After trekking through the mountains of Utah and Arizona on a Labor Day Weekend outdoors adventure, my cronies and I were yearning for some Pho to replenish our carbohydrates and electrolyte stores. I was particularly impressed by the the cleanliness as well as the strict measures this restaurant took to prevent the spread of the bug. Masks required, face shields on all employees, large distance between parties. Great ventilation. No wait for indoor seating. Settling for any available pho along the way back to Las Vegas, the food did not disappoint. Rivals some of the best of The OC. Rich broth, fresh meats and noodles. To summarize, Vietnamese done right during the ongoing pandemic. Great bang for the buck. read more

Hidden Gem. There are a lot of good Pho spots in Las Vegas but this hands down is my favorite. The broth is so flavorful. Great vermicelli plates and Bahn Mi. I highly recommend and the people who run this place are great. Please come and support them read more

I ordered the combination pho and a grilled pork Banh mi. Broth for pho was somewhat lacking. Maybe it needs more star anise and fish sauce flavor to the broth. The amount of meat and noodles sufficed. Grilled pork Banh mi was a disappointment. I've never ordered a Banh mi sandwich and felt like I got half of a sandwich. It was about 6 inches. Usually you get a foot long for Banh Mi. Especially for the price they charge. The flavors were just not the there on this sandwich either. Bread was not the typical baguette crispy on the outside type bread. It was like a regular subway sandwich bun. Carrots were not pickled.I guess I expected too much. Eggroll was a vegetable egg roll? Like the ones you get from a cheap Panda Express gooey and not really filled inside the eggrolls. Ugh. Not my cup of tea for a Vietnamese cuisine place. If there is literally nothing else then sure. read more

I purchased the combination pho and it was delicious. Restaurant was clean and orderly and service was excellent.

Ignore the strip mall location and the proximity to Walmart, the food here is really good. I have had their rice bowls, noodle bowls, and pho. Everything has always been high quality and tasty. It's a goto location whenever I'm in Henderson. read more

Good service, great Pho. Broth is excellent and flavorful. Highly recommend the raw steak Pho. read more

As I sit in this beautiful Pho restaurant for lunch I am wondering why I am all alone. Where are the other patrons. A few carry out orders but this place should be packed for lunch. Hoping they do a better dinner business. The Pho broth is decent and the portions are generous and tasty. We will be returning. read more

Everything was great about this restaurant. Food is excellent and the seafood always comes fresh. Love the atmosphere and customer service.

Very dirty, I seen the lady in front does not use gloves on preparing food, wish I seen this before I ate here. Picture shown is a gnat that was on my veggies, I put it to the side to show her she did not want to discount the meal. OSHA will be called! read more

Lady who takes order was honestly rude. I love their food but as a regular customer was treated poorly yesterday.upon my picking up of my chicken pho order. I asked!first if I can use their restroom and she completely ignored me and after a few minutes told me that I can't use the restroom because I was not a customer. I told her I was and she even asked for what I ordered and told her it was the chicken pho. She should not assume things to begin with. read more

Great Pho place located in old henderson. Very clean inside with plenty of seating. Very fresh, homemade food! The Pork Bahn Mi was the ABSOLUTE BEST! Shrimp spring rolls and peanut sauce was very good and made to order. Coconut boba milk tea was made fresh to order. Pho broth was tasty with depth. Plenty of bean sprouts and fix ins for the whole table. Customer service was great, we were never in want or need of anything. Bathrooms were very clean! I highly recommend this place and will be frequenting there more often. read more

The first time I went into this place, there was a exceptionally large excretion sitting in their toilet that couldn't be flushed, and I was unable to wash my hands because their sink was broken. When I came back out my food was ready, and all I could smell was that lincoln log sitting in the breakroom. 5/5 I know they eatin good. read more

Fuzen Pho was at best, average. While it's good and it's work, it wasn't super amazing. I hope it was an off day though. Also I may be spoiled too. Regardless, if you are in the area and want to satisfy your pho craving, this'll do it. I went for a combination pho and it's exactly what you expect it to be: pho with a combination of all the beef, tendon, tripe, and so on. It was good except for some reason, the soup wasn't quite as flavorful as I'd like though it's nothing an unhealthy amount of hoisin sauce and sriracha can't fix. To make myself feel mildly better over my sauce overdose, I got their spring rolls too which I thought were quite good. Then again, it's hard to mess it up unless you were using decaying food. All in all, a decent place to eat and enjoy pho in relative peace. read more

