The enthusiastic Yelp reviews for this restaurant motivated us to drive 30 minutes to try it out on an early Monday evening. It was easy to find along Lake Mead Parkway. We opened the front door to a nicely decorated, commodious, and cool restaurant. We looked over their soft opening menu and chose the Shrimp Spring Rolls for $5.95, the #11 Combination Pho for $10.65, and the #12 Chicken Pho for $8.65. All the Pho soups came only in one size. The spring roll was super fresh and soft. Most pho restaurants use two layers of rice wrap. This one uses one and it makes the dish far more delightful to the palate. The accompanying dipping sauce was superb. Not sure what made it so good, but it was. The meats in the two pho soups were tender and flavorful. But, it was the broth that topped them off. It was extraordinarily good. The cook, Phil, told us that he simmers all the broths for 10 hours which is why there is such a noticeable difference from other pho restaurants. Both he and his parents, Lee and Tina, built and works the restaurant. Overall, the food was delicious, the service very good, restrooms sparkling clean, and the prices in line with other pho places. We were in the neighborhood, so we decided to try this place out. It's was meh. It's still new/soft opening here. I only tried their chicken pho and their shrimp spring rolls. I did not like my chicken pho, the chicken breast meats was way overcooked and shedding the meats into little parts was not a good idea. I did not enjoy it at all but I was hungry to finish it. The shrimps spring was so so, there was no herbs/mint but vermicelli and lettuce with the shrimps. I was bummed when they do not have crushed peanuts in their "peanut" dipping sauce. I didn't taste any peanut butter in it but my husband claimed that there was. My husband got the combination pho. He enjoyed the broth most. Other than that, nothing special. The servers were very friendly and attentive. Checking on us while we ate, asking if we needed anything. The place is very clean, the tables, chairs, booths were all new, nice interior design. I have been here several times while visiting Las Vegas, and now that I live here, I still come here. It's nearby where I now reside, and their Pho good. The soup is beefy and flavorful. The amount of meat is just right, with all the fixings, bean sprouts, basil, jalapeno, and lime. They also give Sriracha and hoisin sauce in the side. I saw the good reviews then decided to try it out. I had the combo pho and spring rolls. The pho broth was bland and didn't have enough bone broth and classic seasonings. The spring roll was ok and mostly stuffed with lettuce/rice noodles that was also just ok. Another customer ordered Korean BBQ meats which I was really confused with since I didn't see any Korean dishes on the menu. If you are in a pinch, then this place will satisfy an itch. If you are looking for authentic Vietnamese food, then I would look elsewhere. read more

We just left Fuzen- and I am impressed with the level of taste in this pho. It was rich, smelled amazing, and the water was filtered. (Yes, this is important.) The staff was kind and attentive. The pho I got was very welled served; i could taste the freshness in the tripe. They get 4 stars because I would have liked to see salt, pepper, and chili garlic sauce on the table, so we could season accordingly. We also had to ask for soy sauce, which I feel should also be on the table. Other than these minor hiccups; well be returning. read more

Yesterday evening I went in to have spring rolls and Pho by myself. I was the only customer. Not even a dirty table from a previous customer. She told me to have a seat. I waited 15 minutes, realized there's a sign at the table to call for your order, so I asked her do I have to call you to place an order? She didn't hear me or didn't understand so I repeated myself. She replied: "you have to wait because we have a lot of pick up" and seemed to be annoyed I was asking and there. I was there for almost two hours and it was horrible service. I've been on the search for a good pho restaurant in Henderson. Being Vietnamese I'm a little critical on viet dishes, especially pho. Sad to say I was a little disappointed. The pho is on the more expensive side, $14.55 for pho tai (rare steak). I wouldn't mind the price, but the proportions provided were lackluster. Lots of broth, little of everything else. Found this place while driving around Henderson,NV and decided to stop in. The sign on the door said I had to place and order either via phone, on-line or through a service. I did what would be the least difficult to do, I called it in. The person who answered was very efficient and assured me that my order would be ready in 20 minutes. In less than 20 minutes, the restaurant was calling to say my order was ready! Since I was still within walking distance, I just walked over and then entered to pick up my order of grilled pork and my appetizer of spring rolls. Because of the covid 19 situation, the dining room was only open for take out but from what I could see, it could be very spacious and seat a good size lunch crowd. When we sat down to eat it, we were both impressed by the flavor of the pork and how tender it was. The meat sat on a bed of white rice and there was also fresh lettuce, pickled cucumbers and carrots on the side. The spring rolls were very fresh and the flavors all melded together. Food is 7/10 service is 0/10 the older Korean lady that works there is so rude! The first time I went there she made me feel so unwelcome! Second time I walked in she was staring at me and she yelled across the room DINING IN OR PICK UP?? So I yelled back DINE IN! She looks at the tables on the right and said just pick a table (she said it with an attitude) I was just thinking whatever.... I sat on the table and realized the table was dirty and got all over my long sleeve and hand.. I got up and walked over to where she was and asked