Anyone who knows me, knows that I am a Puma fanatic. Most of my athletic wear is from Puma. I noticed my clothes were starting to fit too big from losing weight... all the more reason to buy more, cute (workout) clothes!! Since I was already at the Vacaville Outlets, I figured I would stop by. I would have passed it on the way home anyway...why not stop by? Today was President's Day Holiday, and the store wasn't insanely busy. There was a line when I grabbed my items. I decided to get out of line and use the fitting room. When I came out to get in line, all the other customers were gone and I went straight to the register. Score! I enjoy shopping Puma Outlet for the great prices on such cute, workout clothing! I bought a whole workout outfit (Yes, shoes included) for under $100. I'm taking my winnings and heading home!! :) See ya soon, Puma Outlet!

July 28, 2019 Who doesn't like a bargain at the end of the day? I know I love them and will travel if need be to get a great deal. I'm not a shopaholic or anything, but when I'm in the mood....you had better get out of my way. On this day the "Puma" outlet store was on my list and I successfully checked this one off the list. But I still didn't have that total feeling of nostalgia that I expected to have.. despite that I had a pretty good experience with this store, let me tell you all about it. Puma Outlet Store: Located in the "East" section of the "Vacaville Premium Outlets" the Puma Store sits on a strip of heavy hitter stores in my opinion. But the "East" section is considered by some, the least of the popular stores in the outlet mall. I beg to differ, speaking just for the Puma Store alone, if you grew up a "BBoy/Girl" (Breakdancer) or just was into the Hip Hop lifestyle especially "80's" fashion, "Puma" was a power player along with "Adidas", "Nike", "Fila", and "Reebok". On my visit this day, they were having a whole store sale, items ranging from 20% - 50% off. I did browse some and honestly didn't really find much in the retro styles department, it was kinda a bummer. But the sales they had going on was really good. They seemed to have a bigger selection of items as compared to general variety as compared to the "Nike" and "Adidas" stores. They had undergarments, socks, soccer jerseys, hoodies, pants, workout apparel ect. I went simple and got a pair of Puma Smash V2 that retails for $55. Today these shoes were 40% off, so the total dropped to $33. The Puma Smash for those that are into "Puma" are a update of the famous "Puma Suede". This shoe is a canvas shoe and features a new comfort insole that makes these a pleasure to walk around with, but still look great with the added fat white laces I later added. I also got a pair of sport boxers that were on 50% off. So the original price being $28 got dropped down to $14. These things are comfortable to say the least and for this price, I really wanted to get a couple more pairs, but I had plenty more shopping to do this day. Overall: I enjoyed my visit to the Puma Store, the staff here was very helpful and the store itself was very put together and tidy as compared to other similar stores in the outlet mall. Of course I didn't find much in the retro Puma lines, but what they did have was most of the current styles and offerings that are in today. I think this store being on the "East" section actually helps in the overall foot traffic department, as this store wasn't overly packed. I do recommend this store to anyone looking for a great deal overall. Just remember, if you come here during the heat of the summer.....drink plenty of H20, because it's hot in Vacaville during the Summer!

My favorite shoe store in Vacaville hands down! The back of the store is the best... half off Puma shoes?! say word! I've purchased my fair share of rarities and dope looking kicks. There's always a sale going on (40-60% off) and I'm a big fan of their track jackets as well. No matter what the sale is, on-line coupons are accepted for even more savings. There's always something new when I visit! ...and the service is bangin'!

    Savings... Hell yeah

I needed to purchase scope mounts to mount my full size rifle scope to a Gamo pellet gun. The mounting grooves that these pellet rifles have, make it difficult to find mounts that are secure. I needed to take both my scope and my pellet rifle to the store to try their mounts. Carrying a rifle (even a pellet gun) in full California public view, is a recipe for confusion, pre-conceived 2nd ammendment bias, ignorant Karens, and scurrying people in parking lots! Even though I "broke" the barrel (now folded in half) and hung it over my arm, clearly visible to be in a non-operatable position, too many people are wholly ignorant of the California gun laws. I stood in the entrance of the store and calmly explained what I needed and why I was bringing my pellet gun into their store in this fashion. I assured the sales ladies that not only was it unloaded, but that when the barrel was in the bent, or 'broken' position this pellet gun was not able to fire at all. I didn't receive any excuses or personal bias. The manager came to the front, accessed the situation, and ok'd me to enter the store. While others may view this with "whats wrong with taking his pellet gun in the store" all gun owners, even BB and Pellet guns, know exactly what I expected to happen. However.... The staff was very helpful, even though we weren't able to find the mounts that I needed. I do appreciate their professionalism and the Manager's knowledge of gun laws in this predominantly Blue state.

