It's a dive. Opens at 3pm daily. At 3:05 the bar area is packed with drunks. It's the local hangout for old farts. Food is not good, I've been there a few times. They claim to offer early bird dinner specials, but that's a lie too. They up charge you for everything. The staff is terrible, looking to get the most gratuity for the least effort. Stay away, unless you enjoy terrible food after having several drinks at the saloon. Oh, I forgot: the restaurant is filthy too. Needs a bar rescue!!!

A lot of anticipation leading up to our visit to Chili's after the mozzarella sticks went viral…read more The cheese pull does live up to the hype, but everything else lacked flavor.

I haven't visited here in almost 9 years! So what changed? Their marketing worked! I've been…read morehearing a lot about their new Smashburger and their "3 for Me" special so off I went to see if it was worth it! Arriving- Easy peasy. It's on the southbound side of US Route 27 with a simple entrance. I'm temporally handicapped with a placard, and I easily found a space close to the entrance. The overall parking lot is typical and fine. Ambience- I walked in and said to myself "Yup, it's a Chili's." It's the same chain look, like all the others. This one looked clean and well maintained. It also looked a little dated and my bartender said he thought it was almost 30 years old. I sat at the bar which seats about 12. Several TVs. Pro Tip- The bar has the usual high chairs but one end of the bar is a couple of feet lower for two seats, so they are available for wheelchair access which is quite rare and I think very cool! Pro Tip- The Wi-Fi is not particularly fast but nice and stable with no password needed. Customer Service- It's been a while since I had a bartender/server this outstanding! I was stunned by his personality and professionalism. He was so awesome he got 10 stars! Food- There was the standard laminated menu, but I was on a mission for the "3 for Me" special. It's one of those deals where you pick three items from 3 lists and is priced at $10.99. I went with Bottomless Chips & Salsa as an appetizer and Smashburger & Fries as an entrée. The deal comes with a fountain drink but for an upcharge I got the Margarita on the rocks. It set me back a total of $15.49 including the upcharge + tax. The Chips & Salsa came out first and I laughed out loud! There was enough to feed an entire table and they were bottomless! They were very thin and fresh out of the fryer. The salsa was thick and mild and tasty. What a deal for a starter! The Smashburger & Fries came next. The fries were piping hot and nicely seasoned. The burger was a very impressive 1/2 pound and perfectly cooked. It has the same veges and cheese plus thousand island dressing as a Big Mac which I believe is intentional. Other than the similar ingredients, this sandwich & fries is so much better than the fast-food version that it's almost embarrassing to compare them. Conclusion- Some of the marketing suggests that with fast-food prices increasing this $10.99 deal is a solid alternative choice and I agree. I'm an older Yelper that's traveled a great deal and over the decades I've been to a lot of Chili's usually because of the location. This Chili's and this "3 for Me" special hit the spot for me! I'll be back.

This has been their new digs for about a year and the word is the entire staff went along with the move! Atmosphere- This is a country club restaurant that is open to the public. There is a very nice outside patio. Inside is an "L" shaped bar and contemporary furniture. Lots of windows. Food- I'd call it American classics which is typical of country clubs in Central Florida. There is a strong emphasis on freshness here. They even bake their own burger buns! They have a pizza oven and the word is the pies are great. Note that their prime rib is extremely popular. I went with the 10 Oz NY Strip with fries and a side salad for $23.00. I was out in good time, cooked exactly as ordered and tender. The fries and side salad were spot on. A classic meal done right! Adult libations- Full bar with a small selection of draft beers. I went with a house Merlot which was just fine. Customer Service- I sat at the bar and my bartender/server was five stars and a great conversationalist. I really enjoyed chatting with her! This place is not trying to make a statement with trendy food. They are serving up classic American dishes that beat the hell out of a chain restaurant!

Now the not so good news . . My salad consisted or 2 tomatoe slices 1 piece of mozzarella and no basil anywhere. So my salad was disappointing and so was the shrimp cocktail. Shrimp was good but it was still warm when they served it. It was on ice but not chilled yet. On the bright side even with the salad and shrimp missteps, my prime rib and husband's NY strip made up for it all. Both were well seasoned, tender, juicy and cooked to perfection. We will definitely go back.

Hello. First visit I hope my next will be better. The service was excellent but I have some…read moreinteresting things to say about the food. I ordered tasting plates: Dragon Broccoli, Tuna Poke (on a side salad,) and the shrimp potstickers. 1. The Dragon Broccoli - Golden-fried florets drizzled with a spicy soy-ginger sauce and topped with green onions. Spice seekers, this one's for you. Was overcooked - the broccoli mushy. There was a garnish added not listed on the menu AND not mentioned in the Corporate menu - whole dried chili peppers, about three of them. I was mortified someone thought THAT was an appropriate garnish. If the chef had taken 1/4 of a fresh chili pepper and julienne'd it, that would have been not only appropriate, but added a taste feature. What am I going to do with a dried chili pepper? It's useless on the plate and would be better served as a spice, not a garnish. 2. Tuna Poke - Tuna lovers, take note. We marinate sushi-grade ahi tuna in savory soy-sesame sauce, and top it off with green onions. Served with tortilla chips for extra crunch. Normally does not come on a salad, however, I truly believe Red Lobster test chefs and corporate missed the ball on this one. You have a 'new' menu feature of cold shrimp as an add-on to salad, but missed the fabulous-ness of the spicy tuna on a salad?! I had it on a garden side salad with your champagne vinaigrette and it was unique, flavorful and absolutely delicious. Note: Mind your chips they have that just about to turn stale taste. 3. Potstickers. Three golden-fried dumplings topped with a spicy soy-ginger sauce and green onions. Extra sauce on the side. Over done or extra crispy, either way I had to wrestle the concrete dough and the shrimp inside paid for the extra cooking time and was rubberish. There was no additional sauce on the plate to "dip" the potstickers in, nor was a side soy sauce on the side. Disappointed and fearful to order lobster, shrimp or scallops on my "Second Chance" visit if you can't time your seafood correctly. You also did the unthinkable and put MORE dried chilis on this dish as well. Somebody teach this chef how to recognize spices versus garnish, PLEASE!! Dude or Dudette, use FRESH chilis as thin as the red onions on the side salad - it would have improved the meal tastings.