Ever been hungry and hunting some hot noodles on a hot day? Yeah, me too. Now, ever do that in Henderson? Me either! I know, the typical Pho places are all sprinkled along Spring Mountain but there are som real gems in unlikely places. This is one of those gems. Tucked away in a strip mall near Boulder Highway, this place is nearly hidden. Walk in, and you find a fairly spacious dining area. My buddy and I were taking a break from car shopping and we hit this place up for some Pho. It was pho-real!! We both got the combination pho and the broth was piping hot and flavorful. The ingredients tasted fresh and really hit the spot. The greens and veggies were also in nice shape. (the veggies seem like an afterthought at some places) Anyway, this is a quality bowl of noodles. You won't be disappointed. We also had spring rolls but we scarfed those so fast I didn't even get a picture. Sorry! read more

Have been to a couple of other Pho places and this little spot has the best broth I've had since being back home in Hawaii. Ordered the combination pho, shrimp pho, fresh spring rolls and combination fried rice. Everything was fresh and flavorful and the first time we have had the fried rice was today and it had a great flavor and good portion. We have only had take out and has been pretty quick to be ready for pick up. When you call the lady sounds mean lol but in person she is the sweetest person. Lol Definitely our favorite Pho place yet. It makes me sad that this place is normally not busy, because the food is really good. Can't wait to dine in. read more

Have stopped by a few times already. They finally have a real menu at our latest visit. Although I thought there would be more selections on the new menu, it doesn't really bother me. When you go to a pho restaurant, you usually come for the pho. Well unless you're me, you come for the Bún. So I usually get the combination Bún or usually people know it as vermicelli. I substitute the pork with chicken. The chicken they have is really tender and cooked really well. It also comes with vegetable egg roll that I usually hand over to my boyfriend and like 3 pieces of small shrimp. That's only downfall, the minimal shrimp they give. Also I always usually get a side of broth. They have bomb broth. I decided to order their pork sandwich thinking it may be like Bahn Mi. It's not like it at all but it was still pretty tasty. The pickled vegetables and sauce in it was pretty good. And it's a small size so if you just need a bit extra to get you full, this will do it. Great place to go to that's pretty close to home so we don't have to travel far for pho. Will be returning frequently. read more

This is our families go to pho place... we've tried a handful of places, but this is always our consistent spot. Finally a good place close to home where we don't have to travel 20 min lol. I get the chicken pho and my husband gets the rare steak. We always get it to-go and never have an issue with the quality. Btw just a tip- If you want the vegetarian egg rolls- you have to ask for the lettuce/cucumber sides, it normally only comes with the pork egg rolls. Alsoooo... if your gonna do take out.. make sure to give yourself 20 ish min so you don't have to wait long.. I feel if it's being made fresh and good- it's worth the wait.. it's not drive thru quality. read more

Second visit here. July 5th at 4:00 p.m. there was a decent amount of people here and I was happy for them. The ordering and service has gotten better since last week. The young man that seems to also maybe be a cook is helping the woman more. It's definitely a better process. I had the combination rice plate that comes with port, shrimp, and egg rolls. The pork was sweet. The side salad had a sweet dressing (neither was overwhelming like teriyaki can be). The shrimp was salty and the egg roll was veggie and cooked perfectly. This will probably become my go to dish over the pho mainly because I love rice so much. It was very filling though it didn't look like much. 1. Go to the counter to pay. We sat for 15 minutes after we finished waiting for a bill. It never came. There is no communication about this, but I think it's their preferred system. 2. My rare pho was tasty. The soup was hot enough to cook the meat. It came piled high and was certainly rare. If you want to keep it red, don't mix it in the soup. 3. I could have gone for a little more jalapeño and cilantro but I'll just ask next time if I need it. 4. I saw a lot of tasty looking dishes being served. I'm not certain that the menu is complete with enough details to know what is show what you'll be getting. I saw lettuce and carrots and things that I didn't read. I would have preferred some more veggies to eat so one of those options would have been nice. 5. I believe they deliver. There was not a take away menu with written details so I guess at this point just call and see if they come to your area. I'm lazy and like to order in. Haha! read more

Ok their pho is good, however they hold out on the ingredients, like the meats, it's skimpy. Ok, even then I didn't complain, considering that I live down the street, and it would be nice if I'm feeling lazy, to have a go to place when I'm craving pho. But I just ordered a beef sandwich, like most Vietnamese restaurants where their sandwiches are regular sized subs, not like this little rinky dink sandwich. Not for the price, goodness. #700! I came to Fuzen Pho not for the pho but for the vermicelli. Specifically the special combination vermicelli with pork, egg rolls, and shrimp. Hold the shrimp (damn seafood alergy). This combo is my favorite thing to order at any Vietnamese restaurant I try. There is just something about the pork and noodles that I enjoy. Without a doubt, I love the flavor of the grilled pork. Salty. Sweet. Perfect. At Fuzen that is no exception. The pork was great. Not to mention super tender. More tender than other versions of this same dish that I have tried elsewhere. I loved every bite. It was enough but I was left wanting more. Or, more accurately, not wanting it to be gone so soon. The noodles are cool, thin, and plain. No seasoning whatsoever. My love for them is due in part to the chewy texture. Plus, you get a little cup of fish sauce with this meal. Pour that on the noodles and you've got your self a treat. The egg rolls with this dish were not overly memorable. Not that they were bad. They were hot and crisp as they should be. But they were veggie egg rolls. I expected meat inside like what I have had from other places. I understand that each restaurant does things their own way and thats fine. It was just a let down to expect one thing and bite into another. They were fine egg rolls just sort of generic. There were a couple of parties dining in when I checked this place out tonight. There were more people like me taking their food to go. The lady taking the orders was quite literally running back and forth the whole time I was there waiting for my food. I admire the hustle. I'd be dragging if that was me. Good on her. She and the other couple of people I saw working there are putting out some good food and hurried service. Now that I have tried Fuzen, I may have to come back. Afterall, it is the closest Vietnamese place to me currently. read more

