Nice little place, but a tad cold. It's neat that there's a window where you can see the cooks making the pizzas. When we arrived at around 430, we were seated promptly. The service once we were seated wasn't great, but not the worst either. The server was friendly, but I ordered water without ice and it came chock full of ice; we ordered blue cheese when we ordered our extra thick crust pizza, but had to ask two times after the pizza arrived to actually get it (the server did apologize)... Perhaps it was just an off day. The primo pizza was good and filling with the extra thick crust and five toppings of our choice... Sausage, black olives, banana peppers, onions & mushrooms. I had the mount vesuvius pasta and a salad that was on special at previous visits to Cafora's. I would visit again and think you should check them out too. The bathroom was kind of small, but nice & clean.

As soon as you enter, you know you're in for a treat! The aromas of the delicious food make it difficult to make a selection from their menu. Portions are very generous. From pizza, ponzones, pasta, subs, seafood and so much more, this is the perfect family atmosphere to be sure to please everyone on the table and will not break the bank! Friendly dedicated staff is the cherry on top!

Appetizer of fresh baked spinach and sausage bread with a side of red sauce. Upon each tender and tasty mouthful, the next bite was eagerly awaited. Upon completing the appetizer, i regret i literally feel stuffed. My boyfriend was entranced by the visual appearance of his Bacon Alfredo with broccoli and cheddar dinner.

    Inside, cute and clean.

We used to come here often when we were in the area every weekend and food was always outstanding. So we had the day off from work and decided to take the ride (from town of Tonawanda) to have lunch here. Boy oh boy, we were not disappointed. The service was excellent. She was super friendly, helpful, and very responsive. I had one of their soup of the day, Italian wedding. I have to say, it was the best I ever had. I even ordered some to go... Then I ordered the meatball casserole. Yum. 4 delishouse meatballs parmed and in their spaghetti sauce. It certainly tastes all homemade. I didn't ask because I loved it. That meal came with a salad (I only asked for lettuce and cucumbers in my salad, it normally comes with a lot more) and homemade warm bread and butter. Husband had grilled chicken caesar salad, which came with a large piece of garlic bread. He too said it was fantastic. The place is cute and very welcoming. It's clean and they make it interesting because you can watch them making the pizzas through a big glass, or plexiglass window. We cannot wait to go back. A ton of food, a beer and the bill was only $35!!! We can't wait to go back (plus there's tons to do and see in the area)...

The food was very good. Service was very good also. The restaurant was busy and there was only one waitress. Prices were excellent, we ordered off the lunch menu. After we took the short drive to the water. It's our five year anniversary and caforas restaurant was a good choice.

Cafora's restaurant was an A+. Their menu has nice renditions of the standard Italian fare. We ordered a large cheese pizza, and two fish plates - everything was excellent. The atmosphere is very cozy and warm, the owner walks around making sure everyone is happy, and you can see the cook dress pizzas through the pizza window. Excited to go back!

I LOVE pasta! We ordered out from Cafora's last night 3/29. Honestly, I'm getting sick of the same old same old take out places around here. Cafora's one has one OF The BEST chicken and Cajun chicken alfredo's I've ever had. I ordered the Cajun Alfredo. It was a bit spicy for my liking but it's soooo good that I really didn't care. The chicken pieces in the Alfredo were plenty and juicy. I'm eating my leftovers today.

I thoroughly enjoyed it, and everything was really good. Located right on the corner going down Lundy's Lane, the place looks very simple from the outside, but once you walk through the doors you realize you are in for an elegant dining experience. Started out with a orange Pellegrino which was wonderful, they brought out some bread and this amazing honey and ricotta cheese spread. Absolutely to die for but be careful. It would be easy to fill up on that and miss out on the wonders of the meal that's coming. I started the meal off with their Caesar salad which was absolutely perfect. The right amount of dressing lettuce was second to none and it was one of the most delicious Caesars I've had. I opted for the gnocchi oso buco ragu, which was absolute perfection. Be careful though, these gnocchi are no joke. The taste will keep you eating all of them and you will absolutely be ready to take a nap afterwards. Bottom line? If you are looking for fine dining in the Niagara falls area, you would be doing yourself a disservice not going to this restaurant. It's absolutely wonderful and I highly recommend it!

Beautiful, beautiful restaurant with great atmosphere, soft music, amazing service by Juan our waiter. We started with Caesar salad and the bruschetta appetizers - Boyfriend's salad was very good. I liked the capers and strong hint of anchovies in the dressing (which he always has on the side). Bruschetta was not what I expected - I felt it was missing something, not much flavor - although the bread was super fresh and tomatoes perfectly ripe. As mains he had the Americana pizza (pepperoni) and I had the lamb, served with a citrusy risotto and rapini. I loved the lamb! Highly recommend. It was literally so tender that I didn't need the knife to cut it! We asked Juan how the cook made it that way - he wouldn't tell and said it was the kitchen's secret! It was delicious. Risotto was perfect too. I'm not a fan of rapini but it was well cooked and seasoned. Boyfriend regretted his choice a little, although he says his pizza was good - but after tasting my lamb, he was sorry he didn't choose a meat dish. I had a shot of Amaretto on ice and the cannolis for dessert. Delicious and obviously homemade. I was a bit put off that a bus boy pulled out our appetizer plates while we were still actively eating. Hint, if our forks are in our hand and we're bringing them to our mouth with food on it, we're not done yet :/ Not the first place this happens and a pet peeve of mine... but whatever. Also, the couple with 5 kids... 5 kids omg... maybe this wasn't the best restaurant choice for you if you are going to let the two small ones run wild around the dining room and almost hit a waiter with a tray of drinks... but this isn't the restaurant's fault. We will return! Worth it just for the amazing lamb, and a short 5 minute walk from the Doubletree hotel, if you are staying there!

Our favorites are: villagio dip, French onion soup, chicken julienne salad, any pasta dish, subs for take-out, bbq ribs, and the Friday seafood specials. Everyone is friendly and even on busy nights they keep attention to detail (refills, cleaning plates promptly). For take-out they typically go over your order quickly before you leave to make sure you have everything. The bathrooms are very clean (including changing table for baby!). The menus are also clean. I had lasagna- the noodles were to al dente making it chewy, cook them a few minutes longer, the food temp was warm at best. My husband had the jumbo stuffed shells and had to request more sauce, but he enjoyed them. The French onion soup was excellent, problem here is our entree showed up before we finished, we felt rushed and couldn't enjoy it the way we would've liked. There was a great dessert selection. I had the brownie sundae and hubby had the Italian cream cake, both were very good The server was very friendly and accommodating. Her name escapes me, but we were at table #3 on New Year's eve, which was why we didn't send any food back for correction. It was very busy. The restaurant ambiance was nice, not overly noisy considering how busy they were. I might suggest a less busy time to go to this restaurant. I feel they might have been overwhelmed with the amount of guests. We have been here a few times and the food seems like it tasted better during those visits. The price of our meal was what you would expect from a mid scale restaurant including drinks and dessert.
