Let's start with the "pub pretzels" and which are 100% the frozen ones you find at Tops. They are not unique and I've had better from Auntie Anne's and countless other pubs/restaurants. They completely overcooked my friend's burger. I ordered the honey garlic parm chicken sandwich, it's insane that the ingredients/flavors were perfect but the chicken was rubbery and again something you'd expect from a pizza place, pre-cooked and hard outer skin, also the roll is chewy, they basically nuked it... if they had real chicken, and toasted the roll, that sandwich would be the best in WNY.
