My husband and I have been here so many times on our way back from Harbin Hot Springs and love the visit. Usually, we go to Famous Footware because they have shoes to fit my hubby's foot (super, extra wide), but there are things for me too. This time, there were a lot of places that were new, some were closed, and the food court featured one restaurant that was open. The other one was closed, which is weird because people may have wanted their food. The bathroom is OK, not Hawaii clean, but cleaner than most malls. The problem is the gap between the doors. That's disturbing. But because my husband was looking for pants we had a chance to visit stores that I usually don't go into and you can see my reviews on Yelp. But, now that I know my way around a bit, getting here will be a bit easier. I didn't realize how close they were to Oxbow and First street, but now that I know, I'll be back.

IMHO We stopped here to charge up our Tesla and found a huge bank of charging stations! While we waited, we shopped this small outlet mall. We found bargains in The Gap and Old Navy. None of the other stores really interested us but we were here long enough to fully charge the car.

They are open for business and hopefully make this pandemic a thing of the past. Many of the top name brands are here. You could literally start on one end and just work your way around. And that is exactly what I saw many folks doing. None of the store were crowded also many of the photo's did not have many people in them. Old Navy, The Gap, Levi's.. Michael Kors, Urban Outfitters. There's a toy store and even a place to buy beverages. No there is no Starbucks here, so is that a reason to give them bad reviews? Hating them because they have limited stock on the shelves? Remember this pandemic isn't over yet, many many shipments of goods around the world have been affected. Businesses are just trying to keep their heads above water. If they should have to close down, their not coming back. Just in case you didn't know that.

We come here everytime I charge my Tesla when we eat in Napa. The stores here have really taken a dive. It seems run down. Not many good name brand stores here. Not like the old days. They really need to revitalize this place with new blood. Still some places to walk to. So nice to pass the time while charging

Not much to see and the stores are more low key than high fashion. I went there in search of a hat or cap and the selection was slim.

It's very walkable, feels safe, and has that nice open downtown layout where you can let kids wander a bit. This was helpful since we were meeting our nephews there for part of the day. Everything is close together, so you can go from wine tasting to shopping to coffee or dinner. We spent the afternoon popping in and out of shops and had a great time. I stopped into C'est La Paire looking for comfortable walking shoes and Deb was so sweet and helpful. I also loved Tay & Grace and Kalifornia Jean Bar--both had a ton of things I wanted to take home. We grabbed coffee at Deuces, which is super cute and local-feeling, and I picked up a gift for my nephews and my dog at Hopscotch & Bark (honestly one of the cutest shops)! We wandered into Eiko's for happy hour, which was gold - great prices and really solid sushi. Definitely try the Ricky Ricardo on Vacation and, oh my god, the Bluefin Avocado Sashimi is out of this world. We were walking back to the hotel and happened to hear some live music down at Tonewood & Courage, which was such a cool venue. Overall it's just an easy, enjoyable spot to spend the day with a little bit of everything and we didn't even have to get in our car. Everyone loved it!

It's also a nice spot to grab a bottle of wine and relax. Just has a local feel. Eiko's has been a family favorite forever and one of us doesn't even eat fish - it has something for everyone... but you can't go wrong with any of their sushi rolls. We can't go to First Street without stopping at The Bennington and Copperfield's. My boys love picking out a new book. They have a great kid's section. And don't forget to climb the squirrel for 15 minutes, at least! :) Oh and we had the best date making our own candles/scents at Bougie. I highly recommend taking a class. Afterward, we had dinner at Hestan, and it was incredible! I highly recommend checking them out. Tonewood & Courage is such a local gem. I wish I could go to more of their shows, such a cool venue. I feel like locals miss out not coming to downtown often - we love it.

We finally decided to make a dedicated shopping trip out of it, and I was honestly surprised by how large the outlet center is. There are well over a hundred stores, ranging from designer brands to more everyday retailers, so it's easy to spend an entire day there if you're not careful. We quickly realized it was best to focus on a handful of stores rather than trying to see everything. We ended up visiting places like Clarks, Adidas, Levi's, Banana Republic, and Gap. Every store we walked into had impressive sales for selected items or for everything in the store. Some of the prices were the best I had seen in a while. I walked away with two pairs of shoes and a pair of pants, though still nowhere near as much as my significant other bought! Overall, it turned into a fun and relaxing day. One helpful tip: it's an open-air outlet mall, so visiting on a nice day definitely makes the experience more enjoyable.

I don't think it's at all possible to visit every store in the center in one day. Overall, I like this outlet center a lot. It took a bit more travel time to get here, but certain stores are pretty unique. I inadvertently ended up at the far corner of the center, which sure made parking really easy.

Not only is there the Westlake Market for your weekly groceries, but they also have beauty salons, a number of eateries, *~MANDRO~*, and a bunch more. I believe that Lamppost Pizza, Shanghai Town, and Chuy's Tacqueria are here, so you have a decent selection of places to drop by for a meal. My favorite boba place, Mandro Teahouse, is also here! The other businesses nearby, like Abba Salon and Mattress Express, I don't frequent much nor do most college students, so I can only imagine that mostly locals go there. I also go to Family Dollar quite often for my cheapo college student needs LOL. Still cool to have so much variety in such a small plaza, though :) Really accessible-- there are two bus stops that are on each side of the plaza, one near Family Dollar on Arlington and the other across the parking lot on Lake. I bus or walk here from my apartment from time to time to get groceries or study at Mandro. For the apartments in West, I think this little plaza is super convenient and useful. Every once in a while, they have a small food truck festival in the parking lot that features local eats. I'm not too sure of the exact dates but there is one during Picnic Day which gets pretty popular! It's awesome that they have little things that build and engage the community.
