Plus, buying from the store supports local business which is important. I think the lady who waited on me the first time is Shelly, and she was patient in answering all my questions. Their online service is amazing, as well. For example, I emailed a question on a Sunday afternoon and received a response in less than 10 minutes. I was shocked (and grateful). This is why I keep buying from them. I love the Overland brand and highly recommend visiting their beautiful store in Napa. Plus, they are conveniently situated next to a free parking deck and great restaurants. What a great way to spend an afternoon!

Everything is neat and organized and when walking around you feel like you're on an adventure peeking into each shelf.
