Have been to a couple of other Pho places and this little spot has the best broth I've had since being back home in Hawaii. Ordered the combination pho, shrimp pho, fresh spring rolls and combination fried rice. Everything was fresh and flavorful and the first time we have had the fried rice was today and it had a great flavor and good portion. We have only had take out and has been pretty quick to be ready for pick up. When you call the lady sounds mean lol but in person she is the sweetest person. I know, the typical Pho places are all sprinkled along Spring Mountain but there are som real gems in unlikely places. This is one of those gems. Tucked away in a strip mall near Boulder Highway, this place is nearly hidden. Walk in, and you find a fairly spacious dining area. My buddy and I were taking a break from car shopping and we hit this place up for some Pho. It was pho-real!! We both got the combination pho and the broth was piping hot and flavorful. Great Pho place located in old henderson. Very clean inside with plenty of seating. Very fresh, homemade food! The Pork Bahn Mi was the ABSOLUTE BEST! Shrimp spring rolls and peanut sauce was very good and made to order. Coconut boba milk tea was made fresh to order. Pho broth was tasty with depth. Plenty of bean sprouts and fix ins for the whole table. Customer service was great, we were never in want or need of anything. Bathrooms were very clean! Fuzen Pho was at best, average. While it's good and it's work, it wasn't super amazing. I hope it was an off day though. Also I may be spoiled too. Regardless, if you are in the area and want to satisfy your pho craving, this'll do it. I went for a combination pho and it's exactly what you expect it to be: pho with a combination of all the beef, tendon, tripe, and so on. It was good except for some reason, the soup wasn't quite as flavorful as I'd like though it's nothing an unhealthy amount of hoisin sauce and sriracha can't fix. To make myself feel mildly better over my sauce overdose, I got their spring rolls too which I thought were quite good. Then again, it's hard to mess it up unless you were using decaying food. All in all, a decent place to eat and enjoy pho in relative peace. read more

Have stopped by a few times already. They finally have a real menu at our latest visit. Although I thought there would be more selections on the new menu, it doesn't really bother me. When you go to a pho restaurant, you usually come for the pho. Well unless you're me, you come for the Bún. So I usually get the combination Bún or usually people know it as vermicelli. I substitute the pork with chicken. The chicken they have is really tender and cooked really well. It also comes with vegetable egg roll that I usually hand over to my boyfriend and like 3 pieces of small shrimp. That's only downfall, the minimal shrimp they give. Also I always usually get a side of broth. They have bomb broth. I decided to order their pork sandwich thinking it may be like Bahn Mi. It's not like it at all but it was still pretty tasty. The pickled vegetables and sauce in it was pretty good. And it's a small size so if you just need a bit extra to get you full, this will do it. Great place to go to that's pretty close to home so we don't have to travel far for pho. Will be returning frequently. read more

I went to this place a few weeks ago. The woman who waited on me didn't even speak English. There was a big language barrier, and she had a hard time taking my order. When I got my order, my order was completely all wrong and I said as much to her, and she did nothing to fix it. I definitely would not come back here just because if you can't even get my order right why would I want to spend my money here. The food was OK, but considering once again that the waitress did not get my order right I overall did not like the place. Hopefully in the future they can manage to get somebody's order correct and speak English to where the customers can understand and be understood. read more

