Of course, upon receipt, the box was crushed and torn in a corner. As you can imagine, I was highly disappointed and commented on their instagram page expressing my dissatisfaction. I then called yesterday on 03/22/2025 and spoke with a manager named Crystal. This woman was completely unprofessional, disrespectful and threatening! She was totally unhinged. Not only did she insult me, but she actually said I wasn't a runner (which couldn't be further from the truth as I actually run a 5k approximately 3-4x a week). She said I needed to "put on my shoes, go outside, be happy and smile." Unbelievably presumptuous and rude! Then she ended our call by hanging up on me right before calling me a scammer then she was going to report me to the Shop app. Even if I wasn't a runner, which I am, whether I chose to wear my shoes or take a dump in them is entirely my business! When I purchase something new, especially when it's close to $300, I would expect that not only the shoes, but the box arrives to me in new condition. To add insult to injury, she demanded I send the shoes back "in a box," which I found to be totally rich as they hadn't even sent it to me in a box! The woman is mentally unstable. I could even hear her shaking through the phone. Not once did I raise my voice or use profanity and her reaction was 100% unwarranted. Update: I'm changing my feedback from 1 star to 3 because apparently I was issued a refund, but unbeknownst to me. I only saw it appear on my account after the fact. As I had previosly mentioned to leadership, an apology would have gone a long way with me. No one was asking for money back or charity, but I appreciate the initiative nonetheless. I still feel the manager Crystal is problematic and should be spoken to by whoever she reports to in addition to receiving some much needed sensitivity and customer service training.

Sometimes, I find something I wasn't planning to buy, but I realize it could help me or make someone close to me very happy. I know this sounds confusing, but I think you get what I mean! Anyway, Nordstrom Racks is one of the stores I enjoy walking through. They are organized and carry well-known brands, which is not as important to me as it is to many others. This specific location is one of those stores that we visit often, and I have found and bought many items here. The staff has been helpful whenever I needed help, and we've never had any issues shopping here. The prices for certain items may be somewhat higher here than some other comparable stores, but if you do not have the time to go from store to store hoping for a better price, then it is worth it. The only drawback is that the racks can get very messy during busy shopping periods like the holiday season. So, it is always best to visit and get what you need before the crowds rush in and mess things up!

Do yourself and Marelli Brothers a favor...take your business somewhere else…read more I gave them my purse that had a tear (rip) in the shoulder strap loop. I also gave them a new loop (taken off another purse) to replace it with. They told me to come back in 2 days. I did. After looking everywhere for it it had not been fixed. Come back in 2 more days. I did. Purse still not fixed. They're apologizing profusely and PROMISING to get it done later that day. Come back tomorrow. I did. It still had not been touched. I say this is getting a bit ridiculous, they are soooo sorry. They swear it will be done. Come back again. I did (you guessed it...never touched). This happened 7 times. We are talking replacing 1 loop. The 7th time they tell me they'll fix it now. Come back in a little while. I did...and this is what they gave me (see photos). They did use the new loop I gave them...and somehow they actually RIPPED IT, TOO!!! I stood there, mouth agape in disbelief as he tried to convince me that "the new strap will hold just fine" (as he's yanking on the new loop now making the rip even larger). I tell him this just won't do. He finds another piece of leather to make a new-new loop and tells me to come back tomorrow. Now exhausted...I did. Still nothing had been done. As he was again apologizing saying to come back again I took the purse and told him I really did not want them to have it yet another time...and that I would not be coming back. I'm sorry I gave them so many chances. I won't be giving them any more. Do yourself, and Marelli Brothers, a favor...take your business somewhere else.

I love learning about culture and didn't want to interrupt as I walked around the store I noticed that iconic Buddhas with handwritten messages about what each figurine stood for. I only know about a couple of the Buddhas and good luck charms within the Japanese and Chinese culture but Tibetan culture is still new to me. Some of the items were a bit overpriced, but I believe for the value since they were imported, it wasn't too bad of a price. Plus, I love shopping at small businesses and I fell in love with some bracelets that look similar to an Nenju in Japanese culture, made out of turquoise and tigers eye. I know the healing qualities of both beads, and I bought two of the bracelets for my son and my best friend. As I asked the gentleman about the masks on the wall, he was delighted to tell me about his culture, and how there is a Buddhist tradition where people wear a larger version of the mask to ward off bad/evil spirits at different festivals throughout the year! I was able to share with him about the Japanese culture and how they have a festival in February where someone wears a red or blue mask of an OnI mask. He listened to my story and added more from his culture since he was from Tibet! I love to listening to his story, and he actually brought up a video of the cultural dance on his iPad! I felt very enlightened for the day, and I loved learning about his culture and history! I will definitely be back again!!

My appointment was on a day that the store was closed. My purses were taken at the door - I was not invited in to discuss which purses were wanted or the selling prices. I was not given an opportunity to withdraw the purses if I felt the selling prices were too low. I was never given an inventory of what they kept or the prices. Security isn't great - when I went to pickup the 3 purses that went unsold, only 2 were located - the third was apparently shoplifted. The owner was unsympathetic and unconcerned.
