I brought my mom here for the first time and she really enjoyed herself as well did I. We both got the lobster grilled cheese and shared a frozen moscato. I'll definitely will be back

I had a frozen moscato and it was everything. I will definitely come back to try their food, but that frozen moscato was the perfect ending to my outing on this day. A friend of mine had their seafood nachos and she enjoyed them. Their area was eye-catching and everyone was kind and helpful. The prices were on par for the area and other restaurants in the space. I like how this restaurant had its own unique decor even though it is so close to so many other restaurants. There is seating around the bar all around their space too. It's really a cute spot and the food and drinks are good.

While visiting Chattahoochee food Works, my husband and I wanted to try out some good seafood. The gentleman who was there offered us some samples of their seafood salads. All of them were delicious lol so it was hard to choose. We also wanted some fresh oysters, so the gentleman made us a lovely platter. They had a variety of different oysters to try as well as all kinds of really good seafood. We enjoyed our platter outside. Everything we had there we enjoyed I would definitely recommend.

Fuzzy Seafood at Chattahoochee Food Works If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience at Fuzzy Seafood was hands down one of the worst I've ever had at a food establishment in Atlanta. I ordered at the counter and paid for my food--just nachos, nothing complicated. I'm a big guy and I was wearing a bright peach-colored shirt. I stood waiting in plain sight while several people who ordered after me received their food. Not once did I hear my name called, nor was I approached or acknowledged in any meaningful way despite making repeated eye contact with the person who took my order. He knew I was waiting, and I know he saw me. After nearly 20 minutes of being ignored, I went up to the counter and asked for a refund. He had the nerve to ask me why, and when I told him I never received my food, he suddenly claimed he had called my name. A complete lie. And even if he had (which he didn't), why didn't he say it again or gesture toward me any of the multiple times we made eye contact? Instead of owning the mistake or even attempting to resolve the issue respectfully, he doubled down with attitude, accused me of making false accusations, and flat-out refused to refund me--telling me I had to "take it up with the manager." To top it all off, I strongly suspect this poor treatment stemmed from the fact that I didn't tip on the POS system at checkout. For the record, I was planning to tip in cash once I got my food. But apparently, that decision cost me basic courtesy and the meal I paid for. This was not just bad service--it was blatant disrespect, gaslighting, and unprofessionalism. I will never be back, and I highly suggest anyone thinking of spending their money here rethink it.

Located inside of Chattahoochee Food Works. I got the seafood fries. Portions are huge. It was easily enough for 2. That being said $18 was a decent price for the portion size and the freshness and amount of the seafood.

So I had seen this spot for ages and I have never been inside. So I tried to make a point to go in…read morebecause I was in the area. It's in a shopping center so there are plenty of parking, but you may not be able to park close to where you want to walk to the door to because there are so many other spots there. But the parking is free in Buckhead. So that's a plus! There's spaces inside and outside for you to go to, so that's good, but the inside is very nice and decorated very well. They have TV so you can watch sports but it's not a sports bar so don't get that confused. The bar is a nice size and set it pretty well. Not billions of bottles but just enough to what you need. Dean was my my server and bartender, super good customer service, very warm and communicative, and I would have come back just to sit at the bar with him again. The ball is very well kept and very clean, but the whole establishment was as well. They have a lot of space by the bar and to the other side of the restaurant as well. The menu is predominantly seafood related but they have other things as well. But they have a couple things that look like. They should be really really good so I am going to have to double back! Calamari - The calamari was pretty good. It came out really fast so it makes me think that they were already cooking by the time I ordered LOL. But it had a sweet chili sauce to it, but the calamari seem to be crispy and seasoned enough to where it wasn't a requirement. Brussel sprouts - brussel sprouts for good, kind of wish they had more of them but they were still pretty tasty. Overall. They had the vinaigrette flavor so I know that they were cooked well. They were more firmed and mushy so that was good. I would get them again and I was see. Can I get a full order instead of just a side order because they were just that good. Old bay fries - The Old Bay fries were okay. They had that sodium to where you needed ketchup to kind of bring the sweet. But they were still good though regardless. Shrimp tacos - these were good. Had 3 large shrimp. Got mine blackened and they were just the right amount of taste and flavor. The sauce on it was a little much but that was okay though, it balanced out all of the spice for the peppers and the shrimp seasoning. Gumbo - the gumbo was pretty good and it came in a large bowl, more than you would think a cup would be. Savory and tasty. Overall, with the quality of the food and the customer service, I feel like this place definitely deserves my attention again. The first time I went in I only had a couple of appetizers, and that really didn't do it justice.

