Another week later, I came back for the third time- and there is still some residue from the stain they caused and they have said it's all they can do. Only a very ill mannered or ignorant person would ask a customer this question when it wasn't relevant for the alteration requested. I laughed it off and joked about it a little because she'd already taken my garment and I wanted to leave as expediently as possible. And there's a huge difference between friendly banter and lack of social/conversational skills. I suggest that she learn to educate herself on the latter. There was really no excuse for this behavior. And incidentally, Suzy is neither "modelesque" nor thin, so who is she to judge on anyone's appearance? 3.
