I was up visiting Napa and of course I had to stop by the nike factory outlet to see if there were any good deals/finds. While I've gotten lucky and found some gems in the past, this last time I struck out. I was looking for golf polos specifically and the selection was limited to a single rack with just a couple of standard options. The same shirt I saw at the clearance store in San Leandro for $19.99 was $39.99 here. The shoe and apparel selection was pretty mid this time around. The difference between a factory store and clearance is that the factory store will run more weekly flash sales. So depending on the flash sale that week, you'll be able to get some good deals from time to time. Other than that, the discounts are similar to what I'd find through the Nike app. read more

This has got to be the best Nike Factory Store I've been to. Every few years I like to purchase new Nike Pegasus shoes. I specifically like the traditional black ones. I typically go to Virginia or Florida outlet stores and can never find this specific style. This was my first time visiting a California one. It was busy as typical, but somehow didn't feel overcrowded. Another thing I noticed was that everything felt really organized. Usually when I visit Nike outlets it feels like everything has been rummaged through, this felt very clean and organized. I was able to find the shoes I want for about $90. They had a great selection of other shoes too. The people who worked here were really kind and helpful. There was a long line to checkout, but some of the sales associate would come to the next person in line to check them out with credit card. You aren't saving TONS of money, but you can find a nice deal for Nikes. This is the best one I've visited. read more

The store was pretty popular compared to all the others in the shopping center. Crowded with families busy shopping. It was my first trip there and this was kind of a daunting experience. It was hard to catch the attention of any sales help. They were all engaged and honestly it's been a long time since I got serious about buying athletic gear. I was also very surprised by how small the store was. There used to be a Nike store close to where I lived and it just dwarfed this space. As I checked out the shelves, it really seemed to me that there was just barely enough clothing to represent the category and not much more. No extra colors hardly enough sizes. I didn't even try to approach the shoe section. It was just jammed and since I have a pair of sneakers right now I'm skipping it. I think Nike has not put much effort into this outlet store. I know their selection of everything is much larger than the store. My days of running marathons are long over, and I no longer see why I should be haunting the store. I was not expecting to buy anything just wanted to browse however after waiting for my husband and then he decided he did not want to get anything here I ended up wanting g to try on a pair shoes I had been seeing a lot of. A nice guy was nearby and overheard me and was willing to go and locate the shoes in question in two colors and in my size on the other side of the store. He guided us to that side and assisted in getting the shoes which I ended up getting one of the pairs along with a nice club cap. When I went to buy my purchases the clerk at registered suggested I download the app and I would be able to get an additional 15% off on the items I had that were already 40% off. For the value of what I got, the cal ended up being free for me which I appreciated. All the workers were so kind, sweet and helpful at this location. I definitely would come back again. read more

What a great store. Just went here for the first time ever and got three pairs of shoes. The staff was amazing, all of them, so professional and friendly. Staff is all amazing, people on the floor and the cashiers. Store is super clean, they really make a lot of effort to keep it all clean and organized since the customers do make a mess trying shoes on. Lots of markdowns. Great prices. Great selection. Great store. Clothes and shoes. Good women's shoe section. Lots of clothes also. I saw some cool bags too. Great store, can't wait to go back. This location in Napa customer service improved since last time I was here. It does tend to get a little bare bones, especially in my size. The staff tends to ignore you, but they are helpful if you seek them out. I had an issue with some brand new shoes that they returned no issues. The only thing I was really after is a pair of shoes. Maybe two. But I walk in and I see a Jimmy Garoppolo jersey! I had tunnel vision immediately after that. There was no way I was leaving without it. But I ended up walking around anyway just to see what they have to offer. I did notice how well maintained most of the store is despite the crowd. They do have people going around making sure of its upkeep. I did see a couple of bargain shoes I wanted to try and buy, but my budget only called for either the jersey OR a pair, not both. (The jersey won out.) They had some really good buys, it was hard to resist! Staff was friendly and helpful. I was pretty happy with the service. Would absolutely come back. read more

Not much of a selection at my size shoe... I did find a single shoe I liked, nike air max. suggest price and our price were both $180. So I asked the guy if A. He has the other shoe and B. If the price was really $180. He said yes to both. I put the shoe back. My question is, why would i go to the outlets if you're gonna charge full price for the only pair of shoes of that kind? Really bad service. Girl working the cashier wasn't trained and was in a hurry to go home. Didn't get credit for my return and she overcharged the next customer. We already overpaid for Nike products. Get it together!! read more

Always clean. Always greeted. Always taken to another register when line is too long. We consistently have exceptional service in this store. The staff is friendly, educated and professional. Usually, at the other Nike Stores, they may have the styles, but most of the common sizes are not available. Never ran into this problem at this store. Employees are very friendly! So I was shopping here before Christmas and this kid who works there pulled me out of line to checkout at another desk. He asked me for my email address during checkout. I told him I didn't want to provide that. He then told me some bs about how he needed it to complete the transaction correctly and said "I'm not going to email you or anything." Tired, I said whatever and gave it to him. The next morning I see an email that I have signed up for emails from Nike. What a little $h!t this kid was. When I find the receipt I'll come back and post his name here. Nike should not incentivize employees to get email addresses from customers. That leads to unethical situations like this one... flat out lying to the customer. Bad business Nike. Shaking my head. read more

Every single employee here is polite, friendly, and not pushy / awkwardly follow you around the store asking if you need help. Whenever I did look around confused, then someone would then approach and ask if I needed extra sizes, etc. Very organized and well stocked, even with the lines going out the door and wrapped around the door. read more

This Nike factory store is pretty neatly laid out as far as kids shoes goes which I wear a size 6 the selections are pretty slim, my husband likes coming here he's found a few bargains he's a sz 13! I can honestly say that I like this store it's pretty awesome and super huge! Just a heads up if you wear a small size then be prepared for very little selection. other than that this store is awesome! read more

Jenea, Jose, Jesus and Cameron and their whole team are the Best. They always have a great attitude and will always go out of their way to help me, in the store and on the phone. They work like a team and I never hear them complain. Very respectful and as far as the store...it's getting a good makeover. The back wall looks great and shoes are now displayed neatly instead of them being on the shelves where you had to take the whole box to see the shoes. I also love, love, love that they now have clearance items. I used to go to Petaluma for that but Thank you Nike Napa for getting some clearance as a choice. read more

Where do I begin?! The store employees are LOUD yelling from across the store to each other. I understand the vibe in the store is young and hip and the employees are very young. However, this young man was waaaaay to loud. Also, I was asked to sign up for a loyalty type of program and was handed an apple type of device to enter my email but the device was way too small to use, I asked the store employee if he had a stylus, he thought I meant "stylist" *eye roll* I was too frustrated to even sign up for the loyalty program. IMO the store isn't worth going into for shoes; perhaps for apparel but not shoes I wasn't impressed or wowed by their selection. read more

Best Nike store I have ever experienced. Soon as I walked in I got greeted. They are very friendly. I didn't get all of their name who helped me but I got David and James. While I was browsing I found the wheat 13 but they didn't have my size so I asked David to check if they have my size and sure they did. So happy on that time, while he was ringing me up James said they have the lebron 1 in my size so I got that 1 too. Man I felt like I hit the lottery. If I can give them more than 5 Star I would. My first experience in the new nike store was amazing. They had great customer service! I'd expect nothing less from Nike. The employees were really helpful. One employee in particular Reynold help me find some new self esteem rocking my new Nike flip flops.
