Beyond disappointed. Received the item in an unacceptable and disgusting condition (online order). The stiches were falling off, there were grease stains everywhere, and there were random particles all around the bag. Called customer service and recieved a rude dry response from an inexperienced employee. I had to file a dispute with my bank to get this issue resolved because they wouldn't offer anything else except for store credit which isn't what I wanted. I'm pretty sure they dropship from aliexpress and mark up for no reason. I wouldn't complain if they would just let me return for a refund to my original payment method but it seems like they can't even offer that simple step. They refused an original payment method refund and only offered store credit or an exchange. Do not recommend! read more

I came in today and I walked towards your direction and I knew you saw me, but you welcomed the group that came in through the door after me. Then as I was shopping through the rack closest to the register, you squeezed yourself behind me without the common courtesy to say, "excuse me." I was passing by this store yesterday & saw a rack with some clothing from the outside window, I went in the store & searched around the store & didn't see the blouse I spotted on that rack, on the floor. I asked a woman that was what seemed to be the only person there who was on her computer ; what is the largest size you sell? she answered "large". I pointed at the cute flowery orange top on that rack. She told me they were not labeled yet for the floor & she couldn't release them. Didn't seem to want to be bothered to even offer to possibly look up the price to sell me the item that was somewhat on display or visible from the outside window. She returned to her computer to do whatever she was doing before I interrupted her, l guess. What a cute boutique in downtown Napa! If I had the money, I would purchase every item in the store. Whoever selects the clothing is doing an amazing job! All of my friends and I found multiple items that we loved. They also have a sale rack that has REALLY great sales - I found a skirt that I adored that was 50% off. This is the worst customer service we've ever had. Do not come here unless you want to have them steal from you. We bought a romper from them and it he strap immediately broke when my daughter put it on and they would not refund it. The manager was rude and combative. I typically don't leave reviews or even complain but this was outright ridiculous. Horrid, horrid management. They should be whole heartedly ashamed of how they spoke to me and their customer service in general... or lack there of. Just skip this store. There are a ton of other great shops near by that have better quality (aka clothes that won't break immediately) and customer service. read more

This store is so cute!!! So many options and styles . Super cute accessories and shoes too. The owner was so nice and helpful. They have a little bit of everything for any style you desire.