This is our families go to pho place... we've tried a handful of places, but this is always our consistent spot. Finally a good place close to home where we don't have to travel 20 min lol. I get the chicken pho and my husband gets the rare steak. We always get it to-go and never have an issue with the quality. Btw just a tip- If you want the vegetarian egg rolls- you have to ask for the lettuce/cucumber sides, it normally only comes with the pork egg rolls. Alsoooo... if your gonna do take out.. make sure to give yourself 20 ish min so you don't have to wait long.. Second visit here. July 5th at 4:00 p.m. there was a decent amount of people here and I was happy for them. The ordering and service has gotten better since last week. The young man that seems to also maybe be a cook is helping the woman more. It's definitely a better process. I had the combination rice plate that comes with port, shrimp, and egg rolls. The pork was sweet. The side salad had a sweet dressing (neither was overwhelming like teriyaki can be). The shrimp was salty and the egg roll was veggie and cooked perfectly. This will probably become my go to dish over the pho mainly because I love rice so much. It was very filling though it didn't look like much. 1. Go to the counter to pay. We sat for 15 minutes after we finished waiting for a bill. It never came. There is no communication about this, but I think it's their preferred system. 2. My rare pho was tasty. The soup was hot enough to cook the meat. It came piled high and was certainly rare. If you want to keep it red, don't mix it in the soup. 3. I could have gone for a little more jalapeño and cilantro but I'll just ask next time if I need it. 4. I saw a lot of tasty looking dishes being served. I'm not certain that the menu is complete with enough details to know what is show what you'll be getting. I saw lettuce and carrots and things that I didn't read. I would have preferred some more veggies to eat so one of those options would have been nice. 5. I believe they deliver. #700! I came to Fuzen Pho not for the pho but for the vermicelli. Specifically the special combination vermicelli with pork, egg rolls, and shrimp. Hold the shrimp (damn seafood alergy). This combo is my favorite thing to order at any Vietnamese restaurant I try. There is just something about the pork and noodles that I enjoy. Without a doubt, I love the flavor of the grilled pork. Salty. Sweet. Perfect. At Fuzen that is no exception. The pork was great. Not to mention super tender. More tender than other versions of this same dish that I have tried elsewhere. I loved every bite. It was enough but I was left wanting more. Or, more accurately, not wanting it to be gone so soon. The noodles are cool, thin, and plain. No seasoning whatsoever. My love for them is due in part to the chewy texture. Plus, you get a little cup of fish sauce with this meal. Pour that on the noodles and you've got your self a treat. The egg rolls with this dish were not overly memorable. Not that they were bad. They were hot and crisp as they should be. But they were veggie egg rolls. I expected meat inside like what I have had from other places. I understand that each restaurant does things their own way and thats fine. It was just a let down to expect one thing and bite into another. They were fine egg rolls just sort of generic. There were a couple of parties dining in when I checked this place out tonight. There were more people like me taking their food to go. The lady taking the orders was quite literally running back and forth the whole time I was there waiting for my food. I admire the hustle. Nice to know there is a local Vietnamese pho restaurant in the Lake Mead area. I recently moved to the area and found a lack of asian spots to my liking. I ordered the vegetable pho with veggie broth for take-out. The broth was so flavorful! The entree did lack a bit of vegetables though. But overall, I really enjoyed it. This is a small family-owned restaurant. It appears that a couple is running it - husband and wife. Located in the corner of the same plaza as plant fitness. We stopped in today to try their Vietnamese combination vermicelli noodle bowl as we love New Saigon in Denver. Pretty close to perfect. Lots of yummy crunch from carrots, lettuce and bean sprouts. Bbq meat and shrimp were delicious and fish sauce and noodles were delicious as well. One small add could be wrap the crispy pork rolls in wanton for a crispier take and add some chopped peanuts for extra crunch. We were pleased and will be back to try other stuff as well. They little old lady told us to sit any where we liked. People complain that her services isn't good but there can be a culture difference. Her English's wasn't the best but understood her enough to order. Food came out quick starting with the appetizers. Once we were done with it she brought out our PHO. The food was great. I enjoyed pho, beef banh mi, and shrimp wraps. The Pho broth was definitely unique in flavor but in a very good way. Had a subtle sweetness that I couldn't put my finger on but not at all in a way that overpowered the savory taste. Banh mi was one of the better ones I've had recently and they did a great job on the tightness of veggies packed inside. While you can't tell on the photo, trust me it makes a difference if you've had these before. It was quiet inside, but peaceful. The cost is way over priced for the portion you receive, the broth is very bland and lacking, the only thing you can taste is onion, mainly because of the ENTIRE onion cut into the soup. The sriracha is more than half water which you can clearly tell by its consistency but should you dare to try it prepare for disappointment. The portion of meat and noodles is barely enough to feed an 8 year old. The service is very slow and lacking . Having to waiting 20+ minutes for a bowl of pho when there's only one other table in the place is atrocious. We went here trying to support a local business. The older woman was rude and started hollering at us the minute we walked in. She said something about we should call to make a reservation in case they were busy...aah ok there was only one couple in the whole joint! You'd think she'd appreciate the business! We felt bad that they didn't have a lot of business, we were greeted by a kind older woman who let us to a booth and presented us with menus. We always get the same things no matter which pho place we go to. We ordered one rare beef pho, one pho no meat and one order of the pork egg rolls. The bowls of pho were perfect for us because we always get full fast and can't finish it all. These were just right if you don't like being over served. The por egg rolls were good but there were no pickled onions or carrots, the carrots were they type you see in a bag of salad. That was a little weird, but it wasn't a big deal. Their lemonade is delicious!!! My kids absolutely loved it, as did I. We didn't ask if it was fresh squeezed but it sure tasted like it. They are OPEN!!! I have been seeing this place being built. I am so excited they met my expectations :) Don't miss out on this new place. It is tucked in the corner of the Walmart Shopping Center and is yummy. There are to go orders or a dining area. This is a family run place with the sons running it and the dad designed the inside. I love supporting local Henderson restaurants opening near Cadence. Great Pho with all the add-ins and the potstickers were amazing! I ate them so fast. Always nice to find somewhere closer than a trip to Spring Mountain, especially if it doesn't require going onto Eastern too :D Pho was nicely sized with meats and noodles and extras, basil, jalapeno, lime, sprouts... This is a nice family owned restaurant. The food was good, we had the pho and bun (vermicelli). I enjoyed my vermicelli. There was ample sauce and the veggies were fresh. I went with chicken, I've had better chicken at one place, but had more that were tasteless at many more places. Theirs was good though. Everyone else had pho. The consensus was that it was great (I dont eat pho). We will definitely be back, I'm really waiting for their boba/smoothie place next door to open. read more
