I usually come to pick up an online order, try on and look over my new shoes, and leave with a huge smile on my face. See: like a kid in a candy store. :) The staff here are always courteous, greets me when I enter the store, and helpful if I have questions or need to place an online order. The store is clean and a nice sized location. Needless to say, I'll be back ...what girl doesn't love new shoes. Plus, I'm always earning rewards, which keeps me coming back. This being the cherry on top of all the sales!! See ya again soon DSW! :)

I received an email on 12/14/25, stating that there was a delay in processing my order. I tried canceling on the app but was unable. I called in on the 16th to try and cancel and they claimed that the item was processing and that it could not be canceled even though it had not shipped. I informed that I had to buy another pair of shoes and that they were wasting their money and my time, because I was planning on returning the shoes. They kept apologizing for my inconvenience and saying that they understand. I told them that the customer service is received was poor and that I will not be patronizing their store in the future and will let the public know.

They also have another brand that I'm not familiar with. This location reminds me of a knock off shoe store. I will just have to stick to the Richmond location. The service was lacking. Unfortunately I was scammed by this store. Do NOT trust them…read more When I came into the store I spoke w Gabriella. I explained to Gabriella that I had placed my order at 6:33pm and although their email order confirmation says I can cancel my order within the hour, it did not let me. So, I called the store at 7:08pm and they said to come in and they could cancel it in the store. Unfortunately this is NOT what happened. Instead I was charged a second time. When I called and spoke w Gabrielle the next day, she said to not worry to wait 5-7 days for the refund to go back to the original form of payment. Well today is 7 days later and there's no pending credit or refund back to my card and only shows the two charges on my card. So I called the store back and asked to speak w a manager but since she was not in I spoke w Emily, the assistant store manager and she said that Gabrielle was not in and to call their customer service number at 1-844-362-4422. I called their customer service number and they were unable to help. They said they would take a message and someone from their online escalation dept would call me back within 24 hours. Luckily I can and will be disputing the duplicate charges with my credit card. They charged me a total of $371.46 for a pair of shoes. It sucks bc I spoke to their staff and thought they were good people and I empathized w Gabrielle's story about how some people have come in and stolen from their store before but in all honesty I can see why they do that if this is how they treat honest hard working paying customers. In short my only hope at this point is to dispute all Hibbett's charges with my credit card company and I hope that Citibank is able to refund me the disputed funds. Such a shame. I expected more from this store and its workers but just beware that they'll charge you twice and won't even blink twice with no conscious or consideration of what your situation might be. Do NOT shop here. Go elsewhere. Buyer beware!!!

If you live in Vallejo, Kohl's is a convenient go-to spot especially for Amazon returns, which is…read moremainly what I use it for. The parking lot is usually pretty manageable. It's not empty, but it's rarely packed, so finding a spot isn't a hassle. When you walk in, you'll usually notice security guards near the entrance, which I assume is due to theft in the area. Right away, you're also hit with a nice scent from the perfume section located near the front, it actually makes for a pleasant first impression. If you're there for Amazon returns, just know you'll need to head upstairs. There are signs letting you know that Amazon returns are on the second floor, and you can take the escalator up. Once you get there, there are additional signs directing you to the correct area, and the counter is clearly marked for Amazon returns only although you'll still see some people mistakenly trying to return Kohl's items there. The staff upstairs are usually friendly and helpful. One tip: make sure you already have your Amazon return code ready in the app before you get to the counter. It keeps the line moving and saves you from fumbling while others are waiting. After your return, they typically give you a coupon usually somewhere between 10% to 20% off your next Kohl's purchase, which is a nice bonus. Overall, this is my go-to spot for Amazon returns. I might occasionally browse for a quick gift or use the restroom, but it's definitely reliable and convenient for what I need.
