Cathy is the best hairstylist ever . Walk ins are welcome. She works fridays and Saturdays

I was a little desperate to get my hair cut or highlighted before the holidays and was tentatively excited when Jennifer Thomas said she could fit me in. For both! I had to travel over from Sonoma County but have family nearby. The salon was easy to find, parking fine, and Jen was kind and helpful. My hair looks great and I left so happy! I will even be driving out again for my next appointment. read more

Kelly is AMAZING!!! She has been doing my hair for what feels like a million years, I'd even try to come back to her when I moved to Denver. My longest stint without her was during COVID. So excited to be back in her chair. She always delivers exactly what I ask for! Thanks, Kell!!! read more

they only cut white people hair. I made an appointment and she saw my hair texture and said she would help find me a stylist from her team. then she ghosted me. Don't waste your time. Felt racist. read more

I sort of followed Kelli to La Rouge when she started her new adventure. My mom has been going to her for a couple of years and just loves her. I found myself needing someone willing to squeeze in to my crazy schedule and she seemed up to the challenge. She does an AMAZING job at making my roots disappear and making me feel pretty, seen and important... all within whatever tiny window of time that life allows. The salon is peaceful, stylish and never overly busy. They offer the products that I am looking for and reasonable prices. Highly recommend! read more

I love La Rouge Salon. Kelly gets me and my hair. My asian hair is not easy to color or cut but Kelly got it quickly and I've loved her cuts and color ever since. I love that she cares so much about her clients well being beyond the hair. You're the best Kelly and La Rouge Salon. read more

Shelly did a wonderful cut and color! Finally someone who respects longer hair! She didn't cut inches off like everyone else does. Just a trim and clean up. Now colt, awesome! Took easy 10 years off my face right before my bday! Make me walk out with s smile and keep it! Conditioned it and gave me a shiny healthy look. No more frizz and breakage. read more

Just the best! I have been a customer for 20 years! Actually started when they were at the previous location on Lincoln Avenue. Jennifer Walker has been doing my hair for years and I trust her to do anything. Tammy helps with all your beauty needs. What I like best about the salon is the vibe. Tammy has put together a place that everyone works together. There has been many occasions when the stylists share their clients when they are booked. This is the opposite of most salons that I have been to in Texas, Hawaii and California. The customer comes first! It is just such a warm and calm happy place! I highly recommend seeing it for yourself. read more

No doubt...the best esthetician around. I've been going to Tammy for waxing services for almost three years and no one has shaped my eyebrows better than Tammy. She also provides other skin care solutions and she's as good as they come. Note: She's moved to La Rouge Salon at 1554 Silverado Trail. read more

I've been a regular there since I moved to the area almost 5 years ago, and this is the first time in my life that I've ever had a regular stylist/hair dresser. DeAnna Howden is my girl and she's great! It's a cute, clean, and modern salon with friendly staff. I'm so thankful this is my neighborhood salon. read more

Lyndsie is my hair stylist and ROCKS! I have a ton of thick hair, and she helps me keep it manageable. Tammy has helped me deal with adult-onset acne after the birth of my daughter, and has been a lifesaver. Her eyebrow design is also perfect! Thanks, ladies! read more

I recently went here on my endless search for a good hair salon and I have to say that I think I found my place in Napa to go! Ashley listened to my concerns, was fair and reasonable and very talented! She gave me highlights and low lights with it looking so natural but it just made my normal hair color look less drab and lifeless and more va-va-voom! It has been a bit over a month and I'm thinking about when I should go back for a trim and looking forward to it. I'm a bit shy with spending money on things that don't have perceived value so I know that I have the value, the experience and her expertise to bring me back. The salon itself has a cute atmosphere and super clean (not all locations are). Definitely recommend! read more

I LOVE LA ROUGE SALON! Ashley Duncan is fabulous! She is a very talended stylist. I have long blonde hair and I always get highlights. Anyone who maintains blonde hair knows that it can be maintenance and a challenge to keep your hair healthy. With Ashley, your hair will be healthy, your highlights will be placed perfectly, your single process match perfectly to the other dimensions in your color, and your cut with lay exactly the way you want. I have been to so many salons that just do not deliver the results that I needed. She will deliver exactly what you want. Her prices are more than reasonable. She's very accomodating with her schedule, she's super friendly and a pleasure to talk to during your appointment! and bonus... when she dries your hair, it feels therapeutic! I felt like a new woman when I left and like I had just had a spa treatment! :) read more

all I got was a style.....it was $40....I didn't need a wash or cut and it was still $40. I realize I love in Napa, but $40 is a bit much especially when you add in a tip.... read more

Since moving to Napa from NYC 4 years ago, I've been going to Ashley Duncan (the salon owner) at La Rouge and she is truly phenomenal. I have naturally wavy hair, and Ashley cuts and styles it so I don't need to blow dry it, and am still able to look polished with a healthy sheen. The salon also has a great vibe, and you can immediately tell these are stylists that enjoy working together- drama free. As a working professional woman I have so much respect for Ashley owning her own salon and being under 30! Hard work, determination, talent, and more "wedding" hair than you can shake a stick at! read more

I can't believe I haven't done this sooner!! I have been going to Lyndsie for quite some time, she is PHENOMENAL. I like to do crazy things with colors and she is always down!! Today was the best yet, the purple panels she added throughout my hair turned out amazing- love you girl!!! Besides being a great stylist Lyndsie (along with Kim, the receptionist) always makes a day at the salon a delight!! read more

I went to see Brenna and Michelle to get our hair done for our wedding in May. They were fantastic! Both did exactly what we all wanted and did it expertly! My style lasted another day. I can't say enough good things about Brenna Bryant! read more

Michelle colors my hair and she is a straight-up COLOR GODDESS. She and Lyndsie both have worked with my locks on multiple occasions and I have always been 100% satisfied. They make me feel beautiful in a very welcoming, clean, and fun environment. All the stylists are very knowledgeable regarding products and I always look forward to my time here. Thanks, ladies!! read more

I have been coming here for about a year now. Michelle is the one who does my hair, and let me tell you she is amazing. She spent hours on my hair seeing as I wanted to go blonde but the last color my hair was dyed was red. Red is very hard to get out. She stuck with me though and tried everything she could to get the red out so I could achieve the color I was looking for. She is amazing. And Tammy is one of the best people I've been to for waxing. read more

Tammy is amazing! She booked me today after I called at noon. She was super nice and very very helpful. I got my eyelashes tinted and have never had that done. She was very sweet and actually asked me about myself and talked with me throughout everything. She even plucked my eyebrows for free! I will definately go back here! read more

Moving from SF to Napa I was incredibly nervous about switching hair stylists - but I found Mackenzey my first time coming to La Rouge and I immediately knew she was my girl (and has been for 3 years now). She is incredibly talented and I've trusted her on many transitions as I like to switch things up color-wise with the seasons. Platinum blonde, to autumn red/brown/blonde mix (which grew out beautifully) and then to a balayage golden blonde. If you show her a picture of what you want, I swear she nails it every time. A true talent! read more

Love Holli and Ashley D! The salon is always hopping with activity and fun! Love the decor!
