Excellent little place! Very homie small town feel. Servers were fantastic! Portions were more than enough to cover a hungry adult with room to spare. The homemade sausage is a must.... Absolute must! I'll be going back for sure! Do yourself a solid and drop in to check this place out.

Beautifully cooked and cut into much narrower slices than most pies.

A super casual family-run joint slightly off the beaten track in Sebring. If you are looking for a straightforward Italian meal, you could do much worse. PRO TIP- This place is sensitive to the Snowbird population. So much so that they close for July & August. ATMOSPHERE- Dark wood all around with comfortable chairs and booths. They are divided into two small rooms. There is lots of local kitsch on the walls. Overall it is a very comfortable space. ADULT LIBATIONS- This is a beer & wine place with six or eight basic choices of each. That's important because a lot of folks like a brew with their pizza. CUSTOMER SERVICE- Absolutely fine. Our waitress had just the right amount of chattiness and checked on us perfectly. THE MENU- This is Italian Menu Design 101. You have your pizza and your pasta, your salads and your basic fried foods. I've seen it a thousand times and that's not necessarily a bad thing. BTW- They have a salad bar but it seems like an afterthought and has a sign that says "One Trip Only." THE PIZZA- Pick your pie size and pay a little extra for each topping. How many times have you seen that? We choose a small with homemade Italian sausage, meatballs, onions and black olives. It went for about $13. It arrived in a reasonable time and was cooked perfectly. I would call it a medium crust boarding on thin. It was not greasy which is important to me. The toppings were adequate but definitely not generous. I found the entire pizza tasty but under seasoned. That included not only the sauce but the homemade sausage and meatballs. I found myself staring at the salt & pepper shakers and that's not a good thing. If you are looking for a mild pie, you've found it! The atmosphere and the service definitely turned me on. I plan on returning to see if the lack of seasoning was and exception or the rule.

I'm not sure their hours because they were closed the first time I stopped by to pick up a pizza for dinner but when I returned for lunch, they were absolutely open. Nearly every table was taken, which is surely a sign of a successful restaurant. I chose the spaghetti and asked for one extra meatball. This came with a visit to the salad bar and I'd have to say that the salad bar is an afterthought. A bowl of salad, some chopped tomatoes, sliced beets, five different salad dressings and four different types of pasta or potato salad. I do like beets, so that was nice. The spaghetti was very tasty and cooked just a touch past al dente. Already mixed with the sauce with more sauce on top and served with two small bread disks that could possibly have been hamburger buns. Garlic bread. Ah. Well, it was good for picking up the last of the sauce, that's for sure. The meatball was about a two inches in diameter and was tasty. Service was good and it was sure nice to see a place doing this much business. Bravo, Galati's.

Great place! Exceeds all expectations. Chef salad is huge and portions are generous. Meatballs are a touch "bready" but taste good. The spices in the meatballs are amazing. Going to try the homemade sausage next time.

Half and half Tommys special and Galati special. Oops we already ate some

Little Italy - I added pepperoni for a custom, awesome cheesesteak!

This is one of the finest Italian/Pizza/Sub shops in the area and I've never talked about their awesome cheesesteak! This review rectifies this. Customer Service- So I blew into order my cheesesteak to-go. The young lady at the counter was a little chatty as I am and just fine. It took me maybe two minutes and my sammich was out in about five more. No choice but five stars! Food- So they bake their own rolls here which is a big plus. The gold standard for cheesesteak is an Amoroso roll from the Philadelphia area. These are not that but very good. There was plenty of tender meat with no fatty pieces. Good stuff! Here they add peppers onions & mushrooms, and I have no problem with that, and they were tasty. They use White American cheese, and it was tasty and there was plenty of it. Now for something weird and wonderful. A couple of years ago a good friend asked me to try adding pepperoni to my cheesesteak. I did and it was awesome! I've been doing it ever since and this time it costs me an extra buck. The basic sandwich is $11.99. I brought this bad boy home, and you can see my picture. It was an excellent filling cheesesteak, and I love supporting a local business. Five stars!

But, every once in a while, even a guy like me wants to order a delivery pizza. At first, I was told, "no" they would not delivered to me. Because I am 1 mile outside of their radius. The young guy I spoke with recommended instead that I called Lake Placid Papa John's which is ridiculous because I'm exactly 30 seconds south of Highway 98. I think the guy was just trying to pass the buck. However, I called Lake Placid and they also said I was outside their delivery radius and that made a lot more sense to me because it would be like calling Denver, Colorado and asking for a pizza to be delivered to Florida. So what do you do? I ended up calling the Sebring location back and asked for the manager. I got Lexi on the phone. That was the manager's name. She was a young lady, but she seemed intelligent and open minded, because when I explain the circumstances to her she said, "yeah that is ridiculous" I also explain to Lexi about how much money they were losing out on because they were not willing to extend their delivery radius to the entire Sebring area. They were missing out on business from all of the people south of HCA hospital now if you think about it that's a lot of people and a lot of money to be missing out on. The radius gap between the Sebring delivery area and the Lake Placid delivery area does not touch. This means there is a huge gap where they are missing all of the Spring Lake and all of the people who live just off Highway 66. Ridiculous! I mean, if I'm a business owner and I have a pizza business, I'm gonna make sure that I cover the entire Sebring area because I'm not about to miss out on money from people because of a 1 mile extra driving radius. Lexi went on to explain to me that she was going to go ahead and allow the delivery, but she also told me that she could not guarantee that every manager would make the same choice at Papa John's. I agreed that that was likely to happen and I understood. Now the pizza: there are a lot of pizzas in this town and a lot of these guys who make them are from New York City so you're not missing out on good quality pizza here in Sebring. I will say that most of the time the sauce is very acidic no matter where you go. Papa John's sauce, which I have not had in sometime, at least 20 years has a definite sweetness. It had a good aroma, and while not punched with herbs it did satisfy the palate in a balanced way. I enjoy the sweetness that they have in their sauce whether they slow cook the onions or just added a little sweetener to the sauce. both are fine it's a matter of taste. Italians will choose one or the other. They all typically use their onions to gain this type of exposure in the flavor by a quick sear and sauté of the onions to gain a bolder aroma, or a slow cook of the onions in order to sweeten them. We ordered the new New York style pizza, and while there is not a consistency in the two pizzas we received the first one was more New York style in the crust. Well, the second one was denser and the crust endings were not equal in size, thickness, or make, but for a commercial pizza, it filled the stomach. In this review, I am complementing the manager more than anything for her ability to deliver to us. You often do not see this in commercial businesses. They are usually very stoic and black-and-white on their terms. For Lexi to think outside the box and be willing to make a personal judgment was appreciated. She was a good manager, and she is being recognized for that purpose. You hardly see this ever so kudos to you Lexi, and thank you for being a good manager!

By the time our friendly waitress came to take our order, I was ready to follow Steven's advice and try one of their pizzas. It did not take long before a small pie arrived, generously topped with pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, and onions. The flavors were spot on, and with a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for a little kick, it was perfect. I enjoyed it so much that while we spent the next 20 minutes chatting about travel, Yelp, and my sprinter van, I looked down to find I had polished off the entire pizza without even realizing it. Service was warm and attentive throughout. Our waitress made sure we were well cared for and handled splitting the check with ease. Market 27 also offers a wide variety of drinks, from sodas to beers. I went with a macro brew this time, but next visit I will branch out and try something different. Overall, Market 27 delivered a welcoming atmosphere, delicious food, and great service. It's an excellent choice for a casual meet‑up or a satisfying meal.
