This is a nice spot especially if you want to eat outside next to the pond. I started off with a peach rosemary cocktail, it was very fresh and delish! We ordered a new appetizer, clams with lemon butter sauce. This was my first time having clams, they were pretty good. A little fishy, but the lemon butter was delicious. If you like clams you would love these. For our main course my husband and I split a wood fired ricotta and pesto pizza. It was very good! The cheese on it was delicious, the pesto added a a good basil flavor and it has cherry tomatoes that were full of flavor. Even the crust was delicious. Our server was also excellent! They do have a limited menu food wise however their whiskey menu looked amazing. We will be back to do a separate review on their whiskies. read more

I am visiting in the area & my friend recommended this place to me. They have a really nice outside seating area with tables that are nearby this area & by a large window, so you can still be in an air condition space and see the pond outside. they also have an upstairs area as well, but nobody was up there. (Maybe they use that on the weekends or busy nights.) The menu has a wide variety of food, there is also a full bar. I opted for the delicious ricotta & pesto pizza! It was so crispy & full of flavor! The pizzas are big, not personal sized. This is a great place for a medium size group of people to hang-out & enjoy a beverage & a meal or an appetizer. We were there on Monday, July 20th, 2026 (5:45 pm reservations) with our friends from Florida. One of the two friends have been there with us before. I would give 3.5 stars (not 3 stars). I don't know but we ordered 2 pizzas and let's just say it wasn't as good as it once was. The waitress was just ok; you know not the usual energetic, smiling faces that we were used to. I don't recall her name, she was light skin color for maybe African American or Puerto rican if I had to guess, young, maybe she was new ‍. Usually this place is all around top notch but this visit has me feeling like it's going down a bit from taste of food (pizza) to service. The food is actually pretty good, however the prices do feel elevated compared to other restaurants in the area. My go-to here is definitely the steakhouse burger. The meat used is definitely higher quality, and it shows. It's very juicy / cooked perfectly. The kiddos are a big fan of the noodles. Everything was delicious and beautifully plated. For entrees, most of the party ordered the Chicken Milanese which was HUGE and well-loved. My friend had the pork chop, which came with a large helping of crispy Brussels sprouts that were "so good." I went with the Ahi Tuna app and a side salad. Both plates were very colorful and fresh. Everything about this place is 5 stars on our first visit. Came at 530 and were seated immediately. Food came promptly and was delicious. Excellent bourbon cocktails and very reasonably priced! I was out running errands and hit up Neat. Knowing that I wanted to go there I made a last minute reservation. Glad I did this place gets booked. The restaurant has a good vibe bar on the first floor with seating and seating upstairs. I would say it' is upscale casual. Our waitress was great and attentive. We started off with a seasonal drink called Tis the season Old Fashioned. It was pretty good probably one of the better ones around. We started off with wings and meatballs. I would say the Garlic Parmesan wings were better than the Bourbon BBQ. They weren't as smokey as I was expecting being they are cooked in a wood fired oven. Was travelling to Buffalo for Thanksgiving. Wanted to stop by for a quick bite and decided to check this out. Just ordered a couple of appetizers and pizza. The chicken wings were decent, but what I like the most was the fried shrimp, was very tender on the inside and had a perfect crunch on the outside. We ordered the stuffed pepper pizza, if you like a cheesy pizza with peppers. This is definitely a must try, the amount of cheese and the way it was cooked was perfect. I went there after my graduation and the bacon on the Brussel sprouts were cold. The cheese on my pizza was rubbery and tasted like they put it on the pizza cold after it came out of the oven. The ambiance was relaxed and modern, and our server was super sweet and attentive. We ordered a burger and a large house salad with grilled chicken. The burger came out well-done even though we asked for medium, but thankfully the flavor still held up. The salad was fresh and light--but at $26 total ($19 for the salad + $7 for the chicken), it felt a little steep for a plate of greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions. That said, the food came out quickly, the service was great, and the brussels sprouts were a standout. My pizza was burnt all around the edges into about a half inch of the crust - the gluten free pizza. The chicken was dry - good thing the pizza had enough bbq sauce to make it somewhat edible. My one friend had the chopped salad and found it satisfying as she was trying to go light. My other friend had a taco dish which she really enjoyed. The booth we sat in at the front of the restaurant was comfortable. Yet the lighting was poor. It got rather dark as the sun set. I felt our waitress was running between many tables. Neat has always been our go-to spot in our friend group. We go maybe once a month, and we've always had great service. The food is excellent, and I'm a fan of the Buffalo chopped salad. If you like something a bit spicier, that salad is a must-try. I was a bit disappointed with the Banana Pepper dip, but I recently tried the Spinach Artichoke dip, and it was AMAZING--definitely worth trying! The only reason I couldn't give a 5-star rating is because I'm really upset about the Neat board being removed. The Fig on it had become one of my favorite items on a charcuterie board. If they brought that back, I'd happily change my rating to a 5! read more

Moreover, the drinks here are very good and they are priced average. I got the chopped salad And my husband got the chicken Milanese. I really enjoyed my salad. Usually I love stopping in here but the experience today wasn't up to my previous expectations. The waitress was very friendly but wasn't super attentive. They were out of dough at around 1pm when we were in there and had to substitute it for cauliflower crust (not terrible but again not what you expect) Mind you one of their specials was a pizza dish. The saving grace was my drink which was a very good margarita and their NEAT Meatballs are always a good time. Unfortunately though my boyfriend's mule had flat ginger beer in it. Picture NEAT, as the adult version of Fridays (restaurant). Just like Dave and Busters, is the adult version of Chucky Cheese. The decor is very mature and comfortable, with the right amount of dimness from the lights. The bar area is amazing, and seating is plentiful. There is a upstairs dining area, but I prefer sitting in the booth area located on the first floor. The drink menu is extensive, and every drink looks amazing. As for the food, the portion sizes do not disappoint. Charcuterie board- Delicious and quite filling Steak sandwich- (comes with side of fries) Was huge and quite tasty. I would've like mayo, lettuce, and sliced tomato as an option for this. But the aioli that they used, as a spread was ok.
