Yum! I do love pizza. And usually with my sis we go to another pizza place, but she wanted to go to Fultanos and I decided to give it a try. We had the Hawaiian (I forget their name for it) and another with pepperoni, sausage and olives. What makes Fultanons a win for me? They do not skip out on toppings. I love olives. LOVE OLIVES. So when my pizza came out covered in olives with olives dropping off every time I picked up a slice I was happy. The crispy crust. Oh my gosh, it's perfect. My kids ate their whole slice and asked for more. I have picky eaters friends, picky picky eaters (like the kind who take a look at a menu at places like Red Robin and order "just apples please.") and they all ate plenty and nobody asked for something else. We are new to the area and decided to give Fultanos a try. The first time we ordered online and they were out of bread... so we figured.. oh well we'll take our order anyway. Second time we also ordered online. This time they completely forgot to add two side salads that were on our order. My husband realized the missing salads when he got to Saint Helens, as he was on his way home to our house in deer Island, when he discovered them missing. My husband was so irritated... he decided to turn around and drive back to the business to retrieve the two missing salads. Whomever he spoke to on his return told him that I had ordered BUFFET SALADS!!! Who would ever order a BUFFET salad from an online app for TAKE OUT, if your not going to be eating at the business and have no way to use the buffet??? No one at the restaurant would admit the mistake and instead their way of fixing the issue was for us to take a container and walk thru the salad buffet??? Why why why would we eat at the salad buffet if our food (now ice cold) is sitting in a take out sack???? Customer service and word of mouth is your best form of advertising, might want to remember that. read more

Usually have nothing bad to say about good Ol Ftanos, but man... Staff is always nice, but when your kitchen is burning pizzas you better have good service! Updated review. Though my initial experiences here weren't great, I did in fact give it multiple tries. And let's be honest....Scappoose does not have a lot of options when it comes to food. I stick with my original opinion that the pizza is ok. I've ordered delivery..:as my favorite place does not deliver. Not a fan of the wings, but I'm a picky wing eater. Salad bar is good. My husband and I stopped here for dinner before seeing a movie and had an unexpectedly nice time! We chose to sit on the lounge side of the restaurant as it wasn't as busy at the time. The atmosphere was fun and the bartender/server was upbeat, funny and very attentive! We were in the mood for a classic pepperoni and it was so tasty! The crust was nice and crispy and light and the pepperonis were thinly sliced. Just overall really good. I used to really like Fultano's, but the customer service has gone way down. My most recent order for delivery was disappointing. They used to deliver the full menu and now it's only pizza, breadsticks, wings and soda. I doubt if we'll order again. It's too bad. The food is pretty good, but not amazing. We have eaten here once in the restaurant and once by delivery. The in-restaurant experience was fine. We were happy to see a gluten free crust option on the menu. However, the delivery option was pretty bad. The delivery took an hour and 15 minutes, the pizza was stone-cold, and the crust was the equivalent of cardboard. Pretty inedible. I did email the restaurant to let them know and never heard a thing back, which is a pretty big mark against them. Guess they don't care that much about customer opinion. This place has pizza about the quality and style of a Round Table Pizza and at about the same price. Which is to say slightly more expensive than your chain delivery and slightly higher quality. So why the one star? After Figaro's closed shortly after I moved to Scappoose they were the only delivery place left in town that would deliver to my floating home on in the Mcuddy's Landing Marina. I typically eat at home nights and weekends and eat out for lunch and I don't work in Scappoose so I almost never ate restaurants but every once in a while you cant be bothered to leave your house or cook. A few months back was one of those times. I payed over $20+ tip for a two topping large pizza and a 2 liter of soda and was informed that their new delivery policy was to meet customers in the parking lot of the marina. Its a good 4 minute walk from my house to the parking lot. If I am going to get showered, dressed and walk to my car why the hell wouldn't I drive the 3 minutes to your restaurant after walking all the way to my car and save the delivery charge and tip and get a fresher pizza? With such a stupid policy they have insured no one from the marina ever orders from them again for delivery. Now I have no option but to cook for myself or get take out until some delivery service like Uber Eats, Amazon PrimeNow or Postmates expands to Scappoose. I am willing to overpay once in a while for delivered pizza. I am not willing to overpay to get takeout when I can go to papa murphys and pay 1/3 the price for a slightly higher quality pizza within the same driving distance. read more

This is my go to for great pizza when I am visiting the area! They have a great selection of pizza with fresh ingredients and reasonable prices. After being here a number of times, I would say that the best thing to do when dining in, is to get the pizza and salad buffet. It's a nice alternative to just eating pizza since it includes a large variety of fresh food and is also a great deal. My only complaint might come with the "one time through" option. It's a little more expensive than can realistically be put onto the moderately sized plate. I have tried many different pizza options here and you really can't go wrong! read more

I am very glad we got our own Fultano's here in Scappoose. So far, I have been twice and look forward to going back in the future. The first time we were seated in the 'padio' (don't let that fool you, it's inside). There were 4 of us plus a baby. We have a 10 ish minute wait to be seated, but it didn't feel that long. The 4 of us had the all you can eat buffet for pizza, salad, and refills. We put in a request to see a certain pizza out there to try, along with many others. 30 minutes later, haven't seen a single new pizza on the bar. 60 minutes late, still no new pizza. Guess we didn't get to try it that time. Also, at the buffet I had no idea what I was eating. The only pizza that I could actually name was pepperoni or cheese pizza. So when we left we talked to, who I believe is the manager, and suggested name cards so we were aware of what we were eating. He didn't sound to confident in it actually happening. The waitress was really nice, you could tell she was busy, but I was very pleased with her attitude, friendliness, and the fact that she always remembered to come check up on us and keep our drinks full. Second visit- there were name tags for the pizzas at the buffet. Yay! But we didn't eat at the buffet. We decided to each order a different personal pizza and share a slice of each so we could try more. Again, the same 4 of us plus a baby. Food was great, but the service was slow. How many times must I ask for a refill on root beer? Our waitress wasn't very polite the second time, I'm not sure if she was even qualified for the job. Yelped a few places fpr lunch and chose Fultanos..It was a nice clean place (Seemed liked a newly built building). The waitresses were nice. I ordered Chicken Alfredo.. and a side order of Marinara (I feel alfredo is bland by itself). The waitress saw me dumping the marinara on to the alfredo and mentioned that they have some thing called Aurora sauce that I could order next time.. never heard of it before (guess you learn new things each day).. Fultano's used to deliver their entire menu, which was awesome and very convenient and which unfortunately ran the ONLY other delivery place out of business. However, once the competition was gone it seemed that Fultano's decided that delivering the entire menu was no longer necessary. This is extremely disappointing as they now only deliver 4 appetizer options and only pizza, not even salads anymore. I do not think Fultano's pizza is very good. The crust is terrible and the toppings and sauce are mediocre at best. But they do have some good sandwiches and appetizers like fried pickles which are excellent. Which is why we frequently ordered delivery. However, now that they no longer deliver most of their menu or any of their better food offerings, we very infrequently patronize Fultano's. They should very seriously consider delivering their full menu, but because they are one of the very few options in Scappoose, their change will probably not lose them much business, though it should. read more