Nice to know there is a local Vietnamese pho restaurant in the Lake Mead area. I recently moved to the area and found a lack of asian spots to my liking. I ordered the vegetable pho with veggie broth for take-out. The broth was so flavorful! The entree did lack a bit of vegetables though. But overall, I really enjoyed it. This is a small family-owned restaurant. It appears that a couple is running it - husband and wife. Located in the corner of the same plaza as plant fitness. I definitely will be back to try their appetizers and other noodle entrees. read more

We went here trying to support a local business. The older woman was rude and started hollering at us the minute we walked in. She said something about we should call to make a reservation in case they were busy...aah ok there was only one couple in the whole joint! You'd think she'd appreciate the business! It was totally unnecessary for her to cause a stink she could've mentioned making a reservation nicely. What a huge turn off. She didn't need to get her panties in a bunch. Our first and last time. A big fat zero for her. You have to order from a menu with a small font taped on the wall and then call them on the phone from your table so the woman can't hear you and redundantly ask you what you want to order. Also she didn't ask if we wanted anything to drink so we had to ask over the phone and she hung up and walked over to give us the drink menu. Why not tape that to the wall too?? I asked for chili and when she brought it with an outstretched shelike she was holding a grenade and set it on the edge of the table. Ummm try wearing your mask properly and maybe you won't be so paranoid. Service a 1.0 Grilled chicken vermicelli and Grilled pork Vermicelli were average. Fish sauce was diluted. I went to this place a few weeks ago. The woman who waited on me didn't even speak English. There was a big language barrier, and she had a hard time taking my order. When I got my order, my order was completely all wrong and I said as much to her, and she did nothing to fix it. I definitely would not come back here just because if you can't even get my order right why would I want to spend my money here. The food was OK, but considering once again that the waitress did not get my order right I overall did not like the place. Hopefully in the future they can manage to get somebody's order correct and speak English to where the customers can understand and be understood. read more

NO NO NO HELLLLLL NO! Save yourself your money because this food was the worst food I Ever eaten. Was it Pho? Was it Curry? I don't know?!?! It's more like WTPHO!!! Scary. I'm so disappointed. Food is terrible. I ordered the curry chicken. There is no veggies or anything, but I got like 3 servings of rice. It's like you eat rice itself. Teriyaki chicken was rubbery and stink too. I just couldn't swallow it. Grilled beef vermicelli was rubbery chewy I don't know I gave up guessing what I ate. read more

Located in the corner of the shopping mall. You can't see in the restaurant because they had all the windows covered. Walked in for lunch. There was no one there. They little old lady told us to sit any where we liked. People complain that her services isn't good but there can be a culture difference. Her English's wasn't the best but understood her enough to order. Food came out quick starting with the appetizers. Once we were done with it she brought out our PHO. Broth was delicious, meat was good and the extra order of tendons was delicious. The thai tea was nothing special but satisfied the itch. I really wish i took pictures but hunger overcame me. This is far from a fine dine restaurant, to me it's a hole in the place that serves up decent Vietnamese food. The food was great. I enjoyed pho, beef banh mi, and shrimp wraps. The Pho broth was definitely unique in flavor but in a very good way. Had a subtle sweetness that I couldn't put my finger on but not at all in a way that overpowered the savory taste. Banh mi was one of the better ones I've had recently and they did a great job on the tightness of veggies packed inside. While you can't tell on the photo, trust me it makes a difference if you've had these before. It was quiet inside, but peaceful. The only knock I'd give is that our drinks weren't refilled, but I didn't bother to flag our waiter down. Overall it deserves 4 stars with the spring rolls, sandwich and pho coming to $32 read more

We stopped in today to try their Vietnamese combination vermicelli noodle bowl as we love New Saigon in Denver. Pretty close to perfect. Lots of yummy crunch from carrots, lettuce and bean sprouts. Bbq meat and shrimp were delicious and fish sauce and noodles were delicious as well.
