I found a seat outside for some natural lighting and started snapping away. I really went to enjoy and share the bao buns but figured I'd have a quick bite of the dumplings and keep it pushing. Listen. WOW. I was immediately taken aback because, what?! They were spicy, so savory and full of pork, with a little punch of lime in there somewhere. We explained the situation to him as well, but Tony was still nowhere to be found and never came over to acknowledge what happened or apologize. My friend and I have both worked in the restaurant industry for years, so we completely understand that mistakes happen. We're not expecting perfection.