Catfish was deeelicious- thin and crispy breading on the outside, with tender juicy catfish on the inside. I wanted something more Southern and this delivered. Ambiance I appreciated that the music was there but it was at a volume I could actually hear what others are saying. This place has good food, good service and a casual place to hang and actually talk.

The restaurant is very dark and has a vintage vibe to it. It feels upscale without trying too hard. The food was incredible. I especially loved the shrimp cocktail and the oysters. The gin and tonic was so beautiful and expertly made. I can't recommend C&S enough. I can't wait to return next time I am in Atlanta.

Unfortunately, the discomfort continued after we were seated, as our table for two was positioned near the entrance, and we were repeatedly subjected to cold drafts throughout our meal. To add insult to injury, I ask the server, a black lady who looked like she was a recovering crack addict, what sides would be a good choice with the lump crab cake? I was simply directed back to the menu. I ordered one lump crab cake with two sides. However, when the plate was delivered, she told me that an extra crab cake had been added. This significantly increased the cost of the dish to nearly $80. I did not request an additional crab cake and was surprised by the charge. 2oz. of red wine served in a Bordeaux glass at a cost of $25.00, LOL. This is to be expected, but not serving an extra crab cake to inflate the bill. Overall, our bill exceeded $200, which was especially disappointing given the service issues and overall experience. I had much higher expectations for a New Year's Eve dinner; however, that extra charge was taken care of in the tip. Thanks Ms. Disingenuous! Maybe your service will be better going forward. Sincerely, Will never eat there again!!!

We ordered two appetizers, including the shrimp and crab fondue, and my son found a bug in the fondue. At that point, we immediately stopped eating. The manager came over, apologized, and said she would have another one prepared which we appreciated but we weren't sure if we even wanted it. We had to make a fast decision if we would leave or stay, but since it was Friday We honestly considered leaving, but we were starving and didn't feel like going somewhere else, so we stayed. However, after that, we were really surprised that there was very little follow-up from the manager, no effort from management the attempt to recover the experience. Our server, Skye, was very apologetic and did what she could, but overall the customer service from management was extremely disappointing. At Pappadeaux's price point, finding a bug in your food is already unacceptable, but the lack of proper service recovery made it worse. This should have been handled very differently, and quite frankly, the entire meal should have been compensated. What happened to making sure guests actually have a good dining experience? We chose not to escalate things in the moment, but I can say confidently that I will not be returning to this location. I would strongly encourage others to double-check their food.

Overall, it was a really good experience with plenty of flavorful food and great service. We ordered three different boil bags: one with shrimp, another with Dungeness crab and mussels, and a third with shrimp and lobster tail. On top of that, we also ordered regular calamari, Cajun calamari, fried okra, 12-piece lemon pepper wings, and steamed oysters. Most of the food was absolutely delicious. Everything came out hot, well-seasoned, and full of flavor. The boil bags were definitely the highlight. The shrimp, crab, and lobster were cooked well, and the seasoning on the boils was great. The calamari, wings, and fried okra were also solid and perfect for sharing. The only major disappointment was the oysters. Unfortunately, they were some of the worst oysters I've had. They were barely steamed and almost felt raw, and the seasoning mixture on top was not good at all. We ended up sending them back, and they were removed from our bill, which I appreciated. For drinks, I ordered a strawberry cocktail that usually comes with Ketel One vodka, but we asked for Tito's instead. After drinking it, I'm not completely sure the switch was actually made, and it also wasn't listed on the receipt. What really stood out was the service. Our server was very kind, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of throughout the meal. The food came out in a timely manner, and everything was served hot. For all the food we ordered, the total came out to a little over $150, which felt very reasonable considering the amount of food. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely come back again. I just won't be ordering the oysters next time, and I wouldn't recommend them.
