They still have some of the fantastic brands the other location did, such as the leather coasters, candles in a milk bottle, and bar items for drink mixing but many of the other pieces felt cheap and out of place. All in all, the vibes and selection at this location weren't for us so I don't see us returning.

After all, it's handmade and meant to last a lifetime. The service in the store is terrific; the staff who helped me were all very kind and offered good suggestions (they are non-commission). Plus, buying from the store supports local business which is important. I think the lady who waited on me the first time is Shelly, and she was patient in answering all my questions. Their online service is amazing, as well. For example, I emailed a question on a Sunday afternoon and received a response in less than 10 minutes. I was shocked (and grateful). This is why I keep buying from them. I love the Overland brand and highly recommend visiting their beautiful store in Napa. Plus, they are conveniently situated next to a free parking deck and great restaurants. What a great way to spend an afternoon!

I love the pottery and macrame selections as well as the beaded earrings artists. The owner takes great pride in her shop and you can tell. Everything is neat and organized and when walking around you feel like you're on an adventure peeking into each shelf. She is a local herself so she can give recommendations on fun things to do if you're from out of town. I'll totally be back and in the meantime, send people her way!

Gimme leather. So I moped out. Next time... Unless Dooney and Bourke hits me with a fab sale before Kate does. Customer service was positively indulgent. I explained I was window shopping for the holidays and from the number of pleased noises I was making they know it just a matter of time. You see savvy retail staff will spot the Kate Spade purse on your shoulder even if you're dressed like a clown. And that is the reason why you should carry a power purse I subscribe to the Kate Spade emails but have discovered that Kate Spade Outlet has their own emails. If you try to compare prices it gets confusing fast. Suffice to say, there isn't much overlap. It is perfectly possible the item you want is on sale but only at one of the three options. Or maybe at the store. There isn't one convenient to me. I recommend you create an online account for Kate Spade outlet. They have great tools to help you figure out the right size and color purse. They list inventory online or in store. And the prices are posted clearly. Great timesaver!

When I checked out, the cashier told me that they receive new items on Fridays/Saturdays. I went on a Friday so I did good. There's ample parking and it's in a business park. I pride myself on my nose for bargains and yet I have completely neglected the HomeGoods chain…read more This is my first visit to a HomeGoods store, and after surveying the stock, I must admit I am deeply ashamed of myself. I've been missing out! The store is nicely organized into sections. Although for some of the sections items were rather jumbled, and there was a bit of a rummage needed HomeGoods differs from other discounted stores with their extensive stock of familiar and somewhat higher end brands. Just to pick out something randomly I noticed they had Dr. Bronner's soaps and some Dr. Teals products. Unlike other discounted chains, I've heard of and used both their products in the past and I was pleased with both. They also had brands which I own, the globals and the aroma. The discounts were quite reasonable. But I am a pretty hardened shopper. I have a nearly impenetrable defense which generates a force field which the store must break down possibly using a photon torpedo. Here are some of the factors which must be overcomed 1) Duplication: happens more often than not. 2) practical. 3) I don't have much space. 4) a genuine discount. Not those frou -frou 20% off fake sales. Stay away from stores that raise the original price for sales. Macys I'm looking at you. 5) Must equal or exceeds the quality and performance of what I already have. 6) Must be in one of my areas of interest. That would be cooking, books or for some mysterious reason my sock addiction. 7) All resistance can be eliminated if the item is beautiful. HomeGoods came really, really close to punching through the protective force field, melting my brain and turning me into a complete zombie who would willingly shuffle to the register, precious cargo loaded in my arms, and burning a hole in my credit cards. There is absolutely no doubt if I keep returning to the store, I will be zombified. Now that is what I call a great store!
