At Xfinity (the main number) No body knows what they are doing there! I just needed to print a label to return an item. I can't print the dang return label. I called the returns department and they tell me to call customer service cause they can send you a box and a label. I seriously questioned this as I have never had them offer me a box and a label. I was correct, no box and label. I was transferred around and around. I was finally told that I could I could use a label I had previously used. Honestly I doubt it but at this point, I give up. If they are to unknowledgeable about how to do their job I do not know how to fix that. I will try and use this label and if it doesn't work I quit! I do not have hours and hours to spend on the phone. I have only ever had one employee there go way above and beyond to help me out. That was back in January. Ernesto, was so helpful and actually got me the label I am reusing. Other than him every single time I have called Xfinity it is a zoo.

Eyal spent an hour on FaceTime as I showed him around the house to discuss the number and location of cameras needed. The house seemed untouched when it was filled with staging furniture for weeks. Stagers removed the furniture over the past weekend. Upon my visit at the house on Monday, I noticed the patio door of the ground-floor master bedroom was unlocked. I then saw there was water all over the master bathroom floor, the toilet seat was up, the shower door was wide open, residual water inside the bathtub basin, AND there was a lighter on the bathroom counter.
