The Wii they sold him was supposed to be complete in the box but was missing peripherals and the game it was supposed to come with. After contacting the seller they said they would make it right but when the day came to meet up they pushed it back to another day. On the second day they were supposed to meet up they had completely cleaned out their shop and weren't at the booth they are usually at. After seeing the shop empty my friend contacts Alex who is the owners son (This is a Father-Son business) and says he is suddenly "not part of the business anymore." Alex gets upset and threatens to shoot him after he calls his Dad a scammer and said he wanted his money back after being told several times they would "make it right." After the phone call is over George continues to text him and harass him even though my friend hasn't responded to him.

Verizon was recommended by a handful of friends that said they were very pleased with their service. A new location was erected nearby my work so I decided to head over and see what options they had. The store is located on the first floor of a two story building in a small shopping center on the corner of MacArthur & Bristol. When I stepped inside, it looked clean modern and well appointed with accessory displays throughout. The associate was working with someone so I waited for about 10min or so. When she came over she apologized for the wait and I began to discuss cell phone plans. She offered some great plans which included internet as well! So not only was I breaking up with AT&T, I was breaking up with Spectrum, too! They offered a sweet discount on the iPhone 17 Pro Max, so I went with that. About 20min later, I had a shiny new iPhone and sparkling new cell service & internet to boot. I'm still working out some of the kinks of having new service on a new phone but all of that is par for the course. Overall, I'm very pleased with my experience and I'm hoping it will the start of a long & happy relationship.

Dear Verizon Customer Service Team,…read more I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the subpar customer service experience I have received from Verizon regarding my recent phone service issues. On September 3rd, I purchased a new phone and promptly began experiencing difficulties with receiving text messages and making calls. Despite visiting multiple Verizon store locations and spending countless hours on the phone with customer support, my issue remains unresolved. I have followed all troubleshooting steps provided, including reinstalling my eSIM, only to be told that my case would have to be escalated to a higher IT department for further assistance. To my dismay, no one from Verizon reached out to provide an update as promised. I have had to repeatedly contact customer service to follow up on my case, only to be met with the same generic troubleshooting steps and lack of resolution. It has been over a month now, and I am still unable to use my phone properly. What is most concerning to me is the stark contrast between the efficiency with which Verizon deducts payments from my account and the prolonged delays in providing adequate customer service. As a loyal customer, I am deeply disappointed in the lack of accountability and transparent communication from Verizon. Very disappointed.