for some napkins or a paper towel she shh shh me a couple times then she said just sit on a different table.. that's when I was about to lose my mind. This spot is delicious! Not only do they have amazing delicious Pho of all kind but they have the best fried rice I have ever had anywhere. The staff is very mom and pop size, so service takes a minute but the food comes out fast and you won't be disappointed with it. Recently ordered here during the stay-at-home pandemic and it was lovely. I was able to get to go delivered to my door with a perfect order! They even added extra sides to allow my family to help ourselves to some extras for our pho. My dad is absolutely obsessed with the banh mi from here as well. The pho never disappoints. I am so happy there is a pho place located in this area because there are not many choices to dine in nearby for pho. This is a great place to be and a great environment. I've visited before in the restaurant and dined inhouse before. I really enjoy the calm environment and the politeness of the employees. I believe there have been various times the owner has came out to check on the customers and that is always something I and others love! This was the first time dining here although we only live close by. My husband and I usually go to another pho restaurant off of Eastern but after my work out next door we decided to eat here. Quiet and clean place. Me and my husband ordered the spring rolls, crab Rangoon, and spicy vermicelli noodle soup. The spring rolls were good with a delicious peanut sauce. The crab Rangoon was tasty, freshly cooked. The spicy vermicelli pho was delicious! Lots of meat, lots of flavor, and nice spice! We wish we came here sooner! Truly a mom and pop shop. Mom is taking orders and serving the food while pop walks around and supervises. Sounds like my home growing up. The place is in need of some renovations to get an updated look, but we came for the food. We came with a big group and no reservation (doubtful they take reservations). They were able to put a few tables together to accommodate all of us. Mom took orders by family, and was able to keep everything straight. She did a great job. My family ordered potstickers, spring rolls, egg rolls, and pho. Kids ate everything, and I enjoyed my food. Total bill was probably one of the most reasonable values we saw for food in the Las Vegas area this weekend. You can get good value and good food here. Speechless. Halfway through our lunch, I realized that the food was not Vietnamese. It was like some Chinese, japanese, Hendertucky hybrid. I don't know where to start. The eggrolls: piece of dense, unidentifiable meat with glass noddles smashed in to it. Banh mi: the bread was that store bought grocery store bread. They put hardly any meat and NO DAIKON! Just shredded carrots and I don't think they were pickled. Bun: bowl was filled with hella lettuce. Shrimp was over cooked, noodles were the thin rice noodles and the egg rolls they out in there....dear god...they were those nasty Chinese egg rolls with carrot and cabbage! The grilled pork rice plate: the rice wasn't jasmin and the meat was basically terriyaki. I don't know what I'm more upset with, the terrible food, or the awesome reviews that this place was given. I tried it for the first time. I ordered chicken pho soup, fried egg rolls and rice. The food was very flavorful and fresh. This will now be my go to Vietnamese restaurant on this side of town. Isn't it my choice to give the percentage? WTH! Not only the service is bad. I wasn't going to give 18% - 19% ... We were pleasantly surprised when we stopped in this place after passing by a few times. It's a nice family owned business. We started with the spring rolls and calamari. Both were delicious. The calamari was salt and pepper style. And the spring rolls were very fresh tasting. I had the tendon pho. The beef broth was just amazingly delicious. It had seven spice seasoning with just the right amount of star anise. The tendon was cooked until it was so tender. The wife had the shrimp with rice noodles. It came with this fish sauce which was slightly sweet and salty . When you poured it on top, it elevated the flavors. She loved it. And loved the fact that they had gluten free noodles. They also have vegan options. The service was very friendly. I spoke to the chef, he was very nice and very appreciative when we told him how great everything was. We will definitely be back. There isn't a place to get great pho for at least 10 miles. And if you are coming from the other side of town, it's worth the drive! If I could give this restaurant a zero I would. Came in with my family(2 adults and 2kids) to dine in, it was not at all busy. Maybe 3 tables was filled, been waiting at the front to be seated and greeted but, no. We were just stared at. Finally got seated and no staff came to us within 10-15 minutes of waiting, no water or drinks to start us off with. There was a lady at the counter that came to us and expected us to just order when she got to our table, at that point we just wanted take out. You could see in her face she was annoyed when we said we wanted to do take out instead. Also, we asked if they had boba drinks since we saw a table that ordered but, it wasn't listed in the menu. This is by far the best Pho restaurant in Las Vegas. Just take the extra drive down to the Walmart off Lake Mead parkway. It's in the same shopping center. We tried the shrimp spring rolls which were incredibly fresh and the dipping sauce I could just drink. Adding to our lunch was a fabulous bowl of the Combination Pho which had the softest tendon and meats. This was the first time I drank all the soup. I was impressed. Last but not least we had the grilled pork vermicelli and the pork was cut so thin, tender and absolutely delicious. Marinated and grilled to perfection with bits of char that made every bite wanting more. A memorable meal for sure! Will be back!!! read more
