Cheap but they damaged a bunch of my shirts. They actually managed to chip several buttons and another one was ripped off.

Expensive and my clothes came out just as dirty as when they were taken in. Noticeable stains.

$8.10 to dry clean a pair of men's pants. Are you kidding me?

I wanted to provide an update to this: I just gave them the…read morequilt today so while I haven't gotten the quilt back yet with the repair - the process to schedule was wonderful. Ilove that they come pick up and drop it back off - so convenient. They were so kind and heard all my thoughts about what I was looking for and said they would reach out with any questions. The update: When I first got the quilt back it wasn't what I expected with the material that was used for the patches. But I'm adding this part to speak to Burrell's incredible response and solution. He offered to rework it and was very sincere on making sure I was happy with the finished product. After I found a fabric that was the same material and matched the style better, he redid the patches, sent me pictures before redoing them to make sure it was what I envisioned, and returned my quilt again. I absolutely love it and am just so grateful for how he handled everything. Highly, highly recommend and will definitely contact him for anything I need in the future.

These were important as it was my son's wedding. Yes, I waited for the last minute. But, it worked out and the owner delivered them to me. Beautiful dresses, amazing work, timeless. A nod also to the finishing touches, garment bag and velvet hangers. The little things. I highly recommend this business.

However I am so so disappointed in the work Olga did on my bridesmaids dress. This was my second time working with her and the first time she did a great job adding a corset to the back of my dress to fit my pregnant belly, though it did run me about $250, which hurt. This time going to Olga though, it cost the same amount, $250, and she hemmed the dress and added cups. She did not take the dress in on the sides like we discussed so the dress does not fit at all. When I tried it on at the store, I asked what could be done about the fit of the dress and she said "nothing, it's just the dress." I'm not the expert, she is. So I didn't say anything. However, the bridesmaids dress I have is nothing special and there is zero reason it couldn't be taken in to actually fit me. Especially for $250. Not only that, but the cups were sewn in so wonky that the fabric is all bunched and pulled across the chest. I had to cut them out. And to top it off, she did not hem it short enough. Now I'm left scrambling days before this wedding trying to jury-rig this dress to make it fit and look presentable. I don't know what to do. I'm no seamstress, so it looks pretty awful. So overall, I spent $250 for a hem and cups that I had to cut out.
