Ashley listened to my concerns, was fair and reasonable and very talented! She gave me highlights and low lights with it looking so natural but it just made my normal hair color look less drab and lifeless and more va-va-voom! It has been a bit over a month and I'm thinking about when I should go back for a trim and looking forward to it. I'm a bit shy with spending money on things that don't have perceived value so I know that I have the value, the experience and her expertise to bring me back. Since moving to Napa from NYC 4 years ago, I've been going to Ashley Duncan (the salon owner) at La Rouge and she is truly phenomenal. I have naturally wavy hair, and Ashley cuts and styles it so I don't need to blow dry it, and am still able to look polished with a healthy sheen. The salon also has a great vibe, and you can immediately tell these are stylists that enjoy working together- drama free. I have been coming here for about a year now. Michelle is the one who does my hair, and let me tell you she is amazing. She spent hours on my hair seeing as I wanted to go blonde but the last color my hair was dyed was red. Red is very hard to get out. She stuck with me though and tried everything she could to get the red out so I could achieve the color I was looking for. She is amazing.
