this place is not good, service and food is bad. we were a larger party but we waited for almost 2 hours and were not accommodated to sit together and were told to sit at any table (they did not walk us to a table and waived us to any open seating) no one informed us that beverages are self-service (no ice), our table was sticky and grimy and all the plates had a residue stuck to it. employees came by fast to pick up plates but stacked it ontop of each other leading to spilling leftover food juice on the ground/tables and dripped some onto the chairs. food tasted bad, there was nothing that tasted good. everything was mushy with interesting smells all over the restaurant (none of which smelled good). there are not many options outside of old seafood. the oysters had an awful smell, i almost threw up smelling it from the table next to me. the set up is bad and overcrowded with people not knowing where to go i miss tomi sushi and buffet at this mall, i will not be coming back. there is so much to fix here i would not recommend read more

Tried this place out because my wife kept seeing it pop up on her social media feeds. The price was not too shabby for an all you can eat place but my concern was always the quality when going to a buffet. I have to say that the food was pretty good. I normally stay away from sushi at these places because they always use the terrible frozen quality fish (I had a sushi restaurant for years so I know what I'm talking about lol) I was actually pleasantly surprised by the quality of the fish, don't get me wrong they do also use some frozen grade stuff like the imitation crab and stuff like that but the nigiri quality was pretty good all things considered. Maybe my expectations were too low but I just remember thinking "oh wow this is pretty good" The seafood selection was decent as well, crab legs, mussels, they had a decent selection. The ambiance is a bit crowded and there are lines of course for the Mongolian bbq, but as long as you hand the plate over, there's plant of time to grab other things, drop it off and come back to pick it up. I gave minus 1 star because they had some items that just didn't do it for me, now with a selection of that size, obviously I won't like everything, but these were the items that seemed "special" like some beef ribs and other hearty items that were just so mid level. The service was good as well, no real waitstaff but mostly people bussing tables. They were stopping by frequently to clean up plates. Drinks you get on your own and they have all the usual dishes you see at other Asian buffets. They had people come around often to pick up your used plates and scraps. This was our first time dining here, and unfortunately, it didn't leave a great impression. The place was extremely crowded, and the seating arrangement felt more like a cafeteria than a restaurant. Tables were packed so tightly that we were practically elbow-to-elbow with other guests. Even the food area felt congested, making the overall experience feel claustrophobic. At one point, I saw a couple being seated right next to the receptionist area--which was surprising. I couldn't believe there was actually a table placed there. It was clearly an awkward spot, and I could tell one of them looked very uncomfortable. Unsurprisingly, they ended up moving to a different table. As for the food--it was nothing special. At $30 per person for dinner, it just didn't feel worth the price or the time. I've had better all-you-can-eat experiences in much more comfortable settings. Unless significant improvements are made, I wouldn't be surprised if this place doesn't last another year. read more

The beef in the beef and broccoli and the pork in the pork and onions tastes the same. Couldn't really taste beef or pork flavor, both kinda just taste like chicken. Had to search for plates that were not hot to use to get sushi. The plates immediately below the sushi area were quite hot. As were all others I checked, except the ones under the dessert area. Fried shrimp and fried rice had no flavor. I could go on but would rather forget. The table we were initially sat at, was just 5 feet from the restrooms, we asked to move they happily moved us. It was very crowded but the wait was not that bad. Well, to my disappointment I rated this place a 2 star. The food was bland and not tasty. Crawfish was not seasoned, chicken wings were bland, steamed corn was bland, tilapia was super sweet, and other food that was not seasoned/bland. The stir fry broccoli beef was the only dish that was decent. This place was so packed because it's new and located in the mall. If you want to eat tastier buffet food go to China Wall. Waited 1hr on valentines day to be served as expected, but then as i got served i was only able to eat for 40 minutes until i got rudely interrupted by the manager sending an employee to tell me someone else is waiting for my table as if i didn't jus wait 1 hr to be rushed 40 mins in. As i asked the employee who sent him he said the manager. The only good people who attended me was the hispanic clean up crew guys, and the young hispanic lady in the front. As i went to the front desk to pay for a draft beer, the manager and guy employee next to him kept ignoring me until the young hispanic lady actually seen and attended me. The guy in grey is not deserving of manager position, he needs to learn more manners and not to rush people when they were waiting longer then was seated. Every employee and food was amazing. My first visit at lunch recently was met with an encouraged tip prior to receiving any food or services, and I declined, as I normally tip 15-20 percent based on cumulative experiences received. Upon the initial survey tour, the blue lighted ambiance was night-clubish, and the offerings were of limited selection compared to other buffets. I started with the Clam Chowder which was a milky soup void of contents normally expected even after stirring; the chunky Clam Chowder served at Golden Corral a week prior was far superior. I can continue on additional disappointing food authenticity/quality, but I need to mention the buss staff were attentive. Second time here. I love the chandeliers inside. They have an outside seating as well. It's covered however it's still outside. First time we waited 40 minutes for a party of 6 today to our surprise they had a IPad outside the door for check in and the wait for a party of 5 was 15 minutes. Good selection of food entree's, sushi and seafood. I love the grill where you're able to select your protein, vegetables and sauces to be prepared in front of you.
