I love the pottery and macrame selections as well as the beaded earrings artists. The owner takes great pride in her shop and you can tell. Everything is neat and organized and when walking around you feel like you're on an adventure peeking into each shelf. She is a local herself so she can give recommendations on fun things to do if you're from out of town. I'll totally be back and in the meantime, send people her way!

One female employee with long gray hair and glasses looked up, made eye contact with disgust, and immediately looked away without acknowledging us. Since no one welcomed us, I took the initiative and said, "Hello." The same employee responded with a stoic expression and asked if I wanted a map. I declined, and that was the extent of the interaction. The atmosphere felt cold and unwelcoming from that point forward. My friend and I then browsed the souvenir area. While my friend used the restroom, I waited nearby holding her belongings. A short time later, the same employee walked over and appeared to be adjusting merchandise in the area, but it felt as though she was monitoring me rather than stocking products. I was left with the impression that I was being viewed with suspicion. We left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcomed. A visitor center should make guests feel welcome, and unfortunately that was not our experience. As an Asian visitor, I left feeling singled out and concerned that bias may have played a role in how we were treated.

Walking into this shop has always felt nostalgic to me. We came here to pick up some items for breakfast in the coming week and walked/looked around for some fun small bites. With 20 plus vendors along with the surrounding businesses and restaurants, this is just a fun place to visit whenever you're in the Napa area. I unfortunately had to watch my alcoholic beverage intake because I was driving, but it would be great to try a few of the many available options of wine offered at the vendors. Parking: there's a pretty large lot and there's a lot of parking long the street in the surrounding area, but parking can still be a bit hectic due to the popularity of this spot.

Sidenote, the drinks do come iced as well. In addition to our drinks, I bought lemon curd jam and rosè jelly. There was only one person working when we were there but we didn't wait long for our drinks which was a big plus. Aside from that, the bourbon latte was very tasty and I loved the fact that the bourbon syrup wasn't too overpowering. Next time I go, I'm definitely getting it iced. Always good to come back to Napa Premium Outlets for shopping. We were to be in the vicinity for…read morewine tasting at Silverado Trail Napa, so planned ahead to shop on the way back. We took over 3 hours shopping at our favourite brand stores. Had an enjoyable time, found good deals. In the last few months some changes seem to have happened, there are no food places anymore, the restroom location has shifted and there are some snack and beverage vending machines placed in the area outside those. I like this placement better; the restrooms are now located centrally in the mall. Ample parking spaces which makes it convenient. Over all a good experience except for the brief not so worthy a moment at the Adidas store - the front desk person there - she is not a best customer servicing person. Maybe someone really needs to look into that aspect. Will come back soon!

Price - Depends on what you buy. I would say most businesses here are in the medium price range.
