots of holiday styles, and some very impressive sales. Talbots was going strong, they clearly intend to represent three seasons, each in their own stage in the discount cycle, excellent selections of color, styles, sizes. I went into the Pendleton for the first time and was pretty much blown out of the stores by the riot of colors. Not my favorite patterns or colors, and they didn't match anything I own. I guess I'll be trying again in a couple years when this too shall pass. I checked out a store called Old Beijing for the first time. The store is actually part of a chain, which surprised the heck out of me. LOTS of tea sets. Asian tea sets. Lots of stuff for feng shui, the expensive versions. Items for the kitchen, prices were quite reasonable, Asian junk food I mean treats, incense, lots of varieties of incense, bundles of white sage, which I didn't think was an Asian thing, but maybe it is. Trinkets for children. Really cute traditional Asian costumes for children. The store strikes me as hard-core. I didn't see the usual tourist stuff. If you are a tourist and don't care about traditional Asian tea sets, I suggest you go to the back of the store and check out the kids outfits. I pass by Brewed. After I found out, it's just coffee and pastries. I just kept on passing. in the middle of the day there's nothing in there for me. I stopped for a bite at Hunan China Xpress. The foodcourt is anything goes. Hawaiian shave ice jostles for room with hot dogs. At the first sign of real food, Hunan China express, I ordered. Amazingly it serves stir-fried and sushi both appropriate for people with diabetes. The appetizer-sized (6 rolls) sushi was delicious and reasonably priced at 6.99. I stopped by the cosmetics store, it was surprisingly friendly to a person with allergies to fragrances. I found three brands that I had used before safely. I am able to use 30% of the store. This is so much more than I expected. There were some fun sets in reasonable sampler sizes that would allow me to try new lines of make up cautiously. I like this a lot compared to department stores. I found out later this chain is owned by Estée Lauder. If you look up the corporation and it's subsidiaries, you can zoom in on all the cosmetics lines in store. Or just call. I was a bit turned off by the crowds in the Nike store. Plus I didn't need sneakers so I passed I thought I would like the sketcher store more. I like their clothing. But once again, it was mostly shoes in there and kind of crowded. As far as I can tell, the stores set their own schedule. It may be impossible to arrive on a day when every store has a big deal going, which is really too bad. I recommend downloading the Simon app. Simon is the company that owns and operates these outlet shopping centers. The app lists current sales. Since Simon is trying to make blanket statements about all the Kate Spade stores or all the Nikes stores the listings are pretty vague and they post a disclaimer that each store is responsible for the sales - get details from the store. Still even a vague listing beats no listing. read more

The outlets are somewhat small. But make sure you search for the store you want and you will find what you need. There is plenty of parking as well. But they're only two food places to eat that are open even on a Friday afternoon. read more

The Pendleton and Skechers store were the most interesting in our last visit. Area is not super crowded so we felt comfortable and safe!

This place is kind of catching on from my recent trip here. I think it makes a good pit stop from when you are wine tasting or on your way to SOMO county. I came here when on the way to Sonoma County and thought I check it out. It's a lot smaller than every other factory outlet shopping center/strip mall there is out there. There seems to be ample parking here because the location isn't as popular as Gilroy and other Simon Propery shopping centers. If you are a foody but not a fan of food trucks and chinese food, this isn't the place for you. However, I really like the prices that are offered here. They cost a lot less than in Gilroy and far more than Stanford Mall. I could appreciated if they have a selection that is a lot more wider. Warning: If you see this place on a 916 travel guide or a Napa travel guide don't come here. You will be bamboozled if you are hungry. read more

Of the "premium outlets" in the Bay, this is by far the worst. There are really no high end designer brands, the deals aren't great at many stores and the selection poor. The only plus was the Pendleton store, which had a nice selection, but fairly pricey still. The shopping center is quite small, but lots of parking even for a Saturday afternoon. Compare this to Livermore where parking can be a nightmare on a weekend. Not worth the drive at all. Better to go to Vacaville instead in the North Bay-ish area. read more

Disappointed at Coach, but Excellent Experience at Michael Kors We visited the Coach store at Napa Outlet on July 22, 2025. As we walked in, two employees were busy chatting and didn't acknowledge us--no greeting, no eye contact, as if we weren't even there. It felt very uncomfortable. Shortly after, another group of customers entered, and they were greeted warmly right away. The difference in how we were treated was very noticeable, and honestly, it felt like we were being judged based on how we looked. We left the store feeling embarrassed and disappointed, without buying anything. Thankfully, we went to Michael Kors right after and the experience was completely different. The employees were so welcoming and kind. They greeted us with a smile, offered help, and made us feel truly valued even though we weren't dressed up. Because of their great service, we ended up buying five bags! We'll definitely be coming back to Michael Kors Napa because of how their staff treated us with genuine respect. That's how all customers should be treated equally and with kindness, no matter what they look like. read more

