A queen little store in the heart of Napa in a strip mall with Trader Joe's Heritage eats and Whole Foods. I bought this body spray that is so amazing these scrumptious smelling that my friend bought it and then of course I had a little bit of jelly going on where I was a little jealous cause it smells so good so I had to go buy my own bottle. They have the cutest items in there and they have a Rack on the outside with clearance items. Such a cute little store that we wanted to check out, you will love it. read more

Like the products, but the customer service is horrible! My daughter got a three pack of earrings, and a necklace. They out then in a bag, we got to the car and she pulled the earrings out and one was missing. Shouldn't be a big deal, we weren't even gone for 5 minutes. The employee couldn't figure out what do to. Called the manager, no answer. Called the owner, no answer. Another employee came over to help, couldn't figure it out. Assistant manager finally came back from their break. It took half and hour to get it straightened out. read more

I am not sure if they have say in what dresses to display, but I found myself strolling in because of the dresses on the mannequin, and even if it wasn't them in the creative design haha, they are advocates and supporters of the styles and selection that Francesca has to offer and that's why these women work here! I received incredible service, Pearl was really listening and paying attention, and after she offered to take the dresses to a fitting room for me, she would bring other dresses and skirts that she thought I would like, and I can't tell you how much I appreciated it. If I think about it, it's been a lot of years since I've gotten this kind of shopping experience again, I didn't just feel taken care of as a customer, but Pearl felt like the friend i entered the store with to go shopping. She was never pushy or annoying, she was observant and like a friend, not an employee. All of the women were so kind and hospitable, and even the energy between them three alone, communicating, gave such a warm and welcoming vibe into the store (and no I'm not referencing warm cause of the AC issues the poor ladies are dealing with). And that's what incredible service can do because I wasn't even aware of it being warm in there because the ladies let you forget about it. And of course, the store was in great shape, everything was put into place. It was very comfortable shopping there. I brought my granddaughters in to shop for dresses today. From the time we walked through the door, we were asked multiple (10) times if we needed help by one sales clerk. I told her that I would let her know. She then asked if she could set up a dressing room for us and I said, of course. Within 20 minutes, she asked me over 10 times if she could bring things into the dressing room or take things out, etc. I appreciate being greeted and I also appreciate being asked if I need help, but when I say I will let you know I think that should be enough. She then spoke to us multiple times while we were in the dressing room. It was the most unpleasant experience and if my granddaughters did not need matching dresses, I would have left. I felt as if we were being followed because she thought we were going to shoplift. None of us had a purse or bag. It was OVER the top. read more

The worst customer service -now I been doing retail for forever and even I know better to say hi welcome in to every single person that walks in . She's doing something at the counter cool , but at least say hi or something it's not busy at all hence covid -another lady walks in she says hi so I start walking around the store , not at any point did she ask if I needed help or was looking for something and so I walked out, I saw a cute dress but didn't see my size and I did not feel comfortable asking her since she didn't greet me -awkward ! The service was perfect! Even though my daughter was having trouble deciding on what to buy the sales people were very nice, letting us know the discounts available and up to providing a ring sizer when we needed it. We took so long the store closed but they were still gracious and the costume jewelry my daughter decided on was $2 less than written! Francesca's is a charming boutique between Trader Joe's, a bank&Villa Corona. It's not the standard sort of clothing you'd find at a Kohl's or Macy's. The fact they have a distinctive style (and are on a smaller scale) is why they're doing well. In addition to clothing&accessories, they also have games, cards, decor. You can get a game based on "A Christmas Story" as well as Star Trek with an all-cat cast. The young women staffing it are very friendly and helpful. They are attentive to customers. Came in looking for a dress because I didn't pack as much as I should have. I'm a very picky shopper especially when it comes to dresses. Went in for one, walked out with 5! Both girls that were working were extremely helpful, I barely walked through the door and one greeted me right away. As soon as I had 2 dresses in hand, she came over and said she could get a fitting room started for me, then she added a couple more things to my room to try on. I love the quality of their clothing, and it's all so versatile. I could wear boots to dress down, or heels to look nicer. Super happy with my experience here! This is a super cute, cheap option for anyone looking for gifts. I went in to browse today (morning time) and ended up leaving with an armful of Birthday and even baby shower gifts! I have been a loyal Francesca's shopper since this store opened up in this plaza years ago. The past few years, specifically months, the customer service in this store has gone down drastically. You can hear the girls talking about their dates and personal lives behind the tables and they don't even say hi to guests anymore. Also, I ordered things online and while the tracking says that it's in the store they seem to misplace them every time I pick my items up. This store is utterly delightful. Tons of fun clothing for the woman who isn't a teenager but isn't ready to be rocking mom jeans. As much as I like Francescas in general, this store is sorely lacking in inventory AND customer service. I can never find items in store that I'm frequently seeing online. Like ever. Thank God they now have the option to ship free to stores. The second thing that I find really annoying is that they tend to hire young teeny boopers in high school or college who lack customer service skills. I ordered a few dresses online and had it shipped to the store upon pick up the sales clerk proceeded to haphazardly fold them up and stuff them into a tiny bag. Being unsatisfied about how she was treating the dresses I grabbed it from her. She looked at me like I was being rude but come on! Please have more care and sense than to carelessly wrinkle up product!! I'm sorry if I'm unhappy because the creases fall out due to poor handling I'm just going to return it. I'm pretty sure it's common sense that customers don't want to purchase imperfect or damaged products! read more

I can always find something you want here, and I think their sale rack is a gold mine! I am always greeted politely and asked if i need help. I usually say no, find some things to try on (which they always ask if I want to start a fitting room and will take my clothes to one for me). The great thing is when your trying things on you can step out and ask the girls opinion or if they have a shirt they think will go well with what you tried on and they always try to help me find something!
