We went back and she said I can't exchange them .I told her call somebody that is above you she did and they said exchange them. Then she called the security guard and he said no . I told her I don't want money back I don't expect it I what I paid for. I overheard the conversation on the phone her speaking to somebody and they said it could be exchanged. She was very rude and dismissive like she was trying to get rid of me. Don't buy from this place.

I walked right up to check out and was delighted to be rung up by Diana. She was very pleasant and looked up my AE credit card info without any problems. Bad customer service. I then had to wait an additional week to come pick the item up. Once my order was ready I was notified and I checked the store hours online to find that the store is open until 9pm. Unfortunately under the circumstances, the hours had changed from 9pm to 7pm. I arrived around 6:55pm and as I approached the door one of the associates quickly locked the door. I gently tugged at the door to see if it was open, as earlier I was informed that they would be open until 9pm, to find it had in fact been locked. The associate who locked the door swiftly walked away though she saw me walk up to the door. I tried to look up the hours in my phone quickly, as I was slightly embarrassed, and as I look up and she takes a step closer and just points at the sign on the door which had the new hours listed. I quickly stated it was before 7pm and I just wanted to pick up a package. She heard me and just pointed at the sign once again in a more direct manner. I understand that some stores are closing early due to the circumstances. If it were just an instance that I tried to make it into the store a minute before closing time on a regular given day (I.e. 8:59pm) I wouldn't have been upset as it would have been my error. If the associate were to lock the door and just reference the sign and state "I'm sorry we are closed" or "company policy" or literally anything to acknowledge a customer I wouldn't have been upset on the actions the employee/location took. It was the fact that the associate watched me walking over, locked the door immediately, and tried to walk away and cover it up by ignoring it and me. Next time you order something online ship it to your address instead to avoid any issues.

Miyamo is a boutique with women's clothing, jewelry, etc. and, to my delight, a variety of Napa branded items. It had the exact one I wanted, which was buttery soft with a bit of a cropped length and comes in various colors. I picked up a pretty mauve one, which my daughter promptly claimed for her own and put on. In an effort to reclaim my sweatshirt, I spent the rest of the trip looking for kid sized Napa sweatshirt for my daughter. I ended up buying her one from another retailer for nearly the same price, even though it was not nearly as soft. It seriously made me wish that I had just purchased 2 from Miyamo right from the outset.