Located in downtown Vacaville, Fleet Feet is a great place to go for a new pair of sneakers…read moreparticularly if you have sore, aching or painful feet. They have a good variety of supportive shoes and sandals. They carry SuperFeet orthotic arch supports. They also carry some athletic wear and seamless/moisture wicking socks for runners, as well as massagers, lotions and potions for runners. Their shoe/orthotic fitting service is great! They 3D scan your feet and have you walk across a force plate and the computer spits out a 3D model of your feet so you can see how your arches look and how aligned your ankles are. They also show you where the forces are distributed on the plantar surfaces (bottoms) of your feet. Overall prices are not cheap, but you can't put a price on your health. You would be amazed on how good your feet can feel when you are fitted correctly for a pair of shoes and orthotics! The owner Carol and her staff are all so nice, helpful and knowledgeable If you are looking to join a run club, check out one of their run clubs that fit your needs.

They didn't sell conventional only some kind of EXPENSIVE worm type looking ones I sat down though while the clerk was showing me how they worked, but he soon took them off . We both sat and he was attempting to help me with tying up my old laces and my head was facing downward of course , and my long hair down around my face, when out of NOWHERE a big huge white dog (Shepherd comes UNDER my face LICKS my eyeball!!! I told the clerk OMG you saw that!!! I got up immediately went to the register and got my refund. The couple who owned the dog stood there so happy and smiling as I told them what happened and so did Sarah. Oh the dog is friendly is all they said, I said you need your dog kept on a leash and I told them what happened No reply except oh sorry well the dog is just so friendly Turns out I spent 5 hours at ER Kaiser, sat in the treatment room had a enormous eye wash sitting back in some sort of dental type recliner chair with plastic all over me so I wouldn't get wet, but it didn't help. The M.A and I were wet this was a two or more gallon square type container Doctor asked what happened. I told him he thought people should be MORE responsible!!!!!! He examined my eye and said my CORNEA was SCRATCHED!!!! I got medicated drops and return appointment in Optomology. What a freaking nightmare I went back to the store and told the manager Carol and she said she knew nothing about it. Apparently Sarah never told her about the incident which I had told Sarah all about in the office the next day after ER visit I asked Carol to put up a sign to keep all DOGS on a leash for now on In fact I told her a sign should have been in the window already. I told her I hope I see one in a week And I wasn't leaving her any good review I went a week ago and the sign is FINALLY in the window but it just went up about a month ago She didn't even put it up right away Maybe they will realize how CRITICAL things were that day for me!!!!! What if it was a Mama and her baby girl or a baby????? Then what??? And they were all just laughing and mingling and talking about the dog and so forth when I got up to the register, like it was nothing and just kept petting the freaking dog I had a 120 Shepherd part wolf many years ago and any and all of my dogs were kept on a LEASH and never brought into a store I hope that couple calls me or sees this and realizes how & what really happened that day I will never go back there In fact another lady walking past the store said she didn't like the store for that reason I tried to contact Carol to speak with her about a review but she was in Hawaii this month on vacation when I went in a week ago. I wanted to give her courtesy to let her know exactly what happened on that horrible day and I was writing a reviews and that she should have always had a sign in her window to begin with if she was going to allow dogs in her store that they should be on a leash Maybe everyone can learn from this Thank you God that my eye wasn't worse Amen

I have to downgrade the previous five star review due a negative experience returning shoes at this…read morelocation. We live 45 minutes away from Vacaville where the store is located. I made a special trip a month or so ago to look at shoes for my dad. He had good luck with this brand in the past. Unfortunately, he has gout and very painful bunions impairing his functioning and he has daily pain in both feet. Though we are trying to address both issues with podiatry and his primary care doctor, it's still a challenge. He thought the two pairs of shoes we got would work after testing them out at the store, but after wearing them each for a couple hours at home he felt unstable and his feet hurt. A double negative. I wanted to return them but it's hard to find a time as they are only open from 10 am- 7 pm, and they are 45 minutes away, and add the never ending construction on Hwy 50/80 through West Sac to Davis, there's usually a huge slowdown, let alone more if there's an accident. I made a real effort to get to the store (including a 45 minutes delay) to get the shoes returned (which are virtually unworn) in the 45 day limit. I was greeted with "Are you here for an exchange?" I said, no, I'm here for a return, these didn't work out for my Dad. She then asked, did I need to look around just to make sure?... Um, no. She then asked in an accusing tone "Where's the box for the other pair?" I said the pair was in clearance and it didn't have a box. That is what my Dad told me...she said, "That's weird." She then proceeded to look over the shoes as if she was a forensic scientist. Flipping the soles, looking at the insoles...searching for signs of wear. She finally and reluctantly gave me a full refund. And with that unpleasant experience added to the awful drive, I will definitely not be returning here for anything. We had a great experience with the two guys running the store a month ago in the morning...no drama and just great customer service. I like to exercise my right to return. But I make sure things are in excellent shape, I have the receipt, I meet the time metrics, and understand the policies of the store. I did not appreciate being treated like a criminal for returning two pairs of athletic shoes. Be aware and choose to take your business elsewhere if the ability to return shoes is important to you.