My husband and I have been here so many times on our way back from Harbin Hot Springs and love the visit. Usually, we go to Famous Footware because they have shoes to fit my hubby's foot (super, extra wide), but there are things for me too. This time, there were a lot of places that were new, some were closed, and the food court featured one restaurant that was open. The other one was closed, which is weird because people may have wanted their food. The bathroom is OK, not Hawaii clean, but cleaner than most malls. The problem is the gap between the doors. That's disturbing. But because my husband was looking for pants we had a chance to visit stores that I usually don't go into and you can see my reviews on Yelp. But, now that I know my way around a bit, getting here will be a bit easier. I didn't realize how close they were to Oxbow and First street, but now that I know, I'll be back. read more

They are open for business and hopefully make this pandemic a thing of the past. Many of the top name brands are here. You could literally start on one end and just work your way around. And that is exactly what I saw many folks doing. None of the store were crowded also many of the photo's did not have many people in them. Old Navy, The Gap, Levi's.. Michael Kors, Urban Outfitters. There's a toy store and even a place to buy beverages. No there is no Starbucks here, so is that a reason to give them bad reviews? Hating them because they have limited stock on the shelves? Remember this pandemic isn't over yet, many many shipments of goods around the world have been affected. Businesses are just trying to keep their heads above water. It has been a long time since I've been here. It use to be one of the few outlets around. One of the firsts. Now it is more outdated compared to the newer ones and pretty quiet, not busy but I dont mind that. My family wanted to go to the Addidas store. This outlet mall reminded me of the one in Waikele, Hawaii. Small and not much to offer. Matter fact, this one is even smaller than Waikele outlet. The only place I went in was Kate Spade, a toy store, Jack and Janei, and Gap. We had cookies and drinks from a place called Dough. I did not really see many dining options. People here are generally nice and friendly. They suck at parking though. Going over the line and taking two spots even during the busy season wouldn't bother them at all. read more

It's small for a Premium Outlet and the selection of stores are kind of random. There weren't any stores I was excited to shop in. I stopped through the food court to use the restroom. That poor food court was dead! There were maybe 3 customers eating in. I was not interested in shopping here and I got back in my car and started heading back to Sacramento. I would rather shop at the Vacaville Outlets (I might be biased, but..it has never disappointed me!) Someone described this place as "depressing" and I can 100% agree with that description!! Hubbers had an entire afternoon to kill, so we decided to explore these outlets. Smaller than Livermore but bigger than Marina Square Center. They do have good stores in the likes of Nike, Adidas, Kate Spade. Hubbers and I found a lot of bargains, so we were pretty satisfied with that part of it. The food court, however, wasn't so impressive. There are only a couple of places: one for traditional American (sandwiches, pasta, etc.) and a Chinese food joint. Not a lot of choices, and they weren't even great ones. We tried the Chinese food. It wasn't too bad, but could do better. Plenty of parking spaces even during the weekend. This wasn't too bad, but I still much prefer Livermore. They've got way more (not to mention better) choices. read more

It was Labor Day weekend. I was expecting to see mobs of people seeking out sales. No, it was not busy at all and we found parking immediately! This is so strange to me, especially, since Livermore Outlets have tour buses offloading tourist for a day of shopping and there's never a space left at the massive parking lot. THIS.WAS.COOL. You had your typical outlet stores here -- Coach, Kate Spade, Adidas, Nike, Ann Taylor and more! The best part was the inventory was ample and the lines were non-existence. The worst part was... the food court was pathetic. 1 Chinese stall, 1 Mexican stall. Lots of soda machines. The drive out to Napa is always welcomed. I love looking at the scenic grapevines along the roads. It's so peaceful. read more

You know how TARGET has a young happy feeling about it(?) this place just feels old & sad. At Napa Premium Outlets there are seven shoe stores. I like to keep it under $100 when I buy a pair of shoes, so there's a good selection for me to choose from. In fact, since I have lived in Napa, this is the only place I shop for shoes. Napa Premium Outlet belongs to "SIMON Shopping Destinations." SIMON centers claim to have the largest selection of shopping destinations in the country. There are many major US cities. There's another Premium Outlet in Petaluma, too. For little children there is a little play area outside, near the food court. Management office and food court are located in the farthest south west corner of the mall. Look for the flagpole. Food court has rather weak offerings. Newer, is "Brewed" a coffee joint that's decent -but- it's not in the food court. In the food court is Hunan China Express take out. I have eaten there several times and their quality seems to wax and wane. It's already prepared and sits there on heat, all the time, waiting for the next customer. Suppertime is a nice place to eat, they have sandwiches or hot food and hot meals if you'd like. There are tables and seating in the food court area. There was a Subway - now gone. Definitely one of the smallest Outlet Malls. We Stopped on a Sunday afternoon, the mall wasn't very busy. Easy parking. As we walked through the outside mall, all the stores seemed well staffed. Both the Coach and ASICS stores well staffed very well and very attentive. Good customer service, no pushy or up-sales. The entire mall was clean including the restrooms. read more

Came here the other day and can we say disappointing. Outdated, not much for stores besides the usual Nike and Adidas stores and a few clothing store which was surprising. Doesn't seem like it's in the best area either. Not much for deals and not very busy and now I know why.
