Over the last 3 weeks I have tried to get in touch with them now 3 times on the phone (with messages forwarded from their answering service) as well as email with no response. It's extremely frustrating, and given the other positive reviews here about their service is extremely surprising. For a company that prides themselves on service, I'm surprised they use an answering service and do not publish a direct line to reach them. And even with the answering service, not returning multiple calls and emails is pretty bad service. I hope they can address this, I'm always rooting for small businesses over the big guys.

After complaining, Andy reached out and personally guaranteed he'd see to it that I got an installation date and he'd oversee the installation himself...that was two weeks ago. It's now obvious that this company only picks and chooses what customers they'd like to provide service to. BE AWARE if you're a potential customer. Customer service like thiS only can be assumed will be worse when you have an issue with their service. Be very aware! Also, they apparently hired a fresh-out-of-high-school kid Mateo) to answer the phones. It's rather unfortunate because the kid has absolutely zero social skills. He's probably a nice kid and all but has absolutely no knowledge of customer service. Seems almost like he's annoyed when he receives a phone call.
